Thousands of years passed in the blink of an eye.
During this ti, the Chaos Demon Gods who had entered the Prehistoric World gradually ca to understand the situation and learned about the myriad races in this world.
"In this world, only five peak races have the potential to beco the protagonists of the world: the Dragon, Phoenix, Black Tortoise, Wood, and White Tiger," one of the Chaos Demon Gods said in a deep voice. "Although countless other races exist, it is a pity that these Desolate Beasts lack wisdom and cannot beco the world's protagonists, nor master the infinite luck."
Indeed, while other races existed, they were insignificant when compared to the five major races. They were simply incomparable.
After years of gathering information, it beca clear that the Dragon race was the most promising to beco the protagonist of this era. The Dragon race was the largest and most powerful race in the Prehistoric World, able to adapt to the land, sky, and sea. Their strength was formidable, and they were on the brink of dominating the world.
"Indeed, if we are to ally with anyone, it should be the Dragon race," the Chaos Demon God continued. "Their numbers are vast, and their individual strength is formidable. The Dragon race is the dominant force here."
The Dragon race, with its vast territory and power, seed poised to lead. Even their ancestors had reached the realm of Quasi-Saint, rivaling the Chaos Demon Gods in cultivation.
However, the Chaos Demon God knew that if it ca to a fight, these so-called ancestors of the Dragon race would be no match for the Chaos Demon Gods, who could easily defeat them with a single hand.
"Indeed," another Chaos Demon God agreed. "If we are to pledge allegiance, we must support the largest and strongest race, the Dragon race, and help them dominate. Once they are the sole rulers of the world, we can pay homage to them and perhaps even gain the coveted Hongng Purple Qi."
Many Chaos Demon Gods decided to align themselves with the Dragon race, assisting them in their quest for hegemony, with the goal of making the Dragon race the only dominant force in the world.
But not all were convinced. So Chaos Demon Gods questioned whether the Dragon race would indeed have the final victory.
"Although the Dragon race is formidable, they are too divided. They are constantly at odds with each other and lack unity. This division is a fatal flaw," one Chaos Demon God observed.
"True," another added. "A race that fights amongst itself cannot beco a true overlord. They will be defeated individually, unable to unite their strengths."
"I believe we should consider allying with the Phoenix race," suggested a third. "The Phoenix race's fighting power rivals that of the Dragon race, and their ability to rise from the ashes with Phoenix Nirvana makes them a formidable contender. The longer the war, the stronger they beco. In the long run, the Dragon race will lose."
"The battle for hegemony is a war of attrition. It's clear that the Phoenix race has greater endurance," one of the Chaos Demon Gods said.
After much deliberation, a faction of the Chaos Demon Gods decided to pledge allegiance to the Phoenix race, believing they had the potential to beco the true rulers of the world.
anwhile, a few other Chaos Demon Gods were hesitant about joining either the Dragon or Phoenix races. One of them spoke out.
"Boss, why not support the White Tiger race instead? Many Chaos Demon Gods believe that the Dragon and Phoenix races will clash for dominance, and the other races are re pawns. If we ally with the White Tiger race, aren't we setting ourselves up for failure?"
The leader of the Chaos Demon Gods scoffed.
"Fools, you have no idea. The White Tiger race is the most likely to beco the overlord race. Although they are not as nurous as the Dragon race and lack the Phoenix race's resilience, their unparalleled attack power and speed make them a force to be reckoned with. They are warriors through and through, and their bravery in battle is unmatched."
"But are the White Tigers really that powerful?" one of the other Chaos Demon Gods asked in disbelief.
"More powerful than you can imagine," the leader replied. "Their speed is unmatched; they are like the wind, striking swiftly and retreating when necessary. They always erge victorious by exploiting their enemies' weaknesses. Attack and speed are paramount in this world, and the White Tigers excel in both."
Convinced, the group of Chaos Demon Gods decided to join the White Tiger race, believing they would ultimately erge victorious in the struggle for world dominance.
As they discussed their plans, another group of Chaos Demon Gods was plotting a different course of action.
"Boss, instead of joining the Dragon, Phoenix, or White Tiger races, why don't we seek refuge with the Black Tortoise race? Isn't that a bit too unconventional?"
Many of the Chaos Demon Gods were confused, unsure of their leader's decision.
"The Black Tortoise race is too passive," one of them said. "They spend their days sleeping and have no interest in fighting for dominance. Why waste our ti with them?"
The leader of the Chaos Demon Gods replied with confidence, "You're all wrong. The Black Tortoise race is the most powerful of the five major races. They have their domain in the sea, where they oppress hundreds of millions of creatures. Their strength is undeniable."
"Yes, but if they aren't interested in fighting for hegemony, what can we do? They have no ambition to lead."
The leader smiled knowingly. "That's exactly why the Black Tortoise race is so formidable. They possess imnse power, yet they deliberately remain underestimated by other races. Their ancestors understand the importance of patience. When the ti is right, they will strike decisively and dominate the world. The Black Tortoise race is playing a long ga, and they will have the last laugh."
"Boss, you make a good point. The Black Tortoise race seems to be hiding its true power, waiting for the perfect mont to dominate."
"Exactly. In this world, intelligence is just as important as power. By aligning ourselves with the Black Tortoise race, we position ourselves to gain the most when they eventually rise to the top."
With their decision made, the group of Chaos Demon Gods set off for the sea, determined to seek refuge with the Black Tortoise race.
