136 Scold without rcy
“This card that the young lady holds is our premium VIP card and only our founder boss can issue it. As for the second card, it is our most expensive card and can allow a person to pay for close to thirty hours. Which of these cards seems like a card that a cheat would hold?” He scolded sternly.
The manager kissed his teeth upon seeing how unwilling they were to accept that they were wrong. After managing the arcade center for the past six months, he had seen his fair share of people.
For people like this, he understood them quite well.
“While the surveillance video is being processed, I’ll swipe this card and a regular bank card on our system so that everyone can see that cards made by our Arcade center have a special way of operation.”
Without wasting ti, as soon as he told them, the manager pulled out his wallet from his pocket and brought out the bank card and handed it to the guard to show everyone.
For people that were smart, they didn’t need to look too much after seeing the of the arcade center on the card. Also, the manager had dared to bring out a normal bank card which ant he was most likely sure of what he was saying!
But for the family of five, they were the type that didn’t want to stop until they were in their grave. They felt this was just another case of the rich trying to exploit them that weren’t.
Very quickly, the manager swiped the normal bank card to the card slotting part of the machine. The ga had no reaction.
Secondly, he pulled out the card that Qin Yichen had bought. Since a lot of other people knew about that one, it was also going to add more credibility.

With one swipe, the card beeped and spat out coins so that they could start with using the machine. Now that everyone had seen that, he passed the card to Qin Yichen back. Before he could turn to tell the guard to pass the premium card, the first daughter spoke up softly.
“Mr manager, surely, we all know that the other card is your most expensive card and that it would work. The other card is the one that has suspicious origins.”
Since she felt that the three of them were siblings, she also didn’t want to sound too sharp so that she wouldn’t leave a wrong impression on the man. So her voice was sounding considerate as if she was just voicing out a casual opinion.
“The other card has been tested, of course the other one would be tested too,”
The manager collected the card from the guard and also slotted into a second machine, just like the first one, the coins popped out of the coin dispenser.
“You can see that both cards works just fine with our paynt machines,”
Just as his words rang out, the guard that had been sent to bring the surveillance video rushed in and handed a tablet to the manager.
“The video has been processed, you can have a look,”
The manager watched the short clip that was less than a minute twice and then passed it to the guard that allowed people nearby to watch it while he still held on to the tablet.
Anyone with eyes could clearly see that the person who had arrived first was the girl and the little boy. Moreover, it wasn’t a matter of seconds and was more than a minute!
To then have the guts to claim they were right the whole ti made a lot of people surprised as they cast scornful gazes at the family.
“Even if the little boy is like that, at the very least, there are four others and all of them could have corrected him, instead they chose to bully the boy and girl.”
“Very despicable behavior and to think they had the mind to actually argue with them so loudly!”
The more they heard, the more the family of five flushed with embarrassnt and they tried to look for the fastest way to get out.
But Qin Yichen was faster than them and quickly called the manager’s attention to it.
“You can’t just cause all of these trouble and slip away, apologize to my Yue’ er”
The manager was also not slow and signaled to the two guards that that were with him.
“Since you have caused a custor of ours much discomfort, we would appreciate it if you can apologize to them to close this matter, luckily, they don’t seem to want to drag matters as your entire family has slandered them earlier by calling her a cheat.”
Rong Yue looked at the manager from the corner of her eyes and nodded subtly.
She was glad that despite his usual reserved and polite nature, he was able to handle the matter well. She had also not expected that just a casual trip here with her little darling would have caused so much drama and even make the manager to see her holding the card.
She sent a look full of dissatisfaction before looking at the little darling that had been silent the whole ti and said nothing.
“Y..you.. can’t say that, our little San was only doing this to get so friend, instead, these two had mistreated him. They are the ones offending custors instead!” The mother hurriedly refuted.
“Madam, earlier, you claid that you got here first which has now being proved to be a lie and now you are trying to change the truth of matters? At the very least, you are a mother and a wife, you should be a little bit more reasonable.” Soone from the spectators called her out quickly as they felt infuriated upon hearing her weak defense.
The first daughter also pulled her mother back a little as sha filled her at them being caught.
However, instead of giving up, she put up a look full of grievance and also lowered her eye lashes as she walked towards Qin Yichen.
She batted her eyes lashes and then started to speak.
“This mister, this is indeed a misunderstanding and we all listened to my younger brother’s version of the account which is what caused all of these, as he is still little, please forgive him.” She said in one breath.
When she looked up, her eyes were misty and looked extrely pathetic. Even so of the n around felt their hearts wavering as they pitied her.
At least, she was not like her mother who refused to see that they were wrong even at this point.
“Why are you apologizing to ? You have called Yue’er a cheat so many tis by your family, also in that surveillance, I happened to see that when it all happened, your entire family were in the sa vocal position. Surely, you must have seen when he ran up to them. How co when it leaves your mouth, it now sounds like it was all your brother’s fault?” Qin Yichen didn’t hold back one bit in scolding her.
And before she could reply, he continued.
“Also, as his elder sister, you are not just apologizing on his behalf and not teaching him well, you even dare to push all of the bla on him when clearly you all are the ones that should guide him? Haven’t you seen how she has held her own brother behind her back since this matter happened? Do you think you are such a good person and so simple apology like that would hold any weight?”
As he talked, he pointed at Qin Heng that was partly hidden by Rong Yue’s hips.
It was easy to see that she didn’t want any of the matter happening to co near him.
What made it even worse was that this girl looked like she was only around sixteen years of age while the first daughter of this family looked like she was close to twenty five already.
Just from this comparison, it was easy to see that she was totally wrong and had no good culture.
All of the n that were starting to be swayed by her also shook their head as they felt like they had been betwitched just now and started scolding them back with frevor.
Seeing that everything was becoming ssy, the manager stepped forward.
“This arcade center would seek for repentance on their behalf from this master and ask that you forgive them.”
“Also.” He turned to look at the family with annoyance in his eyes.
“Guards, kindly help us escort them out, they can take back the value money of their card back now as if they want to return on another day they would be denied entrance imdiately into our arcade center. This ans that they are being blacklisted as we speak.
The faces of everyone in the family imdiately paled as they heard those words. It wasn’t like the arcade center was sothing they couldn’t live with. But to be blacklisted from sowhere like this was a big dent on their reputation!
