[What kind of presents are normal for our ambassadors to give to another race when they et them for the first ti? And is there a huge difference if the first eting with another race is with their strongest individuals, like Emperor and Empress?]

Shane didn't try to hide anything right now, but he would ignore everyone who wanted to know the reason behind this question.

This was because of an extrely simple reason.

Not only was it always dangerous to enter a different race's territory but mankind's reputation would be at stake if an ambassador were to make the slightest mistake.

If his aunts and uncles were to find out that he was about to et the Emperor and Empress of a different race, they would either want to convince him to disregard this idea or annoy him, saying that he should act properly like he had been taught earlier in his etiquette lessons.

They would incessantly nag him and want to teach him a dozen things before he would have a chance to attend the eting. Shane knew that this would cost him several months before he would finally be allowed to enter the Elentals Empire without them worrying too much.

He also expected several more, different reactions, but surprisingly, the first ssage he received was from Aunt Kia. Her ssage caused him to wonder what she imagined him to do all the ti.

[Shane! What trouble did you make again?]

'Why does she think that I am always creating trouble?' Shane asked himself while sulking for a short mont before he replied.

[I didn't do anything wrong...I think. I just follow in your steps and don't overwork myself! The only thing I'll do for the next few days is to take care of my world seed and make a small trip sowhere. I just wanted to know the answers to the questions beforehand, just in case I would et soone…]

His reply was not really great but there was nothing else he could do about it.

In the end, everyone would notice that sothing was going on and Shane was not good at lying either way.

As such, he gathered his courage and honestly replied.

[While searching for the whereabouts of the 'Lesser Starlet Fox' that I had already ssaged about, I recalled that one of the race's rchants I had been in touch with over the last two months owed a favor.

(Don't ask why they owe a favor, I only made a business deal)

As such, I asked for their help and they have confird to have more information about the target for my next [Mythic] mission. I also believe that one of the dinsions they have a shelter constructed in seems to be close to its territory.

There are a few unique things about this race and their Queen has a specific ability, allowing her to find out if I'm trustworthy or not.

After a few pledges and agreents, I received a permission certificate to enter their shelters and planets.

I just thought that I shouldn't visit them empty-handed when eting them for the first ti. Sadly, neither do I know what to give them nor am I sure if we even have sothing they would benefit from]

After he sent that ssage, there was no answer for quite so ti before his Aunt Loris, who was in charge of Alchemy, suddenly wrote

[Next mythic mission? Is there sothing we don't know?]

Once the first ssage was sent, there were multiple more ssages, and Uncle Kai, their blacksmith, and runemaster wrote

[Shane, my little boy, mankind might not have many things, but we are good at making alcohol! Give them so of our beer and good wine and they'll be satisfied.]

Another few similar ssages appeared one after the other as everybody offered their suggestions. Aunt Lory threatened to beat him up upon returning ho if he were to make a mistake that would create disputes between mankind and the other race he was talking about.

'Why is Aunt Lory always so violent?' Shane could only think while holding his stomach as a reminiscence about the past resurfaced.

Aunt Lory was their female battle maniac and known for her hot-temper which Shane felt more often than he wanted to acknowledge.

However, the answers he received were much better than he initially expected. Nobody seed to be too worried about his well-being in a foreign race's territory or that he might start a war with the other race because he would misbehave.

They either trusted Shane or believed that their teachings were sufficient to prevent him from creating a huge ss.

Only Aunt Kia seed to be aware of how much of a ss Shane could create because she wrote him several direct ssages. He answered her sparsely before he continued to look out for a possible present he could bring to the Elus race's Emperor and Empress.

[I'm not even sure if the Elus race, also called Elentals, whom I will visit soon, have a corporeal body. As such, I can't really bring anything like Beer or wine if I don't want to embarrass myself. We are also not specialists in forging extrely great weapons like the dwarves or proficient in concocting unique, high-ranked potions….]

Shane could only reject every single proposal of his aunts and uncles one after another for more than 10 minutes when his father wrote

[Why did the Elus-race or whatever they're called, owe you a favor? You said it was a huge business deal but I doubt that this is the point! What kind of deal was it and is the Elus race desperate to receive more of the goods you sold them?]

It was not really surprising for Shane to see that his father was interested in the current topic because he was always searching for new allies and races to trade with.

Furthermore, he had raised so valid questions that made Shane ponder about the race. He could only slap his own forehead as he ssaged,

[The Elus race is currently trying to procreate more, build a large army of Lesser Elentals and start expanding! I received the favor by selling them around 4.6 million Mortal grade low-quality elental crystals. If I'm not wrong, they're still trying to amass more elental crystals.

There is also the possibility that they want to visit in order to establish a proper relationship with our race, but that's not sothing I'm sure of. They could also think that our race has a large quantity of elental crystals, however, interpreting too much into everything is not good either!

Nevertheless, I think gifting them elental crystals with a high grade and quality should be the best way to gain their favor!]

Shane was sure that he had found the solution and now he only had to get his hands on a few crystals with a high grade and quality.

However, this problem was solved only a mont later, as his father, Aunt Loris, Aunt Kia, and Uncle Kai wrote almost at the sa ti that they would look into it. Almost all of them assured him to send over a few high-grade elental crystals with good quality to please the Emperor and Empress.

[When you receive the packages, don't open them as long as you're inside the Primordial Dinsions! You know what happens to objects that exceed the Dinsion's limitations!]

Sighing when he read the ssage, Shane could tell that his father felt nervous about him losing the gifts they were going to arrange for the Elus race.

'I should have expected that' He muttered before shrugging his shoulders, ignoring his father's last ssage.

Shane was just happy to have found a present for the Elentals Emperor and Empress without much trouble. It caused him to smile lightly as he wrote in the group chat.

[Thanks for the help, everybody! I'll try my best to establish a firm connection with the Elus race while I'm there.

And Aunt Loris, if you want to know more about what I ant with 'next' Mythic mission, ask Aunt Kia..hehe.]
