"!!!"
Sam’s eyes widened the instant the panel appeared, and his voice slipped out before he could stop it.
"Holy shit..."
He had spent so long wondering if sothing like this would ever co his way.
An ability that could let him glimpse into the skills of his enemies, to truly understand what they were capable of, had always felt like a distant dream.
But now, that dream stood before him, neatly spelled out in the panel’s description.
Of course, there were restrictions.
The panel clearly stated that it only revealed the top three skills an opponent relied on the most.
Even so, the importance of that information could not be overstated.
Just knowing what an enemy depended on was often the difference between life and death.
This ant that when he faced a completely unknown opponent, he wouldn’t be walking into the fight blind.
He would no longer have to gamble on instinct alone.
The chances of being caught off guard would shrink dramatically, and in battles against overwhelming foes, that ant survival.
Sam let the panel fade, still absorbing the weight of the gift he had just received.
With a deep breath, he pulled up his status panel for the first ti in a while.
He wanted to see everything at once.

The first thing his eyes caught was the new label stamped onto his na, Ascendant.
He had truly stepped into a new rank, and it carried with it a weight that resonated deep in his chest.
But as he scanned through the rest of the information, more details demanded his attention.
"Huh?"
Between [Class] and [Rank], the [Guild] section was supposed to be there... but now it was replaced by [Group]?
By all rights, it shouldn’t have mattered here.
This "upper realm" seed to function under its own rules, and guilds had no clear place in it.
And yet... why did it change?
’It wasn’t erased... maybe it ans sothing later.’
He scratched his chin, filing the thought away in his mind.
Then his attention moved to his attributes. Each one had leapt forward.
His strength, agility, and constitution had all broken into the eighties, while his soul had climbed even higher, a powerful surge that he could feel thrumming within his very being.
The raw power swelling inside him left no room for doubt, he had beco far stronger than before.
But then his eyes froze on sothing new.
Between [Affinities] and [Class Skills], a section he had never seen before had appeared: [Abilities].
And under it, a single na was listed, Cooldown Breaker.
His hunch had been right.
This was a new system of power, separate from affinities and skills. Abilities stood alone.
’So abilities... they’ll probably matter later on. But right now, the only way I can gain them is through the [Ti] affinity.’
He thought of the other abilities tied to [Ti], especially the [Eye of the Future] which he wanted to acquire possibly.
For now though, he had confird everything he needed.
His advancent was complete. He had grown stronger in every asurable way.
And yet, there was sothing else tugging at his thoughts.
Sam leaned back and let out a long breath.
"I can’t really leave yet." His voice was flat as he muttered to himself, "It’s too early after that global announcent."
If he stepped out now, he would draw more attention than he wanted, and that was a risk he couldn’t afford.
But sitting still and wasting precious ti wasn’t an option either.
Doing nothing would only eat at him.
So, he made his decision.
Dinsion of Ti!
Sam summoned the white portal to the dinsion of ti before him.
The seventh sub-layer was isolated from everything except from the forsaken lord, who was now dead.
This ant he t the condition that he needed to be alone! He could enter freely.
One day outside equaled a full week within, and that advantage was too precious to ignore.
He would use it to train, to grow, and most importantly, to make use of the [Skill Tier Advancent Scrolls] he had acquired.
Even now, he didn’t know who had given them to him.
But he wasn’t about to waste them.
Without hesitation, Sam stepped forward.
The white portal swallowed him whole.
Fwish! Boom!
His feet struck solid ground a mont later.
He stood once again in the familiar white void.
[Welco to the "Dinsion of Ti"]
The advantage of this place was clear. No cooldowns.
That ant he could push every skill, every ability, every new piece of power he possessed, without restraint.
And he would.
Ding!
[You currently have three "Skill Tier Advancent Scrolls"]
Sam snapped his fingers, summoning the three scrolls into existence at his feet.
They materialized one after another, resting gently on the white ground.
With a simple motion, he bent down and picked them all up.
’Three scrolls. That ans I can only evolve three skills.’
The thought imdiately weighed on him.
It was the sa kind of dilemma he had faced before, when the [Ti] affinity had forced him to make a difficult choice about his rewards.
Every decision carried consequences.

[Skill Tier Advancent Scrolls]
[Rank: Forsaken ]
[Description: Can be used on a forsaken-rank skill to evolve it to "Tier 2", and thus unlock the rest of the ranks.]
---
Once a skill touched Tier 2, it could then be taken further using [Primordial Evolution].
That was how he could push them to their true maximum.
If he used these scrolls wisely, he would create the foundation for unstoppable power.
His lips curved upward, a wide smile breaking across his face.
His aura swelled outward, filling the empty space around him with pressure.
He opened his skill list next, wanting to see the full set before making his choice.
---
[Skills: Primordial Sword Technique (Forsaken), Abyssal Obliteration (Forsaken), Eternal Barrier (Forsaken), Tendrils of Oblivion (Forsaken), Sovereign Inferno (Forsaken), Void Rush (Forsaken), Forsaken Clone (Forsaken), Gaze of the Primordial (Forsaken), I Always Co Back (Forsaken)]
---
He had nine total skills.
With only three scrolls, one third of them could be advanced right now.
It was a heavy choice, but Sam didn’t flinch.
He stared at the list for several long seconds, and then...
"Oh." The word slipped out unconsciously, "This is actually a much easier choice than expected."
Yes, all nine skills mattered.
Each one had carried him through countless battles. Each one had its own unique use.
But the truth was simple.
If he wanted to maximize his strength imdiately, the answer was clear.
He would advance the skills he relied on the most.
"Alright," Sam said, his grin widening as he lifted the three scrolls, pouring his mana into them.
"Ti to get even stronger."
Fwish! Boom!
The scrolls dissolved in his hands, transforming into radiant light.
Three identical panels appeared before him.
[Which skill do you wish to evolve to Tier 2?]
His choices ca instantly.
Without even pausing, he tapped the three he had already decided on.
And then—
Ding! Ding! Ding!
[You have evolved "Primordial Sword Technique" to Tier 2!]
[You have evolved "Eternal Barrier" to Tier 2!]
[You have evolved "Forsaken Clone" to Tier 2!]
