Pang Zhou saw Dong Xuebing’s car. “Eh? Chief Dong!”
Dong Xuebing did not stop and continued moving forward.

Mayor Li, who is at the entrance, nodded and said sothing to the people around him before walking over to Dong Xuebing’s car.
Pang Zhou opened the rear passenger door for Mayor Li to board and followed to sit beside him before closing the door.
Dong Xuebing is furious when these two people boarded his car without his permission. Did I allow you all to enter my car? Are you all treating as your driver?
But it was Da Feng County’s Mayor, Li Feng, and even if he is not from Yan Tai County, he should have so connections in the City. Furthermore, Mayor Li held a higher rank, and Dong Xuebing did not chase him out after he boarded his car. If he does that, he will offend Li Feng greatly. He looks at the old bastard, Pang Zhou. If Dong Xuebing refuses to drive, Pang Zhou will instigate Li Feng to target him.

Li Feng is much older than Xie Huilan, and their characters are poles apart. He is very serious and other than receiving two phone calls, he spoke about work with Pang Zhou. Dong Xuebing heard Pang Zhou’s orders and stepped on the brakes!
*Screeched! The rcedes MPV stopped by the roadside!
Li Feng and Pang Zhou almost knocked their heads against the seats in front. Li Feng frowned and looks at Dong Xuebing.
Dong Xuebing has seen soone at the entrance of a hotel next to the road. He turned. “Sorry, Mayor Li. I just got my driving license and is a new driver. Oh, I have sothing urgent to attend to. I have an appointnt with soone, and my leaders will give a scolding if I am late. So, I can only send you all to here.” After that, Dong Xuebing alighted and walked towards the hotel, leaving Li Feng and Pang Zhou in the car.
“Mr. Peng!”
“Huh? Chief Dong?”
“Are you free? I would like to discuss sothing with you.”
“Sure. I had just sent off a friend. Let’s find soplace quiet to talk.”
The man standing outside of the hotel is Peng Kenong. He had signed the letter of investnt intent for the Chicken Manure processing plant with Dong Xuebing and Lin Pingping. They will be signing the official contract soon. This investnt is around 10 million RMB. It’s one of the first projects handled by Dong Xuebing after he was appointed.

Online gas are too harmful.” Peng Kenong saw Pang Zhou in Dong Xuebing’s car, as they had dinner together twice in the past. Li Feng’s face changed when he saw Dong Xuebing walks away, leaving them in the car. He did not expect a lowly Investnt Promotion Agency Chief will dare to treat him this way. But he knows Dong Xuebing is not his subordinate and has no right to make him his driver. He did not say anything and alighted to find soone to send him back to Da Feng County.
Pang Zhou saw Li Feng’s face and said. “This Xiao Dong is too much. What can be more important than your work?” He started to sow discord.
Li Feng looked at Pang Zhou and frowned.
Pang Zhou knew what he said was too much, but he continued. “That person looks like Peng Kenong. We were still talking about his investnt in our County the last ti we t. How did Xiao Dong bring him over to Yan Tai County? This is too much! He had snatched a pork processing plant investnt, which we had sealed the deal previously, and he is doing this again!” Pang Zhou is lying as Liang Zeyuan had not even signed the letter of investnt intent with Da Feng County.
“... huh? Is this true?” Li Feng had heard about the pork processing plant. “Isn’t this investnt been confird during the eting?”
Pang Zhou nodded. “But Yan Tai County snatched the investnt from us.”
Li Feng is concerned with Da Feng County’s Investnt promotion and had ntioned it more than once during etings. His face turned black when he heard this.
Pang Zhou knew he is successful. “Mayor, we...”
Li Feng looks at his watch. “Don’t call for a call. We will leave at night.”
Pang Zhou laughed in his heart as he knows Mayor Li has deep connections in the Provincial Governnt.
