"Slowking, is the recording on?"

In the backyard, all of Julian's Pokémon were gathered. Slowking was holding a phone, its recording function already activated.

"Slow~"

Slowking nodded.

Imdiately Julian turned to the cara with a smile.

"I posted a short video before, and I'm really happy so many people liked it."

"My follower count is almost at 300 million now! A lot of people have been ssaging , asking how much I spend on food for my Pokémon every day."

"I never really calculated it in detail."

"But since people are curious, let's do the math today."

After speaking, Julian walked over to tagross. It was noon, the perfect ti for the Pokémon to eat. But since they were filming, they could only stare at their food for now.

"Everyone is familiar with tagross—it is my starter Pokémon. Say hi, tagross."

"ta~"

tagross responded in its deep, tallic voice.

"Now, let's talk about its food. tagross eats energy cubes, but not the kind you buy in stores. These are custom-made based on its body's unique needs."

'Actually, I just buy them from the system shop'

"As for the price, it costs around 300,000."

"Plus so supplentary food, that's another 100,000 per day."

Next, Julian moved to Lucario.

"Lucario is my second Pokémon—a calm and reliable partner."

Julian rested his hand on Lucario's shoulder. Thanks to their highly synchronized Aura, a single glance was enough for them to understand each other.

"Lucario's energy cubes cost around 250,000."

Walking up to Dragonite, Julian said, "Fatty here is my first Elite-level Pokémon. Naturally, its food needs to be even higher in quality."

"It costs about 400,000."

"And ltal... since it's a Steel-type Mythical Pokémon, it's incredibly picky. It doesn't eat energy cubes—instead, it feeds on rare tals."

"The one in front of it now is the strongest synthetic tal currently available. One gram costs 1,000. This piece weighs 10 pounds. I'm bad at math, so you guys can calculate how much that al costs."

Julian then approached Aggron, looking up at the towering figure, he noticed it had grown even taller—probably around 6.5 ters now.

"A Totem Aggron. Just by looking at its size, you can imagine how much it eats. It's similar to ltal. It can eat energy cubes, but top-grade minerals are much better for it."

"This here is raw diamond ore, weighing about 300 pounds—just enough for one al."

"As for the exact cost… I have no idea. I'd rather not think about it, or it'll break my heart."

As he spoke, Julian clutched his chest dramatically with a distressed look.

Aggron, taking his words seriously, actually looked guilty, wondering whether it should start eating less in the future.

"Steelix—out of all my Pokémon, this one is a foodie. Normally, one box of energy cubes is enough, but it insists on eating two."

Steelix let out a goofy grin. The energy cubes weren't just delicious—they were good for its body too. Of course, it would never turn down an extra portion!

"Arc~"

Seeing Julian walk over, Arcanine barked excitedly, wagging its tail.

"Relax, it's your turn."

Julian walked in front of Arcanine and rolled his eyes.

"This one? The most troubleso thing in the house. A professional ho wrecker, a furnace in sumr, and a heater in winter."

"Its main food is also energy cubes, costing about 260,000. And if you sprinkle so high-grade Fire Stone powder, the taste gets even better."

As he spoke, Julian lightly sprinkled so Fire Stone powder over the food.

Arcanine imdiately looked at him with a resentful gaze—the usual portion was a thick layer, but today, it was barely anything.

Julian: 'I don't want to get roasted on the internet'

"Huh? Where's Gengar?"

Gengar had been right next to Arcanine a mont ago. But as soon as Julian turned around—it was gone.

Suddenly a bad feeling rose in Julian's chest.

The next second, Gengar suddenly appeared right in front of him, before he could react, that sinister red tongue stretched out and licked his face.

A familiar numbness spread through his entire body.

"Alright, folks—in situations like this, don't panic! Watch how I handle it."

Despite his trembling hands, Julian managed to pull a Cheri Berry from his pocket, the mont he ate it, the paralysis instantly disappeared.

"Cheri Berry—now Mom doesn't have to worry about getting paralyzed!"

Then, with both hands, he grabbed Gengar and began squishing it into a ball, kneading and rolling it like dough.

Finally, with a powerful kick, he sent Gengar flying.

"Skipping this guy."

Flicking his hair, Julian moved on to Gabite, arms crossed, Gabite stood there, trying to look cool.

"You guys probably haven't seen it before, it's a new face, and soon, it'll evolve into a powerful Garchomp."

"For now, its energy cubes cost about 150,000 per al."

The cara continued to rotate and panned over to Honedge.

"Honedge—sa deal as Gabite, don't ask how I got it. I just found it on the roadside."

By now, it was no secret that he had acquired Honedge. Since the news was already out, Julian didn't bother hiding it anymore. As for the royal family of Gallia knowing about it?

Let them know.

With both the Drakorian governnt and his grandfather backing him up, Julian wasn't worried in the slightest. Besides, that missing royal family mber had nothing to do with him.

Julian walked up to Slowking, taking the phone from its hands and switching the cara to front-facing mode.

"Slowking—my head steward and chef. It takes care of the daily als for and all my Pokémon. Even though it's not responsible for battling, Slowking is actually the hardest-working one in the house."

"One serving of its energy cubes costs around 250,000."

"Alright, that's all for today. Next ti, I'll show you guys how to give these tal tanks a proper massage."

With that, Julian handed the phone back to Slowking, letting it handle the editing and uploading.

With Slowking's intelligence, learning to edit videos was as easy as playing around.

Not long after, all of Julian's TikTok followers received a notification about his latest update. Curious, they clicked on the video.

"This has to be a flex video, right?"

"Damn, tagross's one al costs as much as my annual salary!"

"I think I just figured out why King Julian is so strong—he's literally throwing money at it."

"It's not just about money. There's more to it than that."

"That white Gengar looks so damn cool!"

"The way Julian pulled out that Cheri Berry was way too smooth—I feel bad for him."

"Julian: You pity for getting paralyzed? I pity you for not even having a thousand in your wallet."

"Wait, do Pokémon trainers really spend this much?"

Many viewers were shocked by the sheer cost of Pokémon food. Spending this much just to feed a few Pokémon in one day sounded insane.

But soon, a professional breeder jumped in to clarify:

"For an Elite-level Pokémon to maintain its peak condition, its daily food expenses start at one million—at minimum."
