Deep within the Temple of Sinnoh.

Volo stood up from his throne with crossed legs, his gaze looking toward the path covered in darkness ahead.

"A traveler from another region, you also want to stop ?"

In the distance, Azelf also arrived at the sa ti as John, escaping from its nightmare and opening its eyes to look at him.

Confirming that Volo hadn’t summoned Dialga and Palkia, he felt a bit disappointed.

"Why? Do you hope to see a completely new world?" Volo asked.

"A world without disputes, without conflicts, where Pokemon and humans coexist peacefully." The deep red in Volo’s eyes overflowed with dreams, as if the world he described was revealing itself before him.

"I really hope to see the new world you describe."

"But!"

Silver temporal light flickered. A Spiritomb dropped before Volo, its eyes like red lanterns, dazzling yet soul-capturing. Dark aura continuously flowed from its body.

[Spiritomb LV95]

"If you make your move now, perhaps your plan will die in the cradle before it even begins." John said with a smile. Threats, who didn’t know how to make them.

Volo’s expression didn’t change at all.

Left hand a rose, right hand a blue flower. Dancing while stirring up a gale, green leaves, petals. In an instant, a beautiful petal tornado appeared. But because of the dark energy beneath, the beautiful colors disappeared. The gale, green leaves, and petals were all dyed black.

The dark tornado descended.

"Garchomp, use Precipice Blades!" John commanded. eting with a greeting gift, this was basic etiquette.

"GARCHOMP!"

The crimson orb from John’s body flew out, fusing into ga Garchomp’s body. Its chest imdiately displayed the unique pink pattern belonging to Groudon, and moreover extended from the chest as center toward all parts of the body.

In an instant, the fierce and terrifying ga Garchomp’s form began to expand and grow larger. The bright red patterns on its body emitted a faint red glow, this was the earth’s scorching heat and violence.

Looking from afar, ga Garchomp had donned a coat of lava. The two scythes in its hands also transford into magma scythes.

ga Garchomp raised its face to the sky and roared.

GRAAAWR!!!

Raising its hands, lifting up its two great scythes, sparks flew and danced.

All of Mt. Coronet began to shake. The mountain peak trembled. The power of the earth was pulled by an irresistible force.

The Diamond Clan, Pearl Clan, and those battling the Ginkgo Guild at the foot of Mt. Coronet were all attracted by this sudden massive montum, unable to help but stop their movents.

"What happened?" Irida wondered.

Adaman shook his head slightly, his gaze looking toward the Temple of Sinnoh in the distance, speculating in his heart whether it was because John and Volo had started fighting.

"Not good, there’s going to be an avalanche! Have everyone stop attacking and retreat down the mountain!"

John didn’t expect that Garchomp using Precipice Blades would actually trigger an avalanche on Mt. Coronet. At the sa ti, he also didn’t expect that this would awaken an ancient deity sleeping deep beneath the continent, thousands of miles away from the Hisui region...

Volo looked around in shock. Even the giant crimson eye behind him showed a trace of surprise...

What kind of power was this?

The earth.

This Garchomp possessed the power of an earth deity?

Two magma scythes stabbed into the mud.

BOOM!

The dark mud was pierced through, penetrated. Red flas shot out like magma in all directions, flying chaotically. Violent power erupted from where ga Garchomp slashed. Wave after wave of rock spikes over ten ters high, wrapped in crimson magma, burst from underground at an alarming speed, spreading forward, advancing.

Spiritomb’s dark tornado condensed from falling petals was weak before the continuously rising rock spikes, like spring breeze brushing against one’s face, gentle and warm, yet shattering upon contact.

Volo wasn’t a Pokemon, he was just human. Once hit, the result would be only death.

In an instant, a thick black shadow flew out from the dark mud, taking Volo away at a ghostly speed, flying toward the sky.

BOOM!

All the energy from Precipice Blades struck the side of the mountain peak near the Temple of Sinnoh. The cliff exploded and shattered. From the side, it looked as if the Temple of Sinnoh had been cut in half.

John raised his head to search for Volo’s traces.

Right there in the not-too-distant air.

Volo, still frightened, stood on a Togekiss’s back, with Giratina behind him.

The current Giratina had extended six legs. Its back no longer had six black spider legs, but instead a pair of jet-black bird wings!

Giratina was still the sa Giratina. However, in the normal world, it was in "Altered For," not the Distortion World’s "Origin Form."

This was a form more balanced between defense and offense.
