Li Xiaona did not remain to watch Dong Xuebing. She left after he said he was going back.
Dong Xuebing packed up and went downstairs. He would buy so ingredients and bring them to Yao Cuis house.

Few people were in the compound, as most staff were still working.
But a few staff mbers and so leaders were walking out. They saw Dong Xuebing, and they had weird expressions.

They watched the Land Rover left the Party Committee Building compound and started talking.
Everybody focused on the Public Security Bureau family quarter building this afternoon. They were worried as their family quarters building was in the sa condition. They were wondering when the County would repair or rebuild their family quarters. The Party Committee eting continued in the afternoon, and they heard their family quarters would be repaired or rebuilt. They were excited.
But everybody was also speechless when they heard who would oversee this project.
This was a 30 million RMB project, and Mayor Jiang was overall in charge. Her deputy was Mayor Dong. This project's no. 1 and 2 were all from the Jiang Faction!
How is this possible?
Mayor Jiang will lead this project, and the next person in charge is from the Jiang Faction.
What was Secretary ng thinking? Why did he hand over such an essential project to other people?
This was puzzling, and everybody could tell sothing was wrong. A few hours later, everybody slowly found out the truth.
Mayor Dong proposed rebuilding the family quarters before the building collapsed, and the ng Faction rejected his proposal.
Almost imdiately after they rejected Mayor Dongs proposal, the family quarter building collapsed.
Everybody was shocked, and many almost cursed out loud.

Dong Xuebing was in the lilight again. He started working in Zhen Shui County for around one month and had shaken the County several tis.
There were rumors that Mayor Dong could predict the future.
Soone said Mayor Dong brings bad luck.
There were all sorts of rumors because of this incident.
