Fen Zhou City’s investnt fair in Tokyo had ended.
Dong Xuebing called Luo Haiting and the rest to his room for a short eting in the morning.
Luo Haiting took out her notebook and reported it to Dong Xuebing. “We have 15 Japanese businessn asking about our projects in detail during the fair, and most of the projects are from a few sectors. Currently, we have not to sign any agreents or letters of investnt intentions with them. Still, two companies had expressed they will visit our county for a site visit later this year. From their attitudes, I think we stand a good chance.”
Zhang Fan and Yu Rui also reported on their duties.
They know they will not sign any contracts in this fair, but Dong Xuebing is still disappointed. The City had gotten around 600 million worth of investnts, but all of them had visited the investnt sites last year. This investnt fair is only a few days, and no one will invest without visiting the actual site. Yan Tai County can confirm site visits with two companies are considered good results.
“Thanks for working hard, everyone.” Dong Xuebing looks at his watch. “What ti is the flight?”
Zhang Fan looks at the schedule. “It’s at noon, and we still have three hours.”
“Are the City leaders on this flight?”
“The leaders should be taking the 10.30 am flight and had left for the airport.”
“Alright. Let’s end the eting now.” Dong Xuebing smiles. “Go and pack your luggage, and we will discuss again after we return.”
It is quite a rush for them to return imdiately after the investnt fair. Still, Luo Haiting, Zhang Fan, and Yu Rui are not complaining. They had gone out shopping these few days, unlike others from other Counties. Dong Xuebing did not ask all of them to station at their investnt fair booth. He only asks them to take turns working at the fair while the rest can go out shopping or visit tourism attractions.
It’s not easy for them to travel overseas, and they don’t need to be so strict.
Sister Luo, Xiao Zhang, and Xiao Yu had a great ti in Tokyo. They had visited all attractions, and other Investnt Promotion Agencies’ staff looks at them with envy. Zhang Fan and Yu Rui are glad to be working under Chief Dong. Look at the rest. They had worked hard at the fair and thought they could get to rest in Tokyo after the fair ended. But the return flight is on the next day. They had not done anything except work during this trip.

The bus arrived at the hotel to fetch them to the airport.
Dong Xuebing packed his luggage and checked out. Most of Fen Zhou City’s Investnt Promotion Agency staff had boarded the bus.
When Dong Xuebing was about to walk over to the bus, he heard a middle-aged man’s voice calling him.
“Chief Dong.” Liu Chenlong nodded at Dong Xuebing and smiles. “You are returning today? Why are you leaving so early?”
Dong Xuebing nodded. “We had finished our work and had been here for quite a while.”
“My flight is tomorrow. I had wanted to treat you to lunch today, but it seems we have to postpone to another day.” Liu Chenlong took out his phone. “Oh, I still don’t know your phone number. Let’s exchange numbers, and I can treat you after we are back. I still need to thank you properly.”
“Don’t ntion it. You had thanked a few days ago.”
Dong Xuebing had chatted with Liu Chenlong for half an hour that day and knows he is a leader in an electric company’s head office. But he did not ask about his position. It’s good to have more friends, and Dong Xuebing does not mind befriending him.
“I shall not delay you anymore. Let’s call each other when we are back.”

Dong Xuebing was about to turn and head for the bus when Liu Chenlong took out his wallet at the front desk to make so transactions.
Suddenly, a couple walked towards the front desk. The girl accidentally knocks Liu Chenlong’s arm and dropped his wallet. The girl apologized in Japanese, and he smiles to tell her it’s fine. His wallet had opened up and landed beside Dong Xuebing.
Dong Xuebing bends over and picks up the wallet. But he was shocked when he saw the photograph in the wallet!
It is a photograph of a couple.
The photo should be taken more than a decade ago, as Liu Chenlong looks much younger. His hair is still black, and he does not have so many wrinkles on his face.
“Oh, thank you.” Liu Chenlong took his wallet from Dong Xuebing.
Dong Xuebing took a deep breath and asked. “This is...”
“The picture? Haha... it’s my ex-wife. Do you know her?”
“... no... but she looks familiar.”
“You might have t her before. She is working in a Fen Zhou City bank.”
Dong Xuebing is lost in his thoughts as he walks out of the hotel. He did not even notice Luo Haiting, Zhang Fan, and Yu Rui standing in front of him.
“Chief?”
Luo Haiting and Yu Rui are puzzled.
That photograph had shocked Dong Xuebing!
Dong Xuebing suddenly realized why he finds Liu Chenlong so familiar. He has the sa eyes and ears as soone close to him. If this is a coincidence, then the woman in the picture is not. That woman’s face, brows, nose, lips, eyes... are almost the sa as that person. He might mistake that woman for her if he did not see carefully!
Yu ixia!
Liu Chenlong’s ex-wife looks almost identical to Sister Yu!
This... Dong Xuebing is shocked. He rembers seeing Yu ixia’s parents’ photographs, and they don’t look like her. She had also admitted to Dong Xuebing that her parents had picked her up from the streets and didn’t know her biological parents. He had promised to help her find her biological parents but does not have any clues... until now.
Dong Xuebing took a deep breath. Are they Yu ixia’s biological parents?
