37 There is this kind of beauty?

Rong Yue woke up to the continuous ringing of her phone and her face scrunched up in dissatisfaction as she picked the phone still sleepy.

“Who’s this?” She demanded and if it was any normal person on the phone, they would have detected very easily that she was not in the right mood but it was her master.

“You brat! Why are you not picking up my calls? The event starts in less than two hours and I have to see you before then.” He shouted, his voice shocking the young man beside and also Rong Yue.

All the sleepiness cleared from her face and she sat up in surprise.

In two hours ti?

Had she been sleeping for that long.

“I stayed up late to complete so paintings, I would be right there now.” She said hurriedly as she tried to get her bearings.

Hearing that she had so paintings, master Wang’s mood finally got better.

“Okay, if you want to co here, co quick, I’ll have this punk here reserve a VIP booth that can accommodate us all in the auction room.” The man was about to burst out of excitent at the thought of his little student.

.....

“Quick go and reserve a standard VIP room, my little student said she’s coming over. Also, tell one of those people here that my student would be coming with so painting for auction later today so they should leave so space for her.” He added and then pushed his grandson away so he could carry out the instructions.

He had used all his energy in getting this his grandson here, also, he was good at calligraphy at the very least which ant that they would have sothing to talk about.

From the way Rong Yue had signed her na on her painting, even Wang Lei, his grandson had comnted her calligraphy.

“Everything has been prepared already.” Wang Lei told him as he ca back. Unlike his father, the young man was more reserved and sturdy. He looked like soone you could et for the first ti and bank your money on with how reassuring he looked.

There was also this aura around him that made one want to co near to him despite his blank face. His looks were also above average, however, he was far from the league of idols.

“Try to look more human, do you think anyone would want to discuss with you with your blank face?” His grandfather scolded again as he hit him on the back.

Wang Lei’s mouth twitched with a slight smile. What his grandfather was trying to do.... It would perhaps take a baby to not notice. But he was also curious to see the girl that would make his father willing beco a matchmaker, after all, despite the man’s desires for them to settle, he had always left it to them.

Rong Yue had never been more glad about the knitted dresses her mother made for her. With the unstable weather, she picked one of the most conservative piece and packed her hair into a high bun before leaving the house.

Thankfully, Driver Yu was there to carry her as she still had to carry four paintings.

It was just the scroll type, it would have been easy but because she knew it was going to have to be put up imdiately, she had frad each one by herself as soon as they dried up making them quite heavy.

“I think it would be better I drop you off where you are going.” Driver Yu suggested as he looked at those four large sized fras. With how she had carried it, it was hard to tell what they way but it was easy to guess that they would be heavy.

“You can do that?” She asked hopeful, her eyes glistening brightly at not having to go through that stress.

“Of course, it is. Especially since there are only two occupied flats and the other family has a car, this can be considered as yours for now.” He explained.

“Ahh! That’s just perfect.” She said with a sigh and then gave him the address to the painting association.

Now that she knew he was taking her there, she patiently opened her phone and connected to a software.

Previously because she was rushing, she hadn’t been able to check out Tong Yang’s location to confirm that she wasn’t in the capital. Since she had already hacked the phone before, it was a very simple thing and within minutes, her phone already found the location.

‘Even better, she’s already at the painting association’ she sighed and her heart leaped in excitent. Finally sothing interesting to do.

The mont she got to the painting association, she called her master while still waiting in the car with driver Yu.

“My son would co down now, my old bones can’t be moving around.” Master Wang said on the phone as he described what his grandson was putting on.

Rong Yue rolled her eyes at his dramatic self but was unsuspecting of what the man was planning. Before long, a young man appeared at the entrance wearing exactly what the man had said.

Had master waited till all the children he was ant to have finish in heaven before giving birth or he was still going at it even till he was old?

After all, the ‘son’ in front of her was quite young.

She hurriedly got down from the car and walked up to him so she could confirm. “Hello, I’m Rong Yue. Are you from Master Wang?” She asked politely and her voice made Wang Lei who was originally looking around to turn to face her.

On first take, the young man was stunned.

There is this kind of beauty!?

The young girl in front of him looked like she had just stepped out of so fantasy novel. With bright eyes and silky black hair that had been packed up, making her facial features even more open for one to see.

There was also a kind of glow in her eyes, like as if she was baring her soul to the world with just one look.

“Y...yes, I am.” He responded a little later and shyly scratched the back of his head out of embarrassnt.

He had been wondering what she would look like all these while and even sohow prepared himself to be disappointed. After all, the more the expectation, the less soone got in return.

However, he had still be stunned silly from her looks.

“Let lead the way.” He added hurriedly since he didn’t have anything to say.

“Hmmm, please hold on. I have so paintings to carry.”
