Arcanine's Fire-type moves were enhanced by 20% due to consuming the Fire Crystal, and even before this boost, its firepower already surpassed most Fire-type Pokémon by a significant margin.

Now, with an additional 20% increase, the intensity and temperature of its flas had risen dramatically.

"Continue with Flathrower!"

Since Aegislash liked to block attacks with its shield, then let it block as much as it wanted—Julian wanted to see whether its shield was heat-resistant enough, or if Arcanine's flas would lt right through it.

"Night Slash!"

Kaide imdiately saw through Julian's intentions.

If Aegislash kept using its shield to block Arcanine's flas, it would only suffer in the long run.

Aegislash nimbly turned its body, evading the incoming Flathrower, then, with a swift motion, its blade-like body slashed forward—

Shnk!

The blade pierced directly into Arcanine's abdon.

As Aegislash pulled back, a stream of fresh blood gushed out from the wound.

However, Aegislash underestimated Arcanine's tenacity. As a Pokémon that had spent a long ti wrecking houses and getting beaten up by Julian for it, its pain tolerance was on another level—sothing that Julian often found frustrating.

A dog that was dead set on destruction—any trainer would have a headache dealing with it.

But in battle, this stubbornness translated into sheer willpower and a refusal to back down.

'You stab and expect to leave? Dream on'

Ignoring the pain in its abdon, Arcanine's paws pressed lightly against the ground, its flowing fur blending seamlessly with the wind.

With Extre Speed, it closed the distance in an instant, leaving a trail of blood in its wake.

Its fangs, now engulfed in deep red flas, snapped shut—

CRUNCH!

Arcanine's Fiery Fangs clamped down on Aegislash's blade-like body, searing its steel with intense heat.

Right now, Aegislash was in Blade For, aning its defense was weak—the biting force and the burning flas made it suffer imnsely.

Drip… drip…

Due to Arcanine's violent movents, even more blood flowed from its abdon, quickly forming a pool beneath it.

Rip!

With a desperate jerk, Aegislash finally freed itself from Arcanine's jaws.

Its blade-like body now bore several deep bite marks, along with scorching black burns.

Although Aegislash's steel body was incredibly tough, Arcanine's fangs were even tougher.

"Aegislash, Sacred Sword!"

Kaide hadn't expected Arcanine to be this relentless, even with a gaping wound in its abdon, it wasn't slowing down at all—

In fact, it seed like the injury had only awakened its fighting spirit.

All of Julian's Pokémon were just like him—

They were all incredibly petty.

And what did petty an?

It ant they couldn't tolerate losing—if you made them suffer, they'd make sure to pay you back in full.

A milky-white glow radiated from Aegislash's body, though the light appeared soft and gentle, the aura it emitted sent shivers down Arcanine's spine.

Like a cat sensing danger, its fur nearly stood on end.

Sacred Sword was an exclusive move possessed only by a few Legendary Pokémon, and among ordinary Pokémon, Aegislash was the only one capable of mastering it.

A three-ter-long Sacred Sword materialized, and the air around it grew heavy, an unseen pressure filled the battlefield, carrying an eerie sensation, as though the entire space had been filled with countless invisible blades.

Arcanine's body tensed, lowering itself slightly, its powerful limbs dug into the ground, and its torch-like eyes locked onto the descending Sacred Sword.

It was no tagross, nor was it Aggron, who were known for their monstrous defenses.

Given the sheer force radiating from Sacred Sword, there was no way it could withstand a direct hit.

With space locked down by the Sacred Sword's pressure and itself already targeted, dodging with Extre Speed was an option—

But the chances of evading were slim.

More importantly, if it failed to dodge, one strike would completely take it down. So the only choice was—

Counterattack.

A fiery determination burned in Arcanine's eyes, and its fighting spirit erupted like a volcano, all the Fire-type energy within its body surged forth, converging into a single point.

"Burn Up!"

The Sacred Sword descended, and even the air itself seed to crack apart.

Below, Arcanine's fur fluttered wildly, caught in the whirling air pressure caused by the sword's sheer might, its entire body radiated an intense red glow, and the ground beneath its paws began to lt.

A burning stench filled the entire battlefield.

BOOM!

With its jaws wide open, Arcanine unleashed a deep crimson beam—A scorching heatwave instantly engulfed the entire arena.

The crimson blast collided with the Sacred Sword—

BANG!!!

The mont of impact sent shockwaves rippling outward, the battlefield's ground cracked apart, breaking, shattering and a destructive force spread relentlessly in all directions.

The two attacks locked in a fierce struggle, Sacred Sword couldn't cleave through Burn Up, and Burn Up couldn't destroy the Sacred Sword.

Endless heatwaves ravaged the battlefield, distorting the protective barrier, forming rippling waves.

Drip… drip…

Blood still flowed from Arcanine's abdon, and the bleeding was intensifying.

The ground beneath it had completely turned into molten lava and its dripping blood instantly evaporated on contact.

The whole scene looked sothing like—

Arcanine stood tall, breathing out a crimson Burn Up blast, clashing against the milky-white Sacred Sword suspended mid-air.

The ground beneath Arcanine was reduced to small pools of lava, while its blood vaporized into steam.

The collision of their moves sent waves of destruction that ravaged across the field.

Within the raging storm of heat, Arcanine's fur fluttered, its body flickering with embers, its eyes held the glow of a blazing fla—

A fire that refused to be extinguished.

"Screenshot taken. Changing wallpaper soon."

"Now that's what I call fired up!"

"Arcanine is such a warrior!"

"I'm an elentary school kid. Big brother can I have this Arcanine?"

The clash between their moves lasted nearly twenty seconds, but neither side gained the upper hand.

In the end, as both moves burned through their energy, the intense exchange ca to an unexpected draw.

But the battle wasn't over yet.

Burn Up was one of the strongest Fire-type moves, but using it ca with a heavy price. Once used, Arcanine would be unable to use Fire-type moves for a while.

In other words, at this mont, any Fire-based moves were off-limits.

Even after paying such a price, Aegislash still stood strong. A testant to Sacred Sword's incredible power, worthy of being a signature move of Legendaries.

Kaide was thinking the sa thing.

While using Sacred Sword wasn't as demanding as Burn Up.

Every move drained stamina, and Sacred Sword was no exception.

The mont the attack ended, Aegislash felt its energy completely drained, it took a few deep breaths, only to hear Kaide's urgent voice—

"Watch out for Arcanine!"

Aegislash: 'That dog? That thing should be exhausted too, right?'

But when it glanced down—

Arcanine was no longer where it had been, but by the ti realization kicked in, it was already too late.

A presence surged from below—There was no need to guess, it was the dog.

CRUNCH!!

With a powerful Crunch, Arcanine sank its fangs into Aegislash's body, the impact sent a shower of sparks flying, as its teeth clashed against the steel blade.
