“The sa as you, girl. Why are you here?”

“I can’t sleep.” The one who was asked the sa question smiled wryly.

“ neither.”

He said, then smiled widely, before looking up at the night sky again, leaving Maysa looking down at this sassy guy with her heart pounding.

“The sky is clear, and the wind is nice, so I co to chill here.”

“Is that so?”

She was just saying that, because Wisana’s relaxing smile was sothing that she could not take her eyes off right now. However, she did not stare at it for too long when he looked right into her eyes, before smiling so sweetly at her.

“Co sit with . The weather is so nice here.”

“Thanks for having then.”

The one who was invited went to join him easily, while the boy was sitting up in a carefree manner like the sa. Maysa sat down a bit away from him. Why? Because she was afraid that he might be able to hear her pounding heart if she was too close to him!

The silence started building up around them again after she sat down next to him. Wisana was still looking at the stars in the sky. And Maysa might find her hands were prettier, so she kept looking at them only.

“You knew what was going on with from Tunwa, didn’t you?”

Suddenly, Wisana spoke up, making her flinch as she turned to look at him. She never expected that she would be asked this kind of question before.

“What’s that?”

“Stop playing dumb. You know that I’m heartbroken.”

“Well, ...yeah.”

Wisana laughed out loud, reaching out his hand to rock her head softly like he was endearing her.

“You don’t have to act like that. Heartbreaking is kind of normal, you know.”

Seeing that unbothered smile, she needed to turn her face away and mutter to herself.

“Normal my hat.”

The young man heard that Maysa was complaining to herself, but he did not mind that. Because right now, the breeze strangely cald down his nerves.

“It’s kind of funny though.” Suddenly, he spoke up again.

“What’s funny?”

“About the one who Orn likes.” Wisana grinned widely at her. “She thought that I, when I wore that mask to be Vincent, am the sa one whom she has a crush on sohow.”

“And how’s that funny?” Maysa frowned her eyebrows tightly.

“It’s funny that how in the world would there be soone who has the sa personality as Vincent? The one who flirts so naturally, acts cool all the ti, and looks a bit cunning like that.”

“To be real, it’s another side of your personality, isn’t it?”

After getting nagged with a shortening voice, Wisana chuckled. He then held his hand to push Maysa’s head softly in a teasing way.

And the one who was sitting next to him was still surprised by his reactions. She swore that this man had just got his heart broken, but why was he still acting normal and smiling like nothing had happened like this?

“And you’re not sad at all?” She just could not help but ask about it anyway.

Wisana paused suddenly. He made a sound from his throat like ’Huh’ before glancing at the girl next to him.

“You care about again?” he asked softly.

“Well, ...yeah, kind of.”

Unlike that one who ca to comfort him, at so point, she just got so attacked by the gentleness of the man by her side that her heart started skipping a beat again. Wisana smiled knowingly and amusedly at her reaction, before rocking her head side to side softly. Then he continued speaking with that gentle voice of his.

“Don’t worry about that for . I don’t feel sad about that at all...”

Hearing that, she sneakily turned to look at the man, worrying still.

“You’re sure?”

“Yeah.” He replied smilingly. “I’m kind of relieved actually.”

“Why?”

“Well, I’m glad that Warunya ca forward and told the truth so straightforwardly like that, and that made sothing clear to that I never loved her like that.”

Maysa was quiet like she did not know what to say.

If he said that he never loved Warunya, then what were those actions he did around her?

“Maybe,” He continued, “It’s because I can’t forget soone, and that soone has sothing similar to Orn. But to look back at it, it’s just a childish crush. It’s not as deep as I thought it was.”

Then he took his hand off her head and slicked his hair back with his two hands. He looked up at the night sky that was so pretty and relaxing to look at.

Maysa was still silent, thinking that she wanted to know who that soone was, but she chose to stay silent like the sa.

“And maybe that’s why it’s kind of funny.”

He said and turned to smile at Maysa. It was the realest and the most relaxed smile she had ever seen from him.

She thought, before returning a sweet smile back at him.

“Anyway, what’re you going to do next?”

“About?” Wisana raised his eyebrows.

“Well, Warunya’s rejected you now. At first, you joined the ga because you wanted to be near her, right? So, what’re you gonna do next? Don’t tell that you’re going to leave the Pride world for good.”

“No way I’d do that.” The sassy one said with a high-pitched voice. “I have so much fun with the ga right now, you know. Jinnie is about to appear for to see. We’ve been building our guild. And we promise that we will create a new legend together, don’t we?

Then he turned to give her a slight smile. And Maysa could help but slip out a laugh.

“Except that you get tired of , that’s when I’d probably stop playing the ga for sure.”

Listening to that, she smiled widely. “I won’t if you behave a bit better than this. Also, I’d be lonely when you were gone as well.”

“Right, I’d be lonely, if I didn’t see you, too.”

After he finished speaking, suddenly the two caught eyes with each other smilingly. The pounding heart of Maysa was now strangely calm. She grinned broadly, before letting out a long sigh.

“Right. We’ll create a new legend, so I think we need to be with each other for a long ti.”

“Yeah, a long ti.”

Hearing that, the girl chuckled and looked up at the sky with her hand reaching up like she was trying to touch the stars. ...Wisana was still Wisana. She should not have been worried about silly things. Because he would not break the promise, like ever.

“Hey, May...” He spoke up softly.

“Yeah...?”

“When Orn telling the truth made know another thing as well...”

“What’s that?”

“That I might have found soone that I actually like...”

Those soft words made Maysa pause and avoid Wisana’s eyes again. Her silly heart was back to pounding uncontrollably fast. Her well-shaped lips pressed together slightly.

What was this atmosphere...?

It felt like a movie where a couple of a boy and a girl sat alone, surrounded by the stars at night, like the climax scene of a romantic movie.

When the leading actor was about to confess to the girl!!!

There was a long silence between them. Maysa did not dare to look at Wisana at all. But she guessed that this guy was probably staring at her right now. ...Was he serious?! If he was about to confess now because the timing and surroundings were inspiring, ...maybe they might have to ...kiss!

With this guy? ...No, ...she was okay with this, but she did not have ti to get ready...

“Oh?”

But she had to let out a soft exclamation before she could say anything. Maybe that was because the other leaned in close to her and rested his head on her shoulder slightly as well...

Wait, hold on, was this a bit of missing so steps?!

He had to confess first before he did that, didn’t he?

No, it should be the girl who did this, right? Leaning in to rest her head on the other’s shoulder like this.

ZZZ

But there was a soft snore coming from his attractive lips, crushing the girl’s dream down in the blink of an eye. It was a snore that told her that the one who was building the mood up had now decided to sleep just like that!

“Wisana. Hey...”
