Originally quite composed, Isaac was now finally beginning to panic. He wasn’t afraid of Drakoria invading—after all, he could placate them by paying so price.

Moreover, Celestria also wouldn’t want to see Drakoria march right in.

But now public sentint was boiling over—everywhere people were calling for him to step down.

Having enjoyed all the benefits that power brought—and as the person holding the highest power in Wyvernia—if he really did step down, he wouldn’t just lose that power.

Because at the sa ti, the new regi would push him in front of the public and pin all the bla on him. When that happened, his reputation would be destroyed completely, with no chance of redemption.

That was why Isaac was panicking.

He cursed the people calling for his resignation as "ignorant fools," completely forgetting that it was precisely these "fools" who had put him in power in the first place.

"What the hell is the Information Departnt doing? Delete all those online posts imdiately! And arrest the most vocal troublemakers!" Isaac roared. The internet was the source of the backlash, and it spread faster than anything else.

"The Information Departnt is already working on it, but there’s no way to delete everything," a staff mber replied helplessly.

"How is that possible? Doesn’t the Information Departnt have Porygon?" Isaac looked incredulous.

Porygon was a Pokémon born from the internet—a man-made Pokémon in the truest sense. Its digital body could effortlessly infiltrate any network; no system was beyond its reach.

Though humans had created it, and though it was known to erge from the web, the exact process of its birth remained a mystery.

Its creation seed to hinge on sheer coincidence.

Perhaps a random, nonsensical piece of code could spawn a Porygon. Or perhaps only the most exquisitely crafted programming could give birth to one.

Whether the code was good or bad, a Porygon might still erge. This unpredictability made its creation nearly impossible to control.

Moreover, the chances of a Porygon being born were astronomically low. Even if one did appear, hiding within the vastness of the internet, it was virtually untraceable.

Because Porygon could instantly access any network, its existence made it the equivalent of an elite hacker.

If a tech company didn’t have at least one Porygon, it ant they weren’t doing very well.

In Drakoria, top corporations like Bencent, Aaidu, and Tlibaba not only had Porygon in their IT departnts but also tagross—because tagross was, in essence, a supercomputer.

A Porygon paired with a tagross was an unstoppable force in the digital world. Only another Porygon-tagross duo could stand against them.

Yes, while several nations possessed tagross, only the Walkers had the rare Sliver-white tagross.

Wyvernia’s Information Departnt had no fewer than thirty Porygon, even two of its evolved form Porygon2, as well as tagross.

And yet, such a setup, they still couldn’t delete all those comnts.

Of course, they couldn’t.

Because Drakoria’s Information Departnt had a hundred Porygon, fifty Porygon2, over twenty Porygon-Z, and more than ten tagross. With that kind of configuration, how could Wyvernia possibly delete everything? And this wasn’t even the full strength of the Information Departnt.

The evolution of Porygon, much like its creation, followed no discernible pattern, which was why its evolved forms were even rarer.

"President! There are several protest groups marching toward the Blue House!"

A staff mber rushed in anxiously.

"Send soldiers to block them—but rember, don’t hurt anyone!" Isaac roared.

It wasn’t out of love for the people—in his eyes, these ignorant fools were worthless. But in this situation, if soldiers hard the protesters, it would only make the public outrage grow worse.

"President! Your approval rating has dropped below 20%!"

A third staff mber ran in, holding a tablet.

BAM!

Isaac grabbed the tablet and smashed it on the floor, roaring: "GET OUT OF MY SIGHT!"

When he first took office as President, his approval rating was 75%, while his two competitors had only 12% and 13% respectively.

From such an overwhelming support, it had only taken a few hours for it to plumt below 20%.

Sure enough, these people were fools—easy for him to fool, but just as easy for soone else to fool, too.

"President, if you had implented the policies you promised before taking office, your approval wouldn’t have dropped this fast."

The speaker was the Third Councilor, who looked at Isaac with a cold smirk. He was one of the politicians who had competed against Isaac for the President’s position years ago.

Isaac’s rise to power wasn’t just due to the chaebols backing him—it was also because he had promised nurous policies that would greatly benefit the common people.

Now he’d been in office for three years, and while he had fulfilled a few of those promises, they were the ones that didn’t really matter.

The policies that truly affected the people’s livelihoods? Endlessly delayed.

So the people had long been fed up with him in their hearts.

He was nothing but a master of empty promises.

Before gaining power, he dangled all kinds of benefits—painting a grand vision. But after securing his position? That grand vision shrank to the size of a tiny snack.

Now, with old grievances piling on top of new anger, public outrage was inevitable. And with certain parties fanning the flas, it was a miracle his approval hadn’t hit rock bottom yet.

But at this rate, it wouldn’t be long before almost no one supported Isaac anymore.

"What do you an? My approval rating has indeed dropped, but it’s only temporary. Once this incident is over, I’ll regain the people’s trust!"

Isaac shot a mocking look at the Third Councilor and continued, "You’ll never get the chance."

anwhile, the protest groups heading toward the Blue House rged under their leaders, forming a crowd of over a thousand people. They chanted slogans demanding Isaac’s resignation and a new election as they reached the governnt building.

But they were blocked by nearly a hundred fully ard soldiers.

A staff mber quickly stepped forward with a gaphone and shouted:

"Everyone, please remain calm! President Isaac is already in active communication with Drakoria—this situation will soon be resolved!"

"Moreover, just a few days ago, several councilors approved new policies. Once this incident is over, President Isaac will push those policies forward!"

The staff mber’s words had so effect—the noisy crowd quieted down slightly.

Seeing this, the staff mber finally let out a sigh of relief.

But then—

"Bullshit! Isaac said the sa thing before taking office! He’s just stalling—don’t let this bastard fool you again!"

"Isaac has been lying to us for three years! If we let him stay in power, will he keep scamming us for two more?" a protester roared.

(The President’s term lasted five years.)

The protester’s words instantly reignited the anger that had just cald.

"Isaac is a fraud! Everyone, charge in with !"

With so people shouting at the top of their lungs, the mood turned more and more agitated, and the protesters began pushing against the soldiers’ barricade.
