"Huh? Where is the pill?" someone suddenly blurted out.
Just now, the pill was surrounded by a dome of energy, perched on a lotus flower. However, in its place is now a little girl, so his question had some merit.
However, the next second, a smack landed on the back of his head.
"Idiot! Can’t you see the pill had transformed into a human child?" another alchemist seated beside him said, his index finger pointed at the young lady suspended mid-air.
But just as he managed to draw everyone’s attention to the little girl, his own thoughts finally registered the reason why the person had asked where the pill was in the first place.
"A human child?"
The man’s eyes widened, disbelief appearing on his face. His finger trembled, threatening to fall from his hand as he pointed at the little girl.
Soon, gasps spread throughout the crowd as more people realised what had happened and its implications.
"Wait... pills can turn into humans too?" someone said, his shock evident on his face.
"I thought they could only transform into beasts, weapons, flowers, or other spiritual forms."
"Since when could a pill bee a person?"
"This doesn’t make any sense."
Their voices rose in turn as shock swept through the gathering.
Even the Sect Masters, Clan Chiefs, and Elder Zhen Kai were all staring at the little girl with disbelief written all over their faces.
Even with their vast experience and knowledge of the path of alchemy, they had never encountered a pill that had transformed into a living human before.
But even if they had, they knew pills were just pills. They held no life force within them aside from the natural essence they were meant to possess. So a pill could take on a humanoid form, but it would still be nothing more than a pill.

The little girl slowly opened her eyes.
The moment she did, an ancient and noble aura descended from the heavens and enveloped everyone.

The little girl blinked a few times, looked around in confusion, and then her gaze landed on Pill God Flura.
Almost instantly, her eyes brightened.
"Mama!"
Her sweet voice echoed across the silent arena, and at once, everyone forgot how to speak.
In most cases, when the pills transformed, they tried to run away. However, this one remained and even chose to call Pill God Flura her mother.
Even Pill God Flura was shocked by the way the little girl addressed her.
But before she could bee overwhelmed by emotion, the little girl flew toward her with her arms wide open. Instinctively, Flura opened her arms as well, and the little girl hugged her, pressing her tiny face against her chest.
Kent furrowed his brow...
’So the Pill Dao had given her the technique, too, huh? I should have seen that ing,’ he thought with a faint smile, annoyed that the Pill Dao hadn’t asked his permission before sharing the [Life Pill] technique with others.
It was his creation after all, but it seemed the Pill Dao was sharing it like candy. However, he was happy for Flura, since he knew she would use it for good.
After hugging for a few moments, the little girl pulled back and looked Pill God Flura in the eye, as if mitting her features to memory.
When she had had enough, she turned to Kent, who stood relaxed a few meters away from Pill God Flura.
Noticing her gaze, Kent smiled. "I suppose you are now sentient and alive. Since that is the case, what is your name, little girl? My own is Kent Madson."
The girl blinked a few times, then replied in a clear, sweet tone, "Lili Thara’s name is Lili Thara."
Kent smiled; a part of him already expected her to speak in the third person long before he asked the question. But hearing her refer to herself that way still made him smile.
Gaia and the others mostly refer to themselves in the third person, too.
"Lili Thara. Nice name," Kent said, and Lili Thara smiled.
"Kent, do you know how she came about?" Pill God Flura asked out of curiosity. While she was the one who used the technique on the pill, this oute still shocked her.
Hearing her question, Kent smiled and nodded. "I do. She is a living pill, or as most call her, a pill spirit."
Pill God Flura smiled weakly and shook her head. "Of course, you knew. Why did I even bother asking?"
It was Kent she was talking to after all. From their past interactions, she knew there was absolutely no way he wouldn’t know Lili Thara was a living pill.
"I have surpassed you, Kent," Pill God Flura said, and Kent nodded.
However, just before he could reply, something—or more accurately, someone—landed gently on his head and grabbed hold of his dragon horns.
Pill God Flura used her hands to cover her mouth, holding back her laughter.
"Lili Thara, is that you?" Kent asked, already aware of the answer.
"Yes," the little girl replied.
"Dare I ask, but why are you standing on my head?"
Indeed, the little girl stood happily on his head, her tiny hands gripping his horns as though they were a steering wheel. The sight was amusing, and many people, despite the shock they were in, couldn’t help but smile.
"Lili Thara wants to stand on Big Brother Kent’s head a little because Lili Thara likes the colour of Big Brother Kent Madson’s hair and horns."
"I see. But shouldn’t you have asked me first before doing so?"
Lili Thara blinked a few times, realising that she should indeed have asked permission before stepping onto Kent’s head. However, it was already done, and so she resorted to a more peaceful way of remaining there.
She let go of one of Kent’s horns and extended her tiny hand.
Before everyone, a pill bearing ten violet pill rings and two crimson pill rings appeared on her palm, and she handed it to Kent.
"This is..." Kent muttered.
He then scanned the pill with his Omniscient Jade Eyes. When the results were displayed, his eyes widened.

Kent was blown away by what he was staring at.
Pill God Flura, who didn’t know what had happened, soon discovered the nature of the pill and widened her eyes as well. The people gathered in the air quickly followed.
"What in the world of alchemy am I witnessing today?" Sect Master Yunshan muttered.
"First, it was natural ascension to the rank of a Pill God, then a pill turning into a humanoid, and now a pill manifesting pills not much weaker than the original. Does this mean she can indefinitely manifest Tier 21 Soul Tempering Pills?"
The question caused many to wonder the same thing.
Kent himself wanted to know, so he asked, "Lili Thara, how many of these can you create?" He showed her the pill she had given him.
"Lili Thara can make more, but Lili Thara first has to gather medicinal herbs and eat to bee stronger so Lili Thara can create more powerful ones. Lili Thara can create many, many pills if Big Brother Kent wants."
