Qu Yunxuan walked out of the kitchen. “Xiao Bing?”
Dong Xuebing replied. “Aunt Xuan, are you cooking lunch?”
Qu Yunxuan nodded and sked. “It was raining yesterday. Did you get caught in the rain? Co over and let see.”
Dong Xuebing waved his arms. “I am fine.”
Qu Yunxuan examined Dong Xuebing and stroked his arms lovingly.
Xie Huilan narrowed his eyes. “Yunxuan, you are spoiling him.”
Qu Yunxuan looked at Xie Huilan. “I am speechless about you. How can you be so uncaring about him? What if he falls sick?”

Qu Yunxuan quickly carried her daughter, but she did not stop.

Qu Yunxuan passed Qianqian to Xie Huilan carefully. “Be careful.”
Xie Huilan smiled and carried Qianqian. She looked into her eyes and rocked her gently. “Smile…. Smile for Godma…. Haha….”
Little Qianqian looked at Xie Huilan and stopped crying. She made so baby talk and started to place with her clothes.
Xie Huilan smiled and teased Little Qianqian with her fingers.
Luan Xiaoping and Dong Xuebing were surprised to see Qianqian close to Xie Huilan.
Qu Yunxuan smiled. “Look…. My daughter is closer to her godmother than .”
Xie Huilan stroked Qianqian’s head and explained. “Haha…. It’s because you all are too concerned for this little fellow. Babies understand our facial expressions, and she will stop crying when I smile at her.

Everyone sat at the dining table.

During lunch, Dong Xuebing poured three glasses of Baijiu and raised his glass. “Mum, Huilan, and Yunxuan. This is a toast to you all. I know I am wrong, and I don’t dare to ask you all to forgive . But I must drink these.”
Dong Xuebing finished the glass of Baijiu and felt his stomach hurt.
Luan Xiaoping turned to Huilan and Yunxuan. “Stop him. Don’t let him drink anymore. Bring the glasses over.”
Dong Xuebing refused and finished the second glass.
Luan Xiaoping got mad. “I said to stop drinking! It’s all in the past. No matter what you do, you are still my son. Why would I disown you?”
“Mum….” Dong Xuebing’s eyes turned red.
