Chapter 603: Chapter 592: Insulting Qiao Jing as a Country Bumpkin
The next morning.
Qiao Jing arrived at the research institute, and saw Nanqing, who was in a particularly good mood, humming a tune while organizing docunts.

Seeing this, Nanqing, without saying a word, wanted to follow.
“Are you going to Wonderful Hall? I’ll go with you.”
Qiao Jing shook her head and glanced at the ti.
“I have to give Old Master Chen a follow-up consultation, it’s not convenient.”

“Thank you for waiting.”

The butler showed her a respectful smile, gestured towards the house, and opened the door for her.
“It’s my duty, Director Chen is upstairs taking care of the old master and specifically asked to receive you.”
As Qiao Jing entered, she noticed another person in the living room.
She had seen this girl before, during the last golf match, where she and Lou Xinrou had competed against her.
She heard Nanqing ntion in passing that Ye Linglong, like Lou Xinrou, was attracted to Zhan Qipei.
Ye Linglong was sitting on the sofa eating an apple, and upon hearing the door open, tucked into an impatient complaint while watching TV.
“Butler, just what kind of distinguished guest are you waiting for an hour early, who seems more important than ? You didn’t even brew tea for .”
The butler looked apologetically at Ye Linglong and explained,
“I’m sorry, Miss Ye, today’s distinguished guest is very important to Director Chen and Old Master Chen, and indeed to the entire Chen Family, so I had to receive her in advance.”
Having heard what the butler said, Ye Linglong beca incredibly curious.
“I really want to see who is more important than . I am my uncle’s own niece!”

She thought so high-profile personality had co, which was why her uncle and the butler were giving so much importance, only to find out it was Qiao Jing, this country bumpkin!
Just a country bumpkin, is she really worth all this attention?
The reason Ye Linglong had such hostility towards Qiao Jing was because Qiao Jing now held the status of Zhan Qipei’s wife.
She simply disliked seeing Qiao Jing!
Upon hearing Ye Linglong’s words, the butler’s smile imdiately froze on his face, and looking sowhat panicked, he glanced at Qiao Jing and quickly started to apologize on her behalf.
“Sorry! Miss Qiao, the young lady is ignorant, please don’t take her words to heart.”
Qiao Jing glanced at Ye Linglong dismissively and then looked away.
“Hmm, let’s go upstairs for a follow-up examination.”
She was not going to waste her ti arguing with Ye Linglong. In her view, the patient’s ti was more important than anything else.
Seeing the butler apologize for her, Ye Linglong was infuriated.
“Butler! You mustn’t let Qiao Jing go upstairs! What status does she have? What standing? Her presence in our ho is an insult, and now you let her go to the second floor? What right does she have? And don’t tell the important guest you spoke of today was Qiao Jing!”

Now the butler was even more scared, fearing that if Qiao Jing beca upset, she might refuse to treat Old Master Chen. So, wiping his sweat, he tried to dissuade her:
“Miss, please watch what you say. Miss Qiao is our distinguished guest today, and didn’t Director Chen specifically instruct you today not to speak recklessly?”
It was known that Miss Ye was usually an arrogant and domineering character, spoiled by her family mbers. Every ti there was an issue, her family would cover for her.
But today, even Director Chen might not be able to cover for her!
Qiao Jing glanced at Ye Linglong expressionlessly, not wanting to waste words with her anymore.
“Let’s go upstairs.”
Seeing Qiao Jing heading upstairs, Ye Linglong couldn’t hold back anymore and quickly stood up, stepping in front of the two and confronted the butler:

Qiao Jing noted Ye Linglong’s actions and simply side-stepped slightly, causing the other to miss her grab.

“Move aside.”
Originally, she had no intention of paying any attention to Ye Linglong, planning to go upstairs to give Old Master Chen a follow-up examination.
But now, Ye Linglong had directly blocked her, delaying the examination ti for Old Master Chen and wasting her ti as well.
Ye Linglong stubbornly blocked the stairway, refusing to move aside.
“I don’t believe a word the butler says, he must be mistaken. Qiao Jing, just get out of my uncle’s house!”
