Shane was astonished that everyone, including the long-range combat units of the Starlight guild, erged out of Cosmo's spatial portal.

Miriam was the last to follow, but her gaze that lingered on Shane was filled with confusion and the desire to figure out more about him.

'What did their healer an with 'know more about him' and that I would call Shane 'God'???'

She had already been astonished about the fact that Shane had two tad beasts that seed to be extrely strong or useful, which allowed his combat prowess to increase sharply.

However, hearing that there might be more and knowing that he had a skill or sothing that allowed him to release an astronomical amount of mana was enough to tell Miriam that her gut feeling was correct.

She had only proposed to Shane on a whim that she would join the Starlight guild if he were to defeat her because her instincts had overwheld her.

Miriam couldn't say whether it was fate or sothing else trying to tell her that she had to follow Shane, but everything within her scread that Shane was a golden ticket, which would open every door to her!

Furthermore, Shane was unique and she found herself thinking that he was extrely interesting.

This interest only intensified as Miriam recalled Aisha's behavior around Shane.

It was a complete contrast to how Aisha would normally behave and carry herself, perfectly like the Ice Princess she was said to be.

Yet, instead of focusing too much on Shane and Aisha's relationship, there were other, more important things to take care of for now.

After she had jumped through the Spatial portal that closed behind her, she utilized her [Phoenix fire] Innate affinity, which was also the origin of her nickna aka 'Lone Phoenix'!

Crimson red fla spurted out of her back as huge wings unfolded.

This baffled the Starlight guild mbers for a short mont, and it was only when Shane shouted

"Attention" that everyone regained their senses.

Shane had been distracted for a short mont too, but it was not as if wings manifested out of certain elents were a phenonal or a rare sight.

That was, at least, not the case if he were to think about all kinds of talented high-ranked authorities he had encountered until now.

Nevertheless, Shane couldn't help but think that her control over her Innate ability was exceptional.

Furthermore, the heat radiating for her was extrely high which caused Shane to wonder what rank her Innate Ability had reached.

However, she had already flown past him while piercing out with her halbert every now and then, killing the peak-Awakened stage beasts as if they were re fleas.

Seeing this, Shane was sure that she could have just released her fire ability and killed every single Elite stage beast.

Unfortunately, this would require an enormous amount of mana and he was not even sure if the stored mana within the Hidden Paradise would be enough to accomplish such a feat!

As such, instead of wasting anymore ti, Shane decided to focus on his own opponents.

Umbra had already ripped several beasts apart while shooting dozens of small darkness spears that did not consu a lot of mana at the elite stage beasts.

Cosmo kept close to Shane, however, instead of doing nothing, he used his spatial affinity in order to change the trajectory of the peak-Awakened stage mana attacks, doing his bit to keep Shane safe.

This was a fairly simple task and a normal spatial portal was already enough to accomplish this feat.

Using that tactic, a peak-Awakened stage beast with a wind affinity and had shot one huge crescent wind blade towards Shane, was turned into a ans to massacre several dozen beasts at once!

When both Umbra and Cosmo had caused the death of other beasts, Shane noticed that the death toll on his [God of Slaughter] mission was increasing!

This ant that his tad beasts were included in his mission's task!

A mont after he noticed this, Shane's ambition soared further, and not even a whole minute had passed since the large-scale battle had started when he had already begun rolling out all his cards at once!

The [Mana mbrane(Lesser)] Skill had been activated, creating a small film of mana around his body.

At the sa ti, Shane exerted both the Light steps and Slaughterer's Path technique.

This allowed his speed to accelerate further while his bloodlust-killing-intent had been unleashed at once.

He enveloped the bloodlust-killing-intent around his body and the Sword of Blood, Mydra, increasing the efficiency of every trait of Shane and his sword by a small margin.

If that had been everything, Shane's strength would have reached the capabilities to defeat a peak-Awakened stage beast already.

Yet, instead of taking his opponents lightly, Shane filled his entire mana pool with the Hidden Paradise's stored amount of mana.

While circulating all of the mana through his entire body at once, Shane felt as if his body was about to tear apart.

However, his speed and strength were constantly increasing and he was able to sense that his physique was strong enough to cope with the given amount of mana that was circulating through his body.

Thankfully, he had two perfect stage physiques that not only increased his physical strength further but also his ability to endure pain and injuries!

In the end, Shane felt as if he would be able to defeat a Superior peak-Awakened stage beast, which was, however, unlikely to be the case!

Almost every Superior beast had a strong affinity or certain abilities that would set them apart from normal peak-Awakened stage beasts.

This told Shane that he should be careful of Superior peak-Awakened stage beasts, and instead, he focused on the remaining awakened stage beasts and the hordes of Elite stage beasts that tried to charge over him with their sheer numbers!

How could they have known that the Sword of Blood had the ability [Blood empowernt] that was applicable not just to the sword but could be used by the wielder too!

Rather than the usage being limited to the sword itself, the ability [Blood empowernt] could also be utilized differently once the entire sword was overflowing with energy extracted out of Shane's bloodlust and the blood it passively absorbed from the surrounding.

Shane utilized the blood empowernt ability of Mydra, the Sword of blood in order to nurture himself and intertwine his two intents.

His crimson red bloodlust that was intertwined with killing intent began to glow and Shane's appearance began to change as the bloodlust killing intent with which he had been enveloped began to transform.

In the anti, Shane slaughtered his way through the hordes of Elite stage beasts that had noticed the arrival of a rciless slaughterer amongst them.

Shane didn't need to distinguish friends from foes, because everyone had begun to give him space when he had started utilizing every possible ans to increase his combat prowess.

Even normal peak-Awakened stage beasts tried to avoid him.

Only Umbra and Cosmo didn't seem to be alard by Shane's sudden change, while the Starlight guild mbers gave their best to ignore the fact that Shane had literally transford into a being that could be said to be no less than the God of Slaughter himself!!
