Happily holding the ten boxes of Pokéblocks, w no longer minded that Julian had just kissed it. And in terms of gender, w was genderless—so Julian kissing it couldn’t really be considered "taking advantage."

"By the way, w, this secret realm should be fine now, right?"

Since Genesect had already been taught a lesson by w, it probably wouldn’t dare to absorb the secret realm’s energy again. That ant Julian's mission in Pannar should basically be complete.

w nodded: "It's all good now. Here, this is for you too."

As it spoke, w handed Julian sothing—a fist-sized object with seven openings carved into it, each of varying sizes.

Julian instinctively used his Probing Eyes to examine it.

[Seven-Aperture Stone: Opens all apertures, enabling communication with all things in the world (usable by both humans and Pokémon).]

The description was… outrageous.

'Communicate with all things in the world'—it sounded almost exactly like the "Voice of All Things" from One Piece, the pinnacle of Observation Haki.

Julian's Master-level psychic abilities only allowed him to communicate with Pokémon. Trying to talk to flowers, grass, or trees was out of the question.

But the Seven-Aperture Stone granted the power to communicate with all things in the world, which naturally included plants and trees. Essentially, anything alive should be possible to commune with.

So, without a doubt, this was a treasure of imnse value.

Julian swallowed lightly and asked, "Where did you get this thing?"

Even as he asked, he didn’t hesitate to take the stone from w’s hand. It was, after all, a gift from the heart—how could he possibly refuse it?

w: "It was Genesect’s. I took it from it."

For a mont, Julian actually pitied that poor bug. w had practically used it as a personal loot bag, plundering it rcilessly.

Still, since it was all for his sake, Julian naturally wouldn’t complain.

"How do I use this?"

Julian held the Seven-Aperture Stone—it felt no different from an ordinary rock. How was he supposed to use it? Surely not by biting it—he’d probably break his teeth.

w took the stone back, then, under Julian’s watchful eyes, pressed it directly against his chest. Trusting w, Julian didn’t resist.

The instant the stone touched his chest, sothing miraculous happened: it shifted from black to transparent, then slowly lted into his heart. The process was completely painless.

Once the Seven-Aperture Stone had fully rged with his heart, Julian—who had briefly closed his eyes—opened them again to find the world feeling entirely different. This text is hosted at novel·fiɾe·net

A sense of profound clarity washed over him, giving him the illusion that he might ascend to immortality on the spot.

(Genesect's POV)

Genesect had its path to godhood severed by w, which also drained most of its energy, causing its level to plumt from 100 to 92.

And it had a sinking feeling that its level would remain stuck at 92 for the rest of its life. The hatred boiling inside it was overwhelming, but it dared not seek revenge against w.

At first, it considered venting its fury by slaughtering the Pokémon in the secret realm. But then it rembered w was still here, and its anger quickly turned to fear.

However, it realized it could simply leave the secret realm. Once outside, w wouldn’t be there to control it anymore.

So, it sped toward the secret realm’s gate at blinding speed—covering hundreds of kiloters in the blink of an eye.

---

At the secret realm’s entrance, Champion Omar had just learned from scouts that the Pokémon inside the secret realm had begun returning to their original habitats.

The Champion finally let half his worries ease, but the other half remained—he couldn’t be sure if the riot in the realm would resu. Thus, he couldn’t drop his vigilance.

As Genesect flew toward the exit, it spotted several creatures similar to Julian. The re thought of Julian made its eyes burn red with fury.

All of its energy had been funneled into that human’s Pokémon by w.

While w was its primary target of hatred, Julian was a close second. But since Julian had been with w earlier, it hadn’t dared to provoke him.

These humans, however, were fair ga.

Genesect: 'Die—all of you!'

The several Elite-level scouts barely had ti to react before Genesect tore them apart, along with their Pokémon.

In the very next instant, it burst through the secret realm’s gate and was surprised to find a massive crowd of humans outside.

Having just killed a few scouts, Genesect’s bloodlust was ignited, and those few kills hadn’t been nearly enough to satisfy it.

Now seeing these tens of thousands of people below…

'Kill them! Kill them all!'

Its hatred for Julian was now projected onto the humans below.

At this mont, the Pannar trainers were staring curiously at the unfamiliar Pokémon that had suddenly erged from the secret realm. It was a species they had never seen before—a new kind of Pokémon?

Ambassador David quietly took a few steps back. His instincts were screaming at him that the unfamiliar Pokémon in the sky was in a terrible mood, and the aura it emitted was dangerously hostile.

Genesect: "DIE!!!"

A piercing Bug Buzz erupted from its mouth, sending waves of sound rippling outward in all directions.

Anyone—human or Pokémon—caught in the soundwave instantly burst apart with a sickening bang, their bodies erupting into clouds of blood mist.

In less than a second, several thousand people were dead.

"Blaziken, Screech!"

Omar was still trying to figure out what kind of Pokémon this was when it suddenly launched an attack—and the power it unleashed was at the Champion-level.

The sound waves generated by Screech didn’t completely block the Bug Buzz waves, but they managed to neutralize most of them.

"Everyone, get out of here NOW!"

Omar roared to the surrounding crowd.

This unfamiliar Pokémon was a Champion—but it wasn’t the docunted one from the secret realm.

Though he didn’t know where it had co from, its hostility was unmistakable—it intended to kill everyone here.

As Champion, his duty was to hold off this strange Pokémon and ensure the people evacuated quickly.

After all, the collateral damage from a battle between two Champion-level Pokémon was devastating—at close range, even Elite-level Pokémon could be gravely injured, let alone humans with their fragile bodies.

If he hadn’t released Blaziken in ti, that Bug Buzz just now would have been enough to kill everyone present.

As soon as Omar finished speaking, Ambassador David had already begun a swift retreat.

He had no place in a battle of this caliber—the best way he could support Omar was by staying as far away as possible.

"Charizard!"

Omar sent out his Charizard as well.

He didn’t know the na of this unfamiliar Pokémon before him, but his instincts told him it was no ordinary Pokémon.

If he wanted to have even a chance of holding it back, he needed to use his two strongest partners.
