The City Commission for Discipline Inspection family quarters.
This is a small neighborhood in the City Governnt family quarters. This neighborhood is not small and houses all governnt departnts’ family quarters. Dong Xuebing had visited Yang Zhaode’s apartnt in the City Party Committee family quarters. This place’s facilities were not as good. However, it is still a nice neighborhood with lots of greeneries.
Dong Xuebing and Luo Haiting started to unload her luggage.
A middle-aged woman was walking towards the apartnt building and passed by them.
The woman saw Dong Xuebing and greeted him. “Director Dong.”
Dong Xuebing had t this woman during his welco lunch. She is the Commission for Discipline Inspection’s complaint office Director Liang Xuan. They shook hands. “Hi, Director Liang.”
Liang Xuan smiled. “Director Dong, why are you here? Have you had dinner? Do you want to co to my place for dinner?”
Dong Xuebing rejected her offer politely. “Sorry. I am helping Director Luo to move house. I can’t leave her and let her carry her luggage herself.”
Luo Haiting quickly added. “Director, I can manage on my own. I don’t want to trouble you anymore.”
Dong Xuebing laughed. “It’s fine.”
Liang Xuan greeted Luo Haiting.
They chatted for a while, and Liang Xuan asked Dong Xuebing. “Is Xiao Zhu doing well in your departnt?”
Dong Xuebing replied. “Xiao Zhu is smart, and she is doing well. Director Luo had assigned her to liaise with the banks.”
Liang Xuan looked at Luo Haiting and smiled.
Liang Xuan did not ntion anything about her relationship with Zhu Zhu. This is taboo in the governnt sector, and she cannot make it obvious. She ntioned Zhu Zhu to Dong Xuebing as a hint to ask him to take care of her. The Complains Office worked closely with the Inspection Offices, and she holds a Division Chief rank.
A few minutes later.
A two-bedroom apartnt upstairs.
Dong Xuebing and Luo Haiting carried the luggage into the apartnt. Clicked. Luo Haiting closed the door behind her and was covered in sweat.
Luo Haiting sighed. “I am getting old. Look how sweaty I am.”
Dong Xuebing smiled. “Take a break. It’s ti for to leave.”
“No.” Luo Haiting smiled. “You helped a lot today. You let have this apartnt and helped to move. You must stay for dinner. I will let you try my cooking skills.”
Dong Xuebing laughed. “It’s too troubleso.”
“No… that bag is full of groceries. I had brought it along.”
“Alright. I haven’t had dinner too.”
Luo Haiting asked Dong Xuebing to sit and enter the room with her luggage. She looked around and noticed the renovations and fittings were better. This apartnt was supposed to be Dong Xuebing’s, and the décor was based on his rank. She returned to the living room with a smile. “I must thank you properly and do my best to cook the most delicious dinner for you.”
Dong Xuebing replied. “Sister Luo, don’t say such things. You are treating like an outsider.”
“Ok…. Stay here while I prepare dinner.”
Luo Haiting was in a good mood as she was promoted to Section Chief and had gotten an apartnt. She swayed into the kitchen and got busy.

About twenty minutes later, the dishes were cooked and brought to the dining table.
Dong Xuebing sat at the table and praised. “It looks delicious. Sister Luo, you are good at cooking.”
Luo Haiting laughed. “Thank you. I had never learned to cook, but I cooked for my child daily. Hurry and try it.”
Dong Xuebing picked up his chopsticks and tried the food. “Wow….”
Luo Haiting smiled. “I’m glad you like it. I was afraid the food is not good enough.”
Most won in their forties can cook well. After all, they had been cooking for years.

Luo Haiting laughed. “Co over to my place when you are lazy to cook in the future.”

“I am feeling sweaty after cooking. You can start first while I change.”
Luo Haiting returned to her room, and Dong Xuebing started eating as he was hungry.
A while later, Luo Haiting returned to the living room.
Dong Xuebing looked over, and his eyes almost popped out.
Sister Luo had changed into a dark green low-cut dress. She also changed her hairstyle and hair clip. Most of her chest was exposed, showing deep cleavage.
Dong Xuebing choked on his food and coughed.
Luo Haiting acted as if nothing had happened and sat opposite Dong Xuebing to have dinner.
Dong Xuebing smiled. “Sister Luo, if you wear that to work tomorrow, most male staff will go crazy.”
Luo Haiting laughed. “You are exaggerating. I know myself well.”

Dong Xuebing could see Sister Luo’s shadow, and she was pulling up her skirt. After that, he heard water trickle sounds.
This was too…… Dong Xuebing had never experienced this before.
Dong Xuebing looked towards the bathroom. The bathroom and the living room were adjacent, and he could only see a pair of legs. Sister Luo was sitting on the toilet bowl, and her black stockings and pink lacy underwear were pulled to her knees. From his angle, that’s the most he can see. At this mont, he wanted to move his body to see more, but Sister Luo noticed him.
The water trickling sound stopped, and the toilet flushed.
Dong Xuebing heard high-heel footsteps and saw Luo Haiting bending over at the washing basin to wash her hands. After that, she walked out confidently and gasped suddenly.

Luo Haiting smiled. “I am used to living alone and had forgotten to close the toilet door.”
Dong Xuebing was speechless and embarrassed. “It’s fine…. Everyone will forget sothing once in a while.”
“I think….” Luo Haiting sat down and looked at Dong Xuebing. “It was because I did not see you as an outsider and thought nothing about it.”
