I wanted to know how this guy was going to make it, too!

In the blink of an eye, the ice swords dove down from the sky, piercing through the enemies around Wisana, sending them falling to the ground like so leaves. His sparkling golden eyes widened, at the sa ti as his senses got awakened again.

It was like dodging the arrows from earlier, he just had to bend his body around a bit and used a little help from his sword, he then was able to parry all Angela’s magic, without any scratch. Unlike almost the whole army of Orcs that were now lying dead on the ground

Finally, Angela let herself down and stood on the ground again smoothly with eyes gazing at Wisana dumbfoundedly.

“How...did you do that?”

“It’s my personal skill. Don’t try this at ho.” Wisana winked at her.

This ti, the little girl was totally speechless after she had witnessed his true abilities with her own eyes, thinking that we really should not judge people by how they look. But who would have thought that a cheeky, irritating one like this guy would have such high potential like this?!

“Anyway, I wasn’t your burden at all, right, little girl?” The delighted voice spoke, getting her out to the present again.

“...Y ...yeah, maybe so.”

“Oh, since we’ve been fighting for a while, the army seems to be smaller now. We can be savage, too, huh, you and I,” Wisana said, holding a hand to shield above his eyes as he looked around and saw that the army that used to have more than a thousand Orcs, only had a few hundred left with serious injuries. Also, the path to Lord Orc was clear and convenient now.

“The savage one is you,” she muttered.

“Huh? What did you say again?”

“Nothing.” Angela cut him off, even though she ant every word she just said. It was not surprising for her, who had higher levels than the monsters, to wipe a group of them out in one attack. What was surprising was how this guy was able to kill them so easily, like turning his own hand, even though he had a lower level.

Thinking about this got her goosebumps!

“We’re almost done here. Let’s go get that Lord of ape now!” Wisana shouted determinedly at Lord Orc in front of him. The girl nodded in agreent and was about to start rushing in ...if there was not a sound of the battle drum coming up again.

“They changed the drum signal again!” The man yelled, stopping his feet.

“What do you an by that? You understand the Orc’s drum sound?” she asked as she stopped her feet as well. The youthful face turned to look at him with a surprise for the second ti.

Don’t tell that this guy could recognize and understand the drum signals of the enemies as well.

Because, if so, he would be beyond the devil’s level now!

“No, I’ve never heard of this kind of signal before.” He said to himself.

“It probably ans nothing.” She said, while she was looking at those two Orcs that were hitting the battle drums beside Lord Orc, who was sitting on the wild boar as usual. But this ti, the leader’s face looked satisfied with himself sohow.

“I have a bad feeling about this. This signal sounds like a calling for support or sothing like that.” Wisana spoke, tightening his grip on the sword.

STOMP!!

A mont later, there was a harsh vibration on the ground, making them both stunned instantly.

“What was that? An earthquake?” The little mage shouted out of shock.

“No!” The man objected. The vibration was not an earthquake, but it was from sothing stomping its heavy steps down the ground, moving toward where they were standing!

“Be careful, Angie.” He warned. “Sothing’s coming.”

The ground was shaking harder as an outright sign to tell them that the thing ca closer, stomping its heavy steps toward them quickly.

Right now, Wisana and Angela could only stand still, being as quiet as possible. Their brains started imagining what the new incoming monster could possibly look like.

“Maybe you want to start casting so spells, Angie, just in case. I have no idea what else could co at us now.”

“N... no need to remind of that.”

Angie replied with a shaking voice. She had already cast and held more than 8 spells in her brain to apply suitably in any situation without having anyone to tell her to do so.

“Here it cos!”

A short mont later, Wisana shouted out loudly. But the thing he saw was not a new enemy, but a huge rock that was flying to where they were standing accurately.

“...Angie!”

“Yeah, I can see that. Now can you please shut up!”

The little mage snapped at the man quickly, then pointed her scepter at the incoming rock instantly. A small fireball was blazing up at the tip of the scepter, before it was shot right through the rock, breaking it into pieces right away!

“Damn, what kind of monster that throws rocks at people like this...?”

Wisana asked after he used his sword to flick a piece of rock off moodily.

The pair of amber eyes glanced attentively at Lord Orc on the wild boar at the far back of the battle. ...What kind of minion did this boss call out now? Apart from liking to play dirty, it could smile very annoyingly as well!

THUD!!

Then, there was sothing walking up and stopping behind Lord Orc, making his eyes widen out of shock!

“Ohoo... what the heck is that?!” Wisana yelled.

“Troll!!”

Angela yelled, too, making Wisana turn to look at her...

Troll?!

He had heard about this thing before. It was a monster in so fantasy novels. It was gigantic since it was half-human and half-giant. Troll was perceived as dumb, but its strength was ranked as one of the tops.

Seeing this celebrity right in front of him, Wisana gulped. ...Well, these trolls had the height of an electricity post, which was more than 6 ters. Also, they had at least one huge stick in their hands. And it was not that hard to guess what would happen if he got hit by one of them.

...Oh, right. ...he just said, ‘these trolls,’ didn’t he?

Correct, these trolls ca in a group of 8. ...They were stomping before they stopped and stared at Angela and him. Wisana then caught eyes with the little mage for an opinion.

“...You can handle this?” he asked.

“Maybe, if it’s one troll at a ti. But trolls are rank-A monsters that are well known for their endurance. Their skin can resist both magic and blades. ...In conclusion, just one troll can already give us a hard ti.”

“In conclusion, ...we’re screwed up big ti, huh.”

Wisana said, scratching his cheek. His dominant hand tightened his grip on the sword unconsciously.

“...Do you have any plans, Angie?”

“You have any plans?”

Both asked each other at the sa ti. Then those differences-colored eyes caught, as their brains started processing sothing fast like, ...they better not stick together anymore!

As fast as their thoughts, after they finished communicating through their eyes, Lord Orc pointed the sharp edge of its spear at the two. Then the 8 trolls started running at them instantly, feet stomping and shaking the whole ground in the area.

Of course, the players started running in separate directions, making the trolls pause at the first mont. Then 6 of them decided to go after Wisana, while the other 2 went after Angie.

“Crap! Why are 6 of you coming after ? What kind of standard do you use that makes an unfair share like this?!”

The troublemaker bawled, while his feet were running continuously. Because if he stopped, he would not have any idea about how to deal with those big bros either. Unlike Angie, after she found out that only two enemies were chasing her, she stopped running. She pointed the scepter at the trolls fast, shooting a gigantic fireball out of her favorite weapon.

“...Fireball!”
