Shindanai did not hesitate to rush towards his prey again. Nero knew that guarding would only put him at a disadvantage and stall ti for his death. He, then, cast a spell with both hands so fast!
Thunder, flas, and icicles were called up rapidly. Nero was very scary when it ca to casting spells. Maybe he was as fast as Thada or even faster. However...
That did not irritate Shindanai at all. He still dashed past all the magical stuff as if he was not scared of being wounded at all. Even with damages rising, it did not stop him. It was clear that the tank was fully activated!!
“So strong!”
Nero yelled loudly before he dodged Shindanai’s attack again. Even so, he got hit on his arm.
The magician quickly found a high place to stand before he healed himself with a spell. At that mont, Shindanai climbed up to him so fast as if he did not want Nero to have ti to do anything.
Crash!!
Longinus slashed at the ruins. The whole building crumbled down so easily. Again, Nero jumped back on the ground while he was still casting the healing spell. His eyes were opened widely.
“The whole building collapsed just by that single slash? Viola, what have you done to these kids? How many monsters are you planning to raise?!”
He gritted his teeth. It would be bad if it went on like this. This guy had started to catch up to his rhythm and he did not seem to be afraid of his magic at all. He looked at Allen and saw that he was also struggling. That Waree girl should be very good, too. They had only a little of her information since she was not usually in the front line.
This was so you, Viola. You intentionally sent the ones with the Signetic to them to decrease the gap between the special skills and forced them to use only pure abilities. She had predicted it all that they could not use their full power in the fight.

The high damage appeared at the sa ti when the tall man was cross-slashed on the torso. The eyes behind the glasses rolled up. Shin’s new move was so powerful that the magician gushed out so much blood.
However, while Shin was about to pull his arms back, Nero grabbed both of his wrists with all his might. He smiled with all satisfaction.
“I got you,” Nero said with a cheery voice.
Bloody Seal
The magician did not hesitate to cast a new spell as soon as possible. A red magic glowed at Shin’s feet. It was so bright that he needed to narrow his eyes. Nero smirked.
In the blink of an eye, blood-soaked chains punched out of the ground. They wrapped tightly around Shin and forced him to get down on his knees.
“...A spell? You think it works on ?”
He muttered softly and was about to use the light magic that broke seals and curses to get rid of the chains. However, he could not use any magic against them. The chains now forced him to lie down pathetically.
“...!”
Shin could only open his eyes widely. Nero smiled and healed himself with a healing spell.
“I’m sorry, Mr. Shin. This is a special spell that you can’t resist. It’ll suck your magic and strength dry. The more you struggle, the tighter it gets.”
Shin looked up at Nero. It was obvious that he intentionally let Shin hit him just for this. It was the kind of magic that even he, the man with a seal and curse resistance, could not do anything!
“I’m not going to attack you.” Nero shrugged. “Because the spell will break once I do that. Just have fun lying there. I have other business to take care of.”
The crusader opened his eyes widely.
“Are you going to gang up on her?!”
Nero did not reply. He only glanced at him. The crusader gritted his teeth. Nero, then, charged into Allen and Waree’s battle imdiately.
“I’ll be back. With Mr. Allen this ti.”
Nero said. He did not even notice that Shin was smirking.
“You’ll be back?” Shin scoffed softly. “We’ll see if you can actually survive from the woman I give my most respect to, Nero.”

“Nero?!”
Allen shouted when he saw Nero barging in. The big thunder crashed in the middle of the battle, and they all had to evade in different directions.
“Why are you interfering? What about your opponent? Your wounds?”
“No need to ask anything. We should take her down first.”
Nero answered calmly. Allen narrowed his eyes and glanced at where Nero was. He saw the red glow and knew right away that Nero just used his ‘bloody’ magic that he was skilled at to trap his opponent and co help him.
Allen did not plan to argue because Nero’s face looked so serious. It was obvious that his opponent was as bad as this one. Without the trap, he would not be able to win without liberating his full power!
Waree seed to have noticed what was happening. She glanced at the sa place and realized that Shindanai had lost to the man. However, she was still as calm. She even smiled sweetly.
“Are you guys ganging up on ?”
She asked nicely. She unclenched her fists. She looked strangely calm. It did not look like she just had a showdown a mont ago. Nero knew only little detail about this woman. Be it what they got from the Hunting Gate event or the one from Emilia recently, Waree was the hardest one to read!
“You don’t look troubled at all, Ms. Waree?” Nero started his war of nerves. “Your reactions are exactly like Ms. Natalia’s. From the look of it, maybe you’re even better than her.”
“I’m not that good.” Waree smiled. “If I was, you wouldn’t gang up on like this.”
She paused. The boys looked at each other, thinking about what to do next. It seed like the girl was at ease and was ready to fight like this.
“What do you an?” Allen scoffed.
“If I was equal to my mother, you would have run away by now.” She smiled sweetly, while the boys halted. “But I think it wouldn’t make any difference, even if it’s a two-on-one.”
“What a mouth you have!”
