“Okay! Be careful with those. There’s only dangerous stuff inside. Hey, that box is explosive, so control your dinosaur well. If it goes off now, our base will get screwed for sure!”

The bossy command was heard throughout the area, as many dinosaurs were pulling so large-sized luggage with people in control to make sure they did not disobey and damage their stuff. And there was so frowning man being in charge as a traffic police who led these couriers inside the base safely.

“Hey, Ae, there you are. I have sothing to talk with you about. Woah! What are all these for?”

The newcor greeted the traffic police who were making an annoyed face as he checked through the luggage that was carried in. After that, he looked at these dinosaurs that were walking in a long line inside the base.

“Oh, hey, Na, ...I an leader Vincent.” He said, waving his hand in greeting back. “These are all the items I’ve ordered from the markets in different towns. May, ...er, I an the chief told to hoard the necessities as much as our budget could spend.”

“You two are going to cover up our land with those?”

The leader scratched his cheek, while he was looking at those caravans of at least 40 dinosaurs.

“How much was the budget?”

“Around 4 million,” Manoch said as he rubbed his palm between his eyebrows like money was the most stressful topic for him. And Wisana had to hold back his laughter at that.

After he had logged in Pride again, Wisana went straight to the base of Nesis that had just co out before everyone’s eyes around 3 months ago in ga ti. Even though the base was built from barbed wires and large tents like a military camp, it was still pleasant enough as a guild’s base for the mbers anyway.

“Good thing that our base is far from the town, or my dad would have been cursed at for how we are blocking the traffic surely.”

Wisana spoke softly, before looking around the area which was a small forest that was full of those low-ranked monsters like the “Brown hown” dogs, and those colorful “Sli” jellies that were walking around everywhere in the forest. Of course, there was no one daring to get close to Nesis camp at all, maybe that was because of the number of players that lived there, and their levels that were all higher than those monsters.

“Seems like we’ve made the right decision about building our base in this remote place.”

“That’s right.” Manoch smiled in reply, before waving his hand to get a dinosaur that was about to walk out of the line back in its position. “Actually, we have to thank that tutorial NCP that kicked your butt to respawn here, or we wouldn’t have known that there was such a place like this in the ga as well.”

“Totally.” Wisana grinned widely.

Manoch was right. This place was the first spot that he was sent into the ga by the stone-cold NPC with big boobs nad “Ada,” and he rembered well that there was no living thing around the place, except for that green mushroom boss. Moreover, with these noobs monsters that no one would ever go on a hunt, how the area was a dead-end and isolated from towns, they could make a deal to buy this land at such a low price as well.

“Anyway, they shouldn’t have charged us money at all. I really can’t get over about when we contacted them to buy the land in Albasta.” Manoch said in a bored voice. “The town is in such a backcountry, without anyone passing by anyway, but they still were so greedy to sell this nothing land for 10 million! Only 1 million was already expensive for this.”

“Co on.” The boss chuckled. “Albasta is about to be abandoned. Let’s just think that the money we paid was for them to develop the town. And don’t talk crap about that town so much. At least it’s the town where Maysa and I t. For , it’s a very important town.”

“Whatever, I’m so sick of you two lovebirds.”

The long-faced rchant said as he let out a long sigh. Those eyes under the glasses looked over the camp area and frowned when they saw a small office building about 100 ters away from the guild’s base.

“But at least, we also have a class that rents a part of our land to build their office,” Manoch said with a voice full of sarcasm. “Even though it looks a lot like an idiotic office.”

Wisana’s laugh after he heard that sounded wry sohow.

About two months ago, after they bought almost every part of this land and started building their camp, there was a class of soone going in to make a rental deal for their land to build an office around here. And it had to be reminded that the rent rate they offered was so low that it made Manoch sweat. Without even using the calculator, he knew right away that this deal would be “a total loss.”

“I’ll find a way to increase the rent rate from those people soday!” the greedy one said, clenching his fists tightly.

“You might need mouths to bring out your courage and the calmness in you to be well prepared to talk to those weirdos from that office.”

Wisana teased jokingly, making the other man shake his head.

“You’re speaking like you have nothing to do with them, Bro. That’s your class, isn’t it? Instead of convincing them to take the deal that profited our guild, you kept doing the opposite way.”

The listener cracked into a laugh, before looking at the said office that had a big sign written with cute handwriting saying, “Magic Warrior Class Office.”

“Because that’s my class, I had to give them a discount. You wouldn’t understand since you don’t have a master like mine. If I dared get in his way, I would have been put under the trees around here by now.”

The last sentence made Manoch laugh. Even though he was still holding on to grudges about the loss of money, seeing the class from Aeneas having a new branch in Albasta with a cute design like a doll house was still amusing for him.

In front of the office, there was even a garden with a canal surrounding the building, totally contrasting with the old haunted one! Also, the other thing that had changed about this class was that there were so many players interested in joining them that they even had to book a queue for the test!!

“It’s clear that after a little makeup, we can turn a creep ghost into a pretty girl as well.”

Manoch said as he pushed his glasses in place softly.

“Please wait a mont. We’re trying to run the queue as fast as possible right now. In the anti, you might want to have this drink from our special recipe to dispel the soreness and increase the HP for many hours first.”

“We also have so snacks right here, I made them myself. Please feel free to have a taste.”

The lodious voices that were heard continuously were from two slim figures who walked out of the office in laced aprons on top of their maid costus making the guys around them overexcited after they saw the girls.

“Sure, we will. Even if it’s poison, we will drink it. As long as it’s made by Lala and Jinnie, even if it’s flesh garbage, we’ll eat it all. Right, guys?”

“YEAHH!!”

After that, those who were applying for the class quest at the office (90% of them were male.) shouted cheerfully for the girls of the doll house office so loudly like an army.

“After her looks have changed, the class seems to be instantly popular. I told you that Lala was a hidden gem. And combined with the sweet gentle Jinnie, even a haunted house could turn into the 7th heaven as well.”
