Having fought intensely, ga Rayquaza still felt sowhat unsatisfied, repeatedly glancing toward Groudon.
Groudon was covered in wounds, breathing heavily through its massive mouth.
Sensing ga Rayquaza’s gaze, it couldn’t help feeling uncomfortable, involuntarily avoiding the opponent’s stare.
"You played well enough. Stand by on the sidelines," John said, patting ga Rayquaza’s head gently.
This Groudon was clearly being reserved as an opponent for other Pokemon on John’s team.
Looking toward Groudon, John’s fingers slid across the Pokeballs at his waist.
Unlike Kyogre, which remained pure Water-type even after Primal Reversion, Groudon underwent Primal Reversion transforming from single Ground-type into Ground Fire dual-typing.
This caused Groudon’s type resistances to change significantly.
Therefore, the best choice for countering Groudon was Water-types.
"Go. This is your battle," John said, stepping onto ga Rayquaza’s head.
ga Rayquaza ascended skyward, serving its previous function, using its Delta Stream ability to seal the surrounding weather.
The Pokeball opened, and Greninja erged.
Greninja didn’t imdiately launch attacks. Instead, it strolled casually across the Sea of Origins left behind by Kyogre.
But this didn’t an they underestimated Greninja. With Zeraora’s example preceding, Maxie had long regarded John as a formidable opponent, a trainer potentially approaching Giovanni’s level.

However, Greninja rely strolled across the Sea of Origins, moving lazily yet elegantly, casually allowing Solar Beam to engulf its position.
Greninja’s figure had sohow appeared above them instead.
Both arms spread wide. Without basis, one swipe, over a hundred SpiralWater Origin Shuriken condensed.
WHOOSH-WHOOSH-WHOOSH!
The barrage descended like divine judgnt, a hundred spinning blades of compressed water and aura energy, each capable of carving through mountains.
Groudon roared in defiance, summoning volcanic eruptions to intercept, but the sheer volu overwheld its defenses.
BOOM-BOOM-BOOM-BOOM!
