The rest of the week went by without any pleasant surprise to no one's surprise, and the following week was the sa. The final week of the month only went until wday, so just when I thought the month would end blandly like that, I was sprung by so good old good news.
The one who gave that pleasant news was none other than Kun-kun/Azuraid, who excitedly kamikaze dive-bombed from above when I entered Utopia on Arcday after I returned to my dorm from the lab. I caught him and spun around with him in my arms to bleed out the montum he transferred to .
So, while I was doing an impromptu pirouette, I asked Kun why he was so excited, and he requested that I check his status screen. I naturally acceded to his request and swiftly confird that he had indeed completed his limit-breaking.
It had been about 1.5 years since he started his limit breaking, though I had to add that nearly half of his paraters were already at S value when he began. I'd say he did a pretty good job to reach this point as quickly as he did, even if he had focused a tad too much on it in exchange for that speed.
Anyway, I shared the good news with him, and he was really happy to hear that he was right in his assumption this ti. I quickly spread the news over UtopiaFM and after I let go of Kun we made our way over to his lake. Well, I walked and he flew, but he kept his flying speed at my level, and I was in no hurry since we had to wait for everyone else anyway.
We were not the first ones to make it there since everyone that was able to Teleport apparently decided to use it, so there was already a bunch of my Pokemon chatting when we arrived at Kun's Lake, or rather at the shore of his lake. Mothra/Butterfree directly flew over when she saw us and she comnced to preemptively congratulate him on finishing his limit breaking.
Horus/Xatu followed behind her and followed suit, as did the others that were already present. While they were doing that the Milotic duo and the Slythering Six began to arrive through the water channel. They quickly joined the conversation that was going on and I simply listened in on them all, only occasionally chiming in, while we waited for everyone to arrive.
It took around 10 minutes until the last stragglers made it here, and as soon as the Sentret/Furret Family arrived everyone began to form the usual circle. I gave Kun a few encouraging pats as well as words before joining the others, and as soon as I gave him the sign/thumbs up, he initiated his breakthrough.
The whole process went smoothly, and the mont he was done, I went up to him and congratulated him on joining the golden club. Kun laughed happily at my words and rrily joked that he could now join in on the next beatdown if we received another one from a small force of nature.
The others who heard his word joined in, and after they cald down they began to congratulate him on his successful breakthrough. I left them to it and began to check his new/updated status screen.

Well, as usual, the most important part of the breakthrough for us was the potential bonus, and it helped raise Kun's potential to deep purple. Furthermore, it was already above 40%, so his attaining light aurora potential was a guaranteed thing in my humble opinion since I saw no way for him to not gain the 60% necessary unless he did not do the limit-breaking routine, and I could think of no reason why he would do that.
Unfortunately, but unsurprisingly, the rest of the status screen until the parater section remained unchanged. That one showed that he was starting at the (mid) gold stage, and looking at his paraters, Kun would need to do a decent amount of work to advance to the (high) gold stage.
Still, that was nothing a year or two of hard work could not solve, and while Kun and Co cheered after I shared the news with them, I moved on to the type relation section. Well, it seed that my guy had been lucky enough that his breakthrough had given his electric resistance the last push it needed to complete his resistance training.
The cheers that had just died down were rekindled when I shared that piece of information with everyone else. I ignored that in favor of checking the rest of the status. Sadly the last two sections remained unaffected by his breakthrough, but that was sothing I had grown used to by now.
Regardless, I stopped looking at the status screen and declared the start of Kun's celebration instead. However, since I had to go to work tomorrow, I called for the end of the party at midnight. wday ended up being an uneventful last day, but Kun's breakthrough allowed to close the month on a high note anyway.
Well, the new month did not want to keep that trend going at first, and the first week of the 32nd month ended silently. Yet, things took a positive turn on Palkiday the next week. While one of my thought streams was watching Anubis/Lucario sparring in a two-on-one sparring session against Luna/Clefable and Hades/Haunter, I noticed him suddenly flinching/reacting a bit less after being hit by long-range/energy moves.
While that might seem like an unimportant detail, it wasn't since his Energy Density was the parater Anubis was currently focusing on, due to it being the last parater he needed to raise to officially start his limit breaking.
So, I made sure to keep that in mind but did not disturb their sparring. What I did do, was enter Utopia and check his status screen once I was back at my dorm. I was happy to note that I had been right and his Energy Density had risen to A, which ant that he was now officially in the limit-breaking phase.
Anubis was pleased when I shared the news with him, and it helped motivate everyone else that was still at the silver stage. The following days and weeks were uneventful right up until Grouday of the fourth week.
On that day, while I was going through everyone's status screen shortly before dinner due to my weekly routine check, I saw that Togepi had actually finished her limit breaking. She was now not only ready to break through to the bronze stage but she was also ready for her evolution to Togetic, which we had slightly delayed due to the impact the relationship/happiness factor had on her optimal evolution point.
Not that a slight delay was of much consequence considering that it had only been about a year since she joined . I an she only turned 3 years old a few months ago, so letting her spend a few more months as a Togepi was letting her enjoy her "youthfulness" a bit more.
Anyway, Togepi was naturally over the roof when I shared the news with her and her friends along with everyone else were just as enthused as she was. We obviously were going to let her evolve first before she broke through so that her starting paraters were based on the Togetic racial values and not the Togepi ones.
Order of upcoming events aside, we collectively headed to her habitat, and I made sure to announce her impending evolution as well as breakthrough over UtopiaFM so that the non-team mbers that had not been present for the check, like the Spinda Quartet, also knew about the upcoming events.
Once we arrived at her place, I pulled out everything I had prepared for this day and began using it. While I was busy applying as well as feeding stuff to Togepi the others began to trickle in, and by the ti I was done I saw no one else trying to co over, so I joined the others in the circle they had ford after encouraging her one last ti.
I gave her the signal, and she began to light up. A few seconds into her evolution, the energy she drew in began to increase a bit and the light grew slightly brighter, indicating that sothing aside from her evolution was happening as well, though I was not sure what exactly it was since the difference was such that it could have been either a talent or a modifier.
Once the light show was over, a Togetic stood where previously a Togepi had been, but I failed to see any visual difference at first glance. I kept observing her while I made my way over to her to congratulate her, and I saw her checking out her new body. When I stopped in front of her, she was testing her wings by taking off for a mont before landing in the sa spot.
She gave a bright smile when she saw stop in front of her, and she flew into my arms when I congratulated her on her successful evolution. While I was hugging her I confird that I could not see any physical differences compared to a regular Togetic, which reduced the probability of her unlocking a modifier.
Still, she was quite a bit bigger than she used to be as a Togepi. In fact, if my estimation was right, then she was nearly double her previous size now that she was about 80 cm tall. Togetic began describing how great being able to fly was before she got distracted by the arrival of the others who began to congratulate her.
Togetic squeezed once more before she flew out of my embrace and landed in the middle of her friends. They began to enthusiastically talk with each other, and I just smiled at her behavior before I began to look through her new/updated status screen.
