"Then can I go in?"
Julian pointed at the Primal Secret Realm behind Regigigas.
Its mission was to pull the Primal Secret Realm out of the void, not necessarily to guard it, so—
"Yes."
Regigigas replied.
"Julian, it doesn't even have a neck—it can't even nod. How pitiful."
Suddenly, Celebi, perched on Julian's head, blurted out without warning.
Regigigas: ⊙▃⊙
The Three Regis: (艹皿艹)
Julian knew that Celebi had been influenced by modern society, especially by TikTok, which had sohow awakened its talent for sarcasm.
But this kind of "talent" was fine to use on him or Jirachi—how could it possibly use it on Regigigas?
So what if it didn't have a neck? It could still obliterate you with a single punch.
Though the Three Regis were angry, they couldn't help but wonder upon hearing Celebi's words: when their lord shaped them, had it modeled them after itself—which was why they also had no necks?
Thinking about it like that… it actually seed to make so sense.
Julian imdiately took out a fried chicken leg and stuffed it into Celebi's mouth, forcing an awkward smile. "Regigigas, Celebi didn't an anything by it. Not having a neck is actually pretty cool. Right, Reshiram?"
Reshiram nodded.
It deliberately raised its own long neck toward Regigigas.
Julian: o(`ω´*)o
'These guys really refuse to let relax. If a fight breaks out, wouldn't you, Reshiram, be the first one up?'
Fortunately, Regigigas didn't take it personally.
So what if it didn't have a neck? Plenty of First-class Legendaries didn't have necks. Right, Kyogre?
---
> "What did Celebi just say? Champion Walker looked really nervous."
> "It definitely said sothing inappropriate—Champion Walker even stuffed its mouth with fried chicken."
> "The Three Regis looked pretty angry too."
> "No fight broke out?"
> "Why do you sound a bit disappointed?"
> "Where are the lip-reading experts? Why hasn't there been a translation yet? Is real-ti translation really that hard?"
---
Soon, a lip-reading expert translated what Julian had just said.
Now people all over the world knew that Celebi had just called out Regigigas for not having a neck.
And upon hearing that, people around the world realized—yeah, it really didn't have a neck. And, well, not much of a head either.
To nod ant YES, to shake the head ant NO—even such simple actions could not be perford.
"Regigigas, where are you going?"
Julian suddenly noticed Regigigas turning to leave and imdiately called out.
"Tired, going back to sleep."
Regigigas said.
It had traveled all the way from Kampuchea to the middle of the Western Ocean and dragged out such a massive Secret Realm from the void in the deep sea up to the surface—it really did sound like extrely exhausting work.
But Julian couldn't let it leave.
Such a massive Secret Realm, now sitting in the middle of the Western Ocean—a place not belonging to any country—would, according to international conventions, be subjected to the World Trainers Association allocating entry slots.
Although Drakoria would undoubtedly claim the largest share of slots, Julian wanted to monopolize it.
That damned desire of possessiveness.
If it was just an ordinary Secret Realm, Julian might have let it go. But this was a Primal Secret Realm, and the first one at that. Of course, he had to seize it.
"Here, I have this for you."
Julian purchased a box of Regigigas' exclusive Pokéblocks from the system shop.
Thanks to the passive effect of Unown's Protection that Julian possessed, Regigigas’s impression of Julian was quite good.
When Julian handed sothing over, it subconsciously accepted it, then looked at Julian in confusion. It had never seen this before—but deep in its heart, a voice told it that if it ate this, it could recover its stamina.
"This is food. Try it," Julian said with a smile.
Without hesitation, Regigigas ate the Pokéblocks.
Sensing the comfortable aura emanating from Regigigas after consuming the Pokéblocks, Julian smiled.
So far, he had yet to encounter a single First-class Legendary that could resist its exclusive Pokéblocks.
What did "exclusive Pokéblocks" an? They were specially crafted based on the Pokémon's typing, taste preferences, physical structure, and other factors.
Whether in terms of nutritional value or flavor, they were unparalleled.
Regigigas, of course, couldn't resist.
Feeling its depleted stamina fully restored, the indicator lights on Regigigas' chest flickered noticeably faster.
---
> "Pokéblocks again! This is already the third ti Champion Walker has used them to win over a First-class Legendary."
> "I think I’ve discovered the key to capturing First-class Legendaries."
> "Can anyone tell where I can buy exclusive Pokéblocks for First-class Legendaries?"
> "People from Drakoria say that Champion Walker is a Top-tier Pokémon Breeder, but even a Top-tier Breeder shouldn't be able to make Pokéblocks that First-class Legendaries would like."
> "Regigigas seems really happy—has it been successfully bribed?"
---
Julian's use of Pokéblocks had beco a familiar sight to people worldwide. The first ti they saw it was in Victoria's waters, riding Kyogre to deal with Groudon, and bribing Kyogre with Pokéblocks.
The second ti was in Babath, where he used Pokéblocks to bribe w—though that one didn't fight, it just let Julian pet it.
And now, this was the third ti.
From these three instances, countries around the world drew a conclusion: whenever Julian pulled out Pokéblocks for a First-class Legendary, it was to ask for a favor.
Regigigas was also quick on the uptake. Feeling that it had eaten sothing so good from Julian, it asked, "Do you need to help you with sothing?"
Julian pointed at the gate of the Primal Secret Realm behind it and said, "Could you drag this Secret Realm to my ho? It's not too far—just over there."
Julian pointed to the east.
How could such a Secret Realm be left in the Western Ocean? Good things, of course, had to be brought ho.
Since Regigigas could pull out the Primal Secret Realm, it could naturally drag it to Drakoria's territorial waters.
After the lip-reading experts translated this, countries around the world imdiately protested.
Damn, this was monopolizing at its finest.
If the Secret Realm remained in the Western Ocean, according to international conventions, every country would have a chance to enter. But if it entered Drakoria's territorial waters—
That would be it. It would directly belong to Drakoria, and other countries would have no chance at all.
At this point, regardless of whether they might anger Drakoria, several powerful nations protested one after another, hoping Drakoria would consider the unity of the global community, act as a responsible nation, and avoid such monopolistic actions.
So more radical countries even threatened to impose military sanctions on Drakoria.
Bang!
"How audacious! Military threats? I'll have my boy go and wipe them out right now!"
Robert Brown, the newly appointed Sixth Elder of Drakoria, slamd the table hard and stood up angrily. In his youth, the man was known by the nickna "Madman Brown".
