Garrett could not help but smirk as he watched the reactions of his party mbers.
He felt justified. At the sa ti, his brown cheeks slightly reddened from embarrassnt.

The sudden rush of Mana enveloping Hervy, Lane, Cody, and Coby, caused them to tense up. Briefly, their eyes widened in panic. They could feel the Mana attempting to penetrate their bodies. Normally, they would have been overjoyed at the prospect of increasing their Mage Rank. However, the Mana was too dense.
They were worried that once the Mana entered their bodies, it would destroy everything, leaving them crippled.
Noticing their concern, Garrett hurriedly advised:
"Don't worry about the Mana. Just do as I say. Hervy and Lane, let the Mana destroy your bones and use the excess Mana to rebuild new bones. Cody and Coby, you both do the sa with your tendons. Destroy your tendons and rebuild them with Mana."
When they heard their Captain's words, montarily they hesitated but decided to listen. After all, they would not have gotten this chance at breaking through if it had not been for their Captain. Above all, they knew their Captain would never try to harm them.
Lucian could not help but nod. He was impressed. Although Garrett was not the brightest tool in the shed, he learned from his experience when he broke through to Bone Tempering Realm.
The process of destroying and rebuilding was the correct thod of advancing.
