[Lily, you know those Magical Beasts, except Osiris will be killed to make food, right?] Lucian asked, wondering if she had forgotten about the earlier conversation.

[Of course, Lily rembers. But that doesn't an Osiris can't be friends with them before their ti is up!]

[She is… surprisingly quite evil] The System said in a shocked tone.

[Mn.] Lucian could not agree more with that statent, equally shocked the innocent and naive Lily could be surprisingly cruel.

After his next course of action was decided, Lucian asked Fenwick, "Where is the nearest Auction House?"

"Most big cities have an Auction House. I recomnd going to the Dragon Phoenix Auction House in Harmony City. It's well known for its high-quality goods and reputable dealings. Just like the owner of Pleasure Pavilion, Dragon Phoenix Auction House's owner is a mysterious individual. It's rumored he is one of the strongest Mages on Arcadia. But it has never been confird."

"Then it's settled." Lucian was decisive and finalized his plan. "After serving my regular patrons, I'll imdiately head to Harmony City. Does anyone want to co along?"

Jas, who had been writing to his butler in Mosswitch Capital City, imdiately paused his hands after hearing Lucian's words. This was an opportunity to further ingratiate himself with Lucian and potentially discover sothing about his background. From his lack of knowledge regarding the surrounding locations, he deduced he had just arrived in Phutia Kingdom's territory.

Additionally, the guards stationed at Thunderfall City had said Lucian entered the city without identification and a sob story when asked about his background, which he found hard to believe.

"If Senior does not mind, I would like to tag along," Jas said. "I suddenly have a business matter to take care of in Harmony City. Also, I'd like to participate in the auction. The bidding process is always thrilling."

With his extensive knowledge of how Secret Realms functioned, he knew this Secret Realm would not open for so ti. Secret Realms, which required special conditions to open, would first announce its opening a day prior via a phenonon. Therefore, he could leave with a piece of mind, knowing he would not lose out.

"And, I'm sure going to Harmony City right now would be an enjoyable experience. Hahaha!" Jas laughed when he rembered the information sent to him by his guards at his mansion in Harmony City.

"Why is that?" Lucian furrowed his brows.

However, Jas rely laughed and said mysteriously, "Wouldn't it spoil the fun if I explained the special event happening in Harmony City?"

Lucian shrugged, not caring whether he told him or not. Then, he looked at the rest with an inquisitive expression.

Initially, Hervy, Lane, and the twins did not plan to go with Lucian because the Secret Realm could open at any mont; however, hearing Jas would be going with him, they nodded their heads.

"Hopefully, the items up for auction are of good quality," Hervy said, then said with a hungry expression, "After the auction, we can dine at the Dragon's Feast Restaurant. I haven't eaten there in a while."

"But compared to Chef Lucian's food, it's akin to dog shit!" Hervy hurriedly said when he saw a pair of deep, blue eyes staring at him. Even though the eyes were indifferently staring at him, he still broke out in a cold sweat.

Lucian turned to Garrett and Fenwick and asked, "What about you two? I'm guessing you'll be tagging along?"

Garrett nodded. "Yes."

"Of Course," Fenwick responded matter-of-factly.

How could they allow Lily to be out of their sight, especially when they knew she was going to Harmony City — the place where she should be least visiting?

anwhile, in the opposite part of the forest, a huge-scale construction was occurring. Buildings were being built at an inhumane speed.

"Hmm, everything looks good. Since that's the case, I have so matters to take care of. Guards, rember to keep your eyes clear and don't allow anyone to enter our territory." Lya said with a smile, then started walking away, precisely toward the other side of the forest where she heard her Garrett was.

'Gaaarrreett~! Your Lya is coming."

However, like the shattering of glass, her beautiful dream of reuniting with her one true love shattered when she heard a familiar voice.

"Captain Lya, where are you going with such haste?"

A white-robed old man asked with furrowed brows.

He was precisely Yu Han, who had arrived here after contacting one of the guards and asking for their location. Yet, just as he arrived, he did not expect to see Captain Lya leaving at a speed as though she was running away from an Abyssal Demon.

Lya stopped imdiately and turned toward Yu Han. She bowed and respectfully greeted, "This junior greets Family Head Yu. This junior was leaving to handle so matters."

Yu Han frowned. "Matters? What matters could be so important that you would leave your duty of protecting and overseeing the store owners and even the guards? You should know City Lord Cai has placed a great deal of importance on this mission."

"It was a minor matter." Lya blushed and shook her head to remove the thoughts about Garrett.

"A minor matter?" Yu Han sighed with a frown as he looked at Lya curiously. The blush that had previously covered her green cheeks had not gone unnoticed by him. He, of course, knew the rumors… no, facts that surrounded Lya… Her hobby. Personally, he did not care what she preferred to do during her free ti. But engaging in such acts during work hours was an entirely different matter.

"Listen here, Captain Lya." Yu Han said sternly, imdiately attracting Lya's attention and causing her to nervously gulp.

"I don't care what you do during your free ti, but during work hours, I expect you to be working. Do you understand?" Yu Han continued, misunderstanding the reason for Lya's previously odd behavior.

Lya ekly nodded and walked back to oversee and protect the store owners and guards.

Seeing her leave, Yu Han sighed again. 'Why would City Lord Cai task her out of the five Captains on such an important mission?'

Unbeknownst to him, Cao Jinbao had not tasked Lya to tag along with the store owners. In fact, he did not want his Captains to leave Harmony City for the ti being.

anwhile, in front of Transcendence, a small queue had ford; consisting of Garm, Albert, Li Yong, Anselm, and the four nobodies.

"What's taking Chef Lucian so long?" Li Yong paced as he muttered and scratched his forearm. His steps were a bit shaky and his eyes were slightly red.

"Is his restaurant open or not?" One of the nobodies muttered as he looked at the open sign.

"Amitabha, it seems this poor monk arrived here in vain after hearing Benefactor Lucian's restaurant was open early." Anselm sighed with his hands clasped in prayer.

"What do you think Albert? Garm turned and asked his friend. Ever since he ate Lucian's food, he had been hooked by the delicious taste and aroma. Also, with his appetite, the serving size was pitiful. He wanted more.

Albert, who had been standing still with a calm expression, finally moved. He walked to the table on the grass and activated his Mana Sense on the plate. With his Mana Sense, he quickly discovered tiny droplets of brown oil, which gave off a slightly foul odor.

"Master, judging by the oil on this plate, Chef Lucian ate approximately ten minutes ago," Albert replied seriously, and respectfully as he returned to his position a foot behind his Master.

"Hmm, go ask the guards, they should know where he went," Garm said.

"As you wish, Master," Albert bowed and left to accomplish the task.

—-------------

"How many tis do I have to tell your Excellency Chef Lucian is busy?" Jin Wa, the sole Bone Tempering Realm Mage among Jas' guards frowned as he said to Albert. However, he did not dare raise his voice, knowing full well how terrifying Albert and especially Garm were.

Just then, after finalizing his plan and Jas offering to use his carriages for their travel to Harmony City, Lucian, Lily, and the rest left the tent.

"What is all this commotion about?" Jas eyed his guard and then turned to Albert. "Oh, I see. Hahaha, Senior, you have so hungry custors waiting for you." Jas said to Lucian.

Lucian nodded and said to Abert, "Give a mont."

He then walked toward the table and chair to take them back into his restaurant but stopped when he heard Jas' words.

"How can Senior do nial work? My guards can easily take care of such work. Senior, you should focus on cooking us delicious food, and allow them to take care of it." Jas hurriedly said and signaled for the nearest guards to take action.

After placing the dirty plates into his Inventory, the guards moved from their posts and began lifting the table and chair into the restaurant.
