"Congratulations to trainer John on winning the Tour de Alto Mare Race!"

"The Mayor of Alto Mare presents our champion with the dal of Excellence!"

The cheers of the crowd roared as Ben Grey, dressed sharply in a formal suit, approached John.

John looked puzzled. "Aren't you the Director of the Museum? How are you also the mayor of Alto Mare?"

Ben chuckled warmly. "Who said a museum director can't be the mayor? My family has been part of Alto Mare's history for generations."

Now, out of his usual museum tour guide attire and dressed in his official capacity, Ben carried an air of importance befitting the occasion.

"Well, that does make sense," John replied, realizing he'd underestimated this seemingly minor character.

"This is the dal of Excellence for the Alto Mare Cup Winner. Congratulations!" Ben presented the large, glittering dallion.

It wasn't just a dal; it was massive—almost the size of a dinner plate. John had to use both hands to hold it steadily. The dallion shimred with a crystal-clear design, and faintly etched into its surface were the iconic figures of Latias and Latios.

"Thank you!" John said with enthusiasm, raising the dal amidst the applause before tucking it carefully into his backpack as the festivities wrapped up.

The sumr carnival buzzed with life in Alto Mare, offering more than just water races. Visitors could enjoy a variety of sports and activities, but John had other plans. He wanted to hone his water sports skills, knowing the next Masters tournant wasn't far off.

As he walked through the bustling streets, John opened his backpack to inspect the dal of Excellence again.

To his surprise, the dal wasn't just decorative—it had attributes.

[dal of Excellence: Increases movent speed on water by 30% and reveals the hidden forms of specific Pokemon.]

The first attribute alone was an incredible advantage for future water races, but the second? That piqued John's curiosity.

"Specific Pokemon... Could it be Latias and Latios?" he mused, rembering the designs on the dallion. It seed plausible. If true, this could be a huge breakthrough.

Eager to investigate, John released his Gardevoir from its Pokeball. The elegant Psychic-type imdiately teleported him to his destination: the entrance to the Secret Garden.

The Secret Garden remained as breathtaking as ever. Towering verdant trees shaded patches of soft grass, pools of crystal-clear water reflected the sky, and wild Pokemon moved about in harmony.

No matter how often John visited, the serenity of this place always left him in awe.

Suddenly, a red blur darted through the trees, stopping on a high branch nearby. The Pokemon tilted its head, studying John curiously.

It was Latias, with its sleek body, white neck, and jet-like wings.

John's eyes narrowed as he examined its stats.

[Latias: LV 60]

A thrill ran through him. This wasn't an insurmountable challenge! Compared to the LV 89 Zapdos and LV 75 Regieleki he'd encountered before, this seed achievable.

But before John could plan his strategy, ten more figures erged from the depths of the forest. Among them, a majestic blue Pokemon glided gracefully to Latias's side, its piercing gaze locked on John.

[Latios: LV 75]

John's excitent faltered. A LV 75 Latios? That would require an entirely different approach. Defeating a legendary Pokemon wasn't just about strategy—it demanded raw power and exceptional timing.

He clenched his fist, acknowledging the imnse challenge ahead. "If I can't capture both at once, I'll focus on Latias first. One step at a ti, I'll co back to get them both at the sa ti when my team will be ready, as of now I'm too weak..."

John left the garden deep in thought, pondering his next move. Capturing legendary Pokemon wasn't about underhanded tactics or relying on technology like the villains in stories. True mastery ca from facing them head-on, with skill and respect.

To succeed, he needed to elevate his team. The three key elents of battle enhancent played over in his mind:

ga Evolution: To amplify a Pokemon's stats and abilities.

Z-Moves: To unleash devastatingly powerful attacks.

Gigantamaxing: To increase a Pokemon's size, HP, and attack range.

"What if I could combine all three?" John wondered aloud. "A ga-Evolved Pokemon, using a Z-Move, while in Gigantamax form... could that rival Arceus himself?"
