Ralts was a powerful Pokemon. Especially when there are a pair of them born at the sa ti. If they were born at the sa ti, there was very high chance that both of these Ralts would have psychic resonance with one another.
Such a thing would improve their psychic powers from a young age. These pairs of Ralts were very rare and every psychic type trainer would want them.
But if the trainer had not been able to et with them at the ti that they were born, there was a very low chance that they would be with the trainer.
That was why Tory wanted to know why he was being given these Ralts.

"First of all, why are you giving these Ralts? They are very valuable. Why didn't you take it for yourself or give it to soone like Axel?", asked Tory.

Besides, even if I give these Ralts to Axel it would not make much of a difference. He already has a lot of powerful Pokemons. But if you are able to train these Ralts to a good level, then your overall power would increase which would help Axel in the tide battles."
"But will those Ralts agree to go with ?", asked Tory.
"That would be a bit difficult but not impossible. I will take you to et with them. Just trust yourself and talk to them. I believe that they will respond to you positively.", said Serena.
"Thank you, Serena. I am eternally glad for your help.", said Tory with a smile.
"Don't thank yet. You still have not gotten them and even if you get them, if I am not happy with the progress that you made with them in these 3 months, then I will recomnd Axel to choose another commander for this role."
"I understand that."
Tory was in a lot of stress right now. He had been given a chance by Serena but now, not only he would have to convince those Ralts, but also make significant progress with them.
Not only to impress Serena but also to his team. As of right now, his team didn't respect him because he didn't even have a single psychic-type Pokemon.
"Let's et those Ralts.", said Tory with determination.

Suddenly Tory felt a wave of energy coming from her and then he could hear so noise coming from far left. He looked around and saw 2 cute Ralts looking at him.
Serena looked at them and said, "Co here, kids. I want you to et your trainer."
Tory could imdiately tell which one was male and which one was female.
The brother was looking at him straight in the eye partially shielding its sister. Tory knelt down and said, "Hey, no need to worry. I am not going to harm you guys. Co here. Let see you."
It took so ti for those 2 to trust Tory and after so convincing, they slowly started to co towards him. The male Ralts went ahead and touched Tory's head and Tory felt a wave of psychic energy inside him.
He didn't know what Ralts was doing to him but he knew that he was safe. After touching his head for so ti, It removed its hand and started to talk to its sister.
"Ralts can feel the emotions and can also tell if you are telling a lie or not. This ability is rare even among Ralts and its evolved form but this Ralts could do it.
It was making sure that you were telling the truth.", said Serena from behind.
"Hmm, Ralts, I know that we just t but I need a strong psychic type Pokemon in my team. Serena over here recomnded both of you to and I want to raise and train you to beco a powerful Pokemon in the future.

'Are you strong enough to protect us?', ca a voice directly on his mind. He could tell that this was telepathy that the male Ralts was using.
This was an advanced move and it was very rare for such a young Pokemon to know this. Tory was excited.
"Yes, I can protect you guys."

Tory understood what they ant. They wanted to know if they were safe with him. So, he called all of his powerful Pokemons.
Both of the Ralts were surprised to see so many king-rank and pseudo-king-rank Pokemons. All of them were looking at those Ralts with curious smiles.
Both of the Ralts took so ti to make a decision and finally, he heard a voice.
'Alright. We agree.'
Even though the male Ralts was trying to act tough, both of them were still kids who were only 3 months old. But the male Ralts had done its howork and it knew that Tory was a good guy and would take care of them.
Serena aka Latias was also here and it had also said that Tory was a good guy. So, they didn't have any problem.
The 2 Ralts decided to co with Tory.
"Now, since you have them. Raise them well. I will also help you in their training.", said Serena.
The first thing that Tory did was get them checked. He wanted to see if these Ralts had any hidden injuries in their body.
Their team had a group of doctors now. This was needed for a rcenary team.
"Sir Tory, don't worry. I just checked them and they are very healthy. There is no case of hidden injuries or malnourishnt. There is a possibility of wild Pokemon not getting enough nutrition in their bodies but they don't have any problem.
They are good as new and they can start their training any ti."
Tory was happy to hear the good news.
"Hahaha, did you hear guys? You are all healthy and ready for training. So, do you want to start your training right now?"
Both of them nodded. Living inside the forest made them understand that strength was everything. Even though they were protected by Latias inside this forest, Latias could not protect them all the ti.
So, strength was everything and they knew that.
"First, show all the moves that you guys can use.", said Tory.
He already knew that the male Ralts knew 'telepathy'.
"But before that, we need to get you both a na. What do you want to call yourself?", asked Tory.
Calling them male Ralts and female Ralts was going to be a problem in the future. It was better to give them a na.
Both of the Ralts were excited to get a na. They were kids after all.
Finally, after so thinking, the male Ralts was nad Agnus, and the female Ralts was nad Audrey.
After that, they started to show their moves. They were very talented considering that they had not trained a day in their life.
They knew that following moves.
Agnus- Telepathy, Confuse ray, Teleport, Confusion, Psychic
Audrey- Draining kiss, Charm, Heal pulse, Calm mind, Magical leaf
Both of them knew 5 moves which was great. It was rare for a Pokemon to have 5 egg moves. These Ralts were really special.
They also knew another move. It could not be called an active move but a passive move. They could talk and feel each other no matter the distance. Of course, this only applied to 2 of them but this was still overpowered.
Tory was also happy that Agnus knew the move 'Teleport'.
"The first thing that we will do is train your existing moves. Even if you know these moves, you are not good at using them. Tomorrow, I will select so new moves for both of you and you will learn it."
It was already late night now and both of the Ralts were feeling sleepy.
"Ok, rest for now. We will start our training from tomorrow."

The teleportation team mbers saw those 2 cute Ralts the next day with Tory. They could tell that these Ralts were special but they were still just over 3 months old. So, they were incredibly weak.
"Is this how you are going to lead us? With these weak Ralts? I don't even want to laugh right now.", shouted one of the vice-captains to Tory.
"Even though I don't have a powerful psychic type Pokemon right now, I still have other Pokemons that can destroy you any ti. So, think again before speaking to .", said Tory with an evil smile.
He had to do sothing to control these people. Fortunately, Serena ca to the rescue but Tory could call it a rescue when she spoke.
"All of you asked how I am going to teach Tory to be your leader. So, here is the answer. I have him those Ralts and he will prove it to you in these 3 months how good he really is.
I know that even after 3 months, his Ralts will not be strong enough to reach king rank status. That is simply not possible.
But his Ralts will reach the elental rank. This is a test for him and for you too. If his Ralts reach the elental rank, then you will accept him as your leader. Being a leader doesn't an that he needs to have a powerful psychic type Pokemon right off the bat but he must have the capacity to make your Pokemons stronger and make you safe.
If he could make his Ralts reach elental rank in 3 months, he would have proven himself.

It took them so ti to digest the news. Even Tory didn't know what to say right now. Elental rank in 3 months? How was it even possible?
Finally, all of them agreed.

Dan was one of her captains and he was very reliable. Marry wanted to upgrade the 'Sunny day' strategy to deal even more damage.
