“Are you serious? Why would I want this sha with all the ti?” His words made Shindanai shake his head like he was exhausted.

“I think that you should practice using them.”

“Practice using these crappy swords? No way!” And then Wisana made a weird face that almost had Shindanai slip out a laugh as well. But luckily, he could keep his straight face in ti and hide the laugh in a cough smoothly.

“Each sword has different abilities. I believe that if you use them in the right way and ti, they will be very useful to you surely.”

“Easier said than done.” The weapons’ owner collapsed on the table again defeatedly. Seeing that, Shindanai rolled his eyes one ti, before sending side eyes to Waree who was sitting in the next seat.

“I think Shin’s right, Na!” The girl went along right away.

“Huh?” Her brother glanced his eyes up.

“You should try practicing them. I think they’ll be useful like Shin said.”

When Wisana looked up, he saw a sweet smile on her cute face with eyes sparkling. So, he gave up on arguing, waving his hands grudgingly.

“Okay, okay, I’ll try. But if sothing happens, you have to revive , all right?”

“Of course, brother!” His sister said cheerfully, making the brother feel affection for her a lot. He rocked her head softly, getting a giggle out of her for another ti. But this scene of them enjoyingly teasing each other caused a weary feeling for the man who was sitting across from them instead.

Wisana was so straightforward about expressing his feelings and had a weak spot for his sister’s imploring as well.

Should this be called being honest or being dull?

Shindanai thought, then sighed. And that happened to be at the sa ti Angela did, too. They made eye contact, before letting out a soft snort like they knew the other’s thoughts well.

“But I never thought that there would be a Thai traditional coffee shop on the way to a mountain like this.” Wisana started a new topic, drawing everyone’s attention to him with amused knowing smiles.

“Well, if soone didn’t get too cold to walk, we wouldn’t need to stop and take a rest here.” The nagging ca at a perfect ti from the sa silver-haired kid, making the one who was nagged scowl at her instantly. And Waree could only hold up her hands to stop them both from fighting with an awkward smile.

“I’m not from a cold country like you to endure below-zero weather like this.” He rebuked.

“It’s because you bought the wrong kind of coat. You were told to buy a winter coat, but you bought a sumr one. That’s why we’re wasting ti on finding sothing to warm you up here.” Angela responded so harshly that he wanted to kick her in the butt.

But of course, the one who got blad did not say anything but made a displeased sound in his throat.

She was right... their party had to stop at the coffee shop in the middle of the valley because of him. Well, who would have known that as they got further toward the north, the weather would get a lot colder to the point that it even had snow high up to their knees like this!

But what hurt more was that the coat he bought from the market in Dores was the sumr coat for wearing in the desert to keep cool! Surely when he put it on, he was shaking from the cold that he pulled it off him right away.

Luckily, there was this Thai traditional coffee shop with an NPC owner who sold items for keeping players warm. It was kind of strange that even though the shop was an open space with no roof, there was not any snow here, and the weather was warm like spring as well.

“Here you go, two hot coffees, one black tea, one hot milk, and stead toast with pandan custard.” A mont later, the NPC owner brought their orders to their table. He was a big middle-aged man with short hair, wearing glasses and a strange-looking hat.

Tall coffee mugs were placed on the table, along with so soft bread and a cup of pandan custard. Wisana rubbed his hands together out of a craving for sothing warm for an exceedingly long ti.

“Sorry for keeping you waiting. My shop is quite crowded today.”

“It’s all right,” Shindanai replied, waving his hand like he did not mind. Then he pulled his mug to himself.

When Wisana looked around the place, he saw that this small coffee shop was crowded as the owner said. The sets of tables like the one they were sitting at were cramd with custors. Not to ntion there were so of the players who were standing outside, waiting in their queue as well.

“But your shop’s really popular, Mister. Is there any special occasion today?” The curious one asked.

“I don’t know either. Normally, there’re not many people coming by. But whatever, I’m just happy to have this many custors.” Finishing his sentences, the owner gave them a big smile, before rushing back to his coffee machine inside the shop. He shouted to rush a girl with braided hair who was busily making so Thai coffee there.

“Hurry up, girl. The custors are waiting.”

“Because the hunting gate event is coming soon. So, everyone’s out here to hunt the monsters for hunter points.” Shindanai spoke up softly, while he was sipping the coffee in his hand. Wisana looked like he was just reminded about sothing. So, he gulped down the coffee and waved his hand to get attention from the other.

“That’s right, speaking of the hunting gate thing, I don’t know what prize the winner will get, yet.”

Shindanai paused, looking up at the man’s eyes instantly.

“You’re saying that you want to join the event without even knowing what the prize is?”

“Hehe, why not?” The troubleso man grinned widely, making Shindanai snort before he turned to Waree for an opinion.

“Is your brother nuts, Waree?” He asked.

“Hehe, just a little bit,” she replied helplessly.

“But I think he’s more like an idiot,” Angela added deadpan.

“Hey, hey, don’t join in, too. This kid.” The one who was getting ganged up on frowned frustratedly, even when he still had the pandan bread stuffed in his mouth. The actions made Shindanai feel sorry for himself again.

Whatever the man was thinking in that head, he would never be able to understand it.

“Right, just forget that I asked.” The calm voice spoke up finally. “The prize for the hunting gate’s winner is five hundred million coins and many necessary items.”

“Oh...” Wisana drawled in acknowledgnt. “That’s a lot of money, not bad.”

“Don’t tell you’re expecting that you’d win first prize.” And once again, Angela nagged at him, getting surly eyes out of Wisana.

“Why? What’s wrong with expecting myself to win?”

“No, nothing is wrong with that. It’s just kind of funny knowing that you’re not even qualified to join the event, but you’re already dreaming about winning first prize now... ow, ow, ow.” She exclaid out loudly when Wisana reached out a hand to pinch her fair cheek with full strength, making the kid slap his arm continuously as a signal of giving up.

“That hurt! Why did you pinch ?!”
