"Ahem, since you're a Team Rocket scum, what are you doing at the Saffron Gym?!"

Seth instantly understood the seriousness of the situation and imdiately played along with Natsu's plan.

From the shattered windows, several cara lenses poked in from ti to ti.

On the other side, Sabrina tilted her head, the doll in her arms drooping lifelessly.

With Natsu's current level of psychic power, he could only transmit simple words to Seth.

The mont he sent the word *reporters*, it was intercepted by Sabrina.

Her cold gaze swept outside, blue psychic light flashing in her eyes.

*Gengaa!* Gengar's massive body shielded Sabrina, its red eyes flaring as it canceled out her psychic energy.

Natsu frowned slightly.

The reporters had co prepared—there was even another group hidden on the streets outside, caras aid at those already on the rooftop.

If Sabrina acted, it would play right into their hands.

"Heh heh, old man, our Boss Giovanni has his eyes on you. I'm taking you ho today!"

Natsu pointed at Seth with a sinister grin.

Seth: "???"

*Don't just make up the script on the spot!*

He frantically shouted into Natsu's mind.

"What is it? Miss Sabrina, do you intend to protect your father?" Without waiting for an answer, Natsu tossed out a Pokéball.

*Wooo~* A massive, savage-looking Dragonite burst into the arena.

Her size far surpassed normal of her kind, and the sound of her great wings flapping filled the gym with oppressive pressure.

The mont Natsu threw the ball, he noticed several cara flashes going off behind him.

"Hm?" Sabrina tilted her head further, the doll in her arms drooping even more.

For a high-level psychic like her, Natsu and Seth's *ntal conversation* was no different from speaking aloud.

It was nothing but kids' make-believe roleplay in her eyes.

"You two…" Sabrina suddenly spoke, making Seth turn back in shock.

"You two…" The doll lifted its head, as if trying to speak for Sabrina.

But soon after, its head drooped again.

"Are you… calling ?" Sabrina asked flatly, expression unchanged.

"Dragonite, go grab the old man!" Natsu shouted, waving his hand.

"Go, Alakazam." This ti, the Pokéball didn't appear in the doll's hand—it was thrown by Sabrina herself.

*Rooaaar!!* Dragonite roared with excitent, scales bristling as her eyes turned blood-red, her whole body surging with violent energy.

"Outrage?" Natsu froze. He hadn't even given the command.

"Alakazam, Psychic!"

"Dragonite, Charge!" Natsu quickly gave it a simple telepathic order.

*Roooar!!* Dragonite grew even more excited.

*This dumb Trainer only just learned to talk a few days ago, and now he's trying to command in battle?*

*Boom! Boom! Boom!* The ground shook violently as Dragonite charged forward.

A blue aura wrapped around her body, halting it midair.

Seeing this, Natsu let out a small sigh of relief.

The best outco now was to keep pretending he was from Team Rocket, get blasted away by Sabrina, and let the reporters outside write their stories.

*Roooar!!*

Dragonite grew furious. *Of course this late-talking Trainer must be an idiot!*

*Roooar!!* With a sudden surge of strength, Dragonite broke free of Alakazam's Psychic hold.

ITS body suddenly sparked with electricity.

"Thunderbolt?" Natsu froze.

The lightning faded—replaced by flas crawling across its scales.

"Huh?" Natsu blinked again.

The flas vanished, replaced by icy-blue energy building in its mouth.

The three energies—golden electricity, red fire, blue ice—flickered in chaos, Dragonite unable to control any of it.

Finally, a wild, unstable beam of mixed gold, red, and blue shot out like a chaotic energy sphere, blasting indiscriminately across the battlefield.

Sabrina tilted her head, her eyes glowing with a cold blue light.

The next instant, the uncontrollable Dragonite was frozen midair and hurled out through the skylight.

"You lost. You'll be locked away," Sabrina said flatly, staring at Natsu.

Above his head, a cage with a plaque appeared.

The cage descended, growing larger until it beca a roof.

*Boom!* Natsu was sealed inside a room.

"Huh?" He blinked in surprise. This didn't seem like ordinary psychic power—he had entered Sabrina's Inner Realm.

...

**Sabrina's world**

Looking around, Natsu saw a small girl squatting on the ground nearby, holding a needle and thread, apparently sewing up a doll.

As he stepped closer, he realized he had been mistaken—it wasn't Sabrina, but rather the doll from her arms, crouched there, stitching at a miniature figurine of Sabrina.

"Heeheehee" The doll looked up at Natsu with a chilling smile.

"No wonder Sabrina has no emotions. In her Inner Realm, she's just a figurine." Natsu reached out to grab the Sabrina miniature.

"Ahhh—!" A shrill cry rang out, making Natsu cover his ears as he looked strangely at the doll.

"Tell —are you the one controlling the Inner Realm?" he asked seriously.

The doll tilted its head, displeased at Natsu's arrogance. Still, it felt the need to put him in his place. It nodded.

*Wham!* Natsu's fist ca down on its head, leaving the doll teary-eyed.

"Then why should I be afraid of you? You don't have Sabrina's level of psychic power."

"Give it here. Let play with it!"

Like a bully, Natsu snatched the Sabrina figurine away.

"Ahhh!"

Ignoring its flattened head, the doll's eyes glowed blue. A handgun materialized in its hands.

Click! The bullet chambered, aid straight at Natsu.

So, the doll had psychic power too.

Though far weaker than Sabrina, thanks to the nature of the Inner Realm, it could manifest objects with its abilities.

"Heeheeheheheheheeeee" The doll gave a twisted grin, raising the gun to Natsu's head.

"Give Sabrina back!" it shrieked.

Natsu ignored it and instead tested whether he could use his own psychic power to manifest sothing here.

Just from a little effort, a blue light flared around his body.

Boom! A massive blue skeletal fra rose from the ground, enveloping Natsu.

In the next mont, flesh and armor covered it, forming a fearso warrior that blew the roof off. A towering samurai figure stood over the doll.

*Shing!* A giant katana glead, poised above the doll's head.

*Clatter!* The doll froze, dropping its tiny gun as it dissolved into blue particles.

"Kid, your imagination is too weak."

Natsu shook his head and dispelled the manifestation.

It was useless—just a bluff.

He studied the Sabrina figurine while the doll frantically patted at its head, finally restoring its flattened shape.

When it turned around, it found Sabrina's clothes stripped off the figurine.

"Ahhh!" The doll scread, its face flushing with sha and fury.

"Wow, so lifelike. How'd you even make this?" Natsu marveled, letting the doll snatch the figurine back.

Seeing the doll's expression reminded him of Sabrina's own look a few days ago when he'd fiddled with her doll's clothes.

Exactly the sa.

"Are you Sabrina's younger self?" Natsu asked curiously, leaning closer.

The doll warily hid the figurine behind its back, covering its head with the other hand.

Natsu noticed the furniture in the room—it looked like it was ant for a child.

"So when you grew up, you stitched together your younger self… and now, your child self in the Inner Realm is clumsily piecing together the adult you. Is that it?"

He reached out and patted the doll's head.

The doll stared blankly at him—then got smacked on the head again.

"Ow!" it yelped, holding its head.

"You even know what you're carving out?"

"I'll show you how to carve it," Natsu said, pulling out the Sabrina figurine.

The doll froze, then snapped its head around—sure enough, the figurine it had hidden behind its back was gone.

*When did he—!?*

Staring at Natsu like he'd seen a ghost, the doll fud but dared not speak.
