"Are you sure that this is an egg and it could be hatched?', asked Cynthia.
"I don't know if it could be hatched but I do know that this is an egg and a dragon egg.", said Salance.
"Hmm, but I have never seen such a dragon egg before and I cannot see its mother anywhere else.
We can only find Pokemon out here if we reach very deep but we have not even reached the middle of this tomb.
So, this must an that the egg had not hatched for a long ti. Why is that so?", asked Cynthia to her Pokemons.
This was really unusual. They had started to move forward and as per her estimate, they were already 150 miles far from the entrance. The progress was getting slower and slower as the concentration of these dragon-type energy was very high now.
But her 2 Pokemons had benefited a lot from this. Especially Salance.
It had been 7 months since they had entered the tomb and only 5 months were left before the end of this training session.
Garchomp had beco very strong compared to 7 months ago. It had created so new moves and had also upgraded 'Thrones way' to a completely new level.
For the past 2 months, Cynthia had been focusing on Salance a lot. It had learned so new moves and its control-type moves had gotten stronger than before.
It was slowly starting to realize the value of control-type moves. They had progressed a lot. Cynthia was actually going to miss this place as the progress of her Pokemons was very high here but there was a restriction to the place and she could not enter here for the next 2 years.
She was thinking about this egg. Of course, she was going to take it but which sort of egg was this?
She had done so research on dragon-type eggs and she knew the pattern of every egg. There were not many dragon-type Pokemons out there and it was easy to morize.
But she had not seen this kind of egg before. The egg was purple in color with a hint of yellow around the edges. There were dragon scales that covered the whole egg and the egg was really big for its size.
"Maybe this egg has mutated cause it has been sitting here for quite so ti. That is why it looks different.", suggested Garchomp.
"That might be true but why has it not hatched till now? If this egg doesn't hatch then all of my expectations will go down the drain.", said Cynthia.
"We can just hope that it hatches. After we get out of here, we will get it checked out. Right now, we can just keep it with us."
"That is true. Let's do that.", said Cynthia.

"Salance, you have improved your moves and I am satisfied with it. You have also trained in your pre-domain moves and now it is finally ti for you to train in special attack moves.
First, I want us to train in your existing moves like 'Flathrower', 'Draco teor', 'Dragon breath' and 'Draco shot'."
Cynthia quickly made a good plan for Salance and it started to train on the new training plan.

Today, Cynthia just wanted to take so rest. She had been training for quite so ti and she was very close to reaching elental rank. So, today, she just wanted to take so rest and observe her Pokemons.
After so many months, she had a good look at the place. The place was very wide and big. They had been traveling for a few months but they had not been able to see the end of it.
The place was a mixture of all the things. Forest, waterfalls, lakes, rocks and storms. Yet, there was so sort of aura or presence that made her feel sad and filled her heart with anger.
She had been told that she would be feeling such a thing but she didn't know why that was.
'Does this place truly hold the souls of all those dragon-type Pokemons that have died here?', thought Cynthia.
It has been said that once there was a major battle between dragon-type Pokemons in this place and a lot of dragon-type Pokemons died here. She could see a lot of bones of those dragon-type Pokemons that had still not decayed till now.
"If I cannot control myself here where the dragon had already died, then how can I challenge the future? No, I will not only beco the strongest trainer of my generation but also the one that will save the future."
Suddenly she felt that sothing that had been holding her had cracked and shattered. Imdiately she started to feel a lot of pain. Her bones started to crack and reshape.
After 10 minutes, she was back to normal but those 10 minutes were like 10 years to Cynthia.
"Congratulations Cynthia. You have finally reached elental rank.", said Garchomp.
"Thanks but it was not so easy. So painful. Are you ready to reach pseudo-champion rank now?", asked Cynthia.
"Yes, I feel that I can do that any ti now.", replied Garchomp with confidence.
It had been having this weird feeling so so ti now and it could tell what that was.
Garchomp was also surprised about its rapid growth. But it didn't think much about it. If it was progressing, then it would not care. It was dreaming about fighting with that Charizard and claiming its lost victory.

A few months have passed since that day and they have steadily been going deeper and deeper. The destruction of the battle since ancient tis could be seen vividly and now they were getting a lot more visual.
There were a lot of bones of these dragon-type Pokemons. Each of these bones would cost more than a million Poke dollars in the black market but Cynthia didn't even take one of it. Actually, she did take one long bone for Garchomp a few months back and when it didn't need it further, she just took it herself to train with it.
But she didn't take any more than that. This was a sort of respect that Cynthia had given to those ancient dragon-type Pokemons.
In these few months, Salance had finally reached tier 3 king rank and it was just a step away from reaching pseudo-champion rank. Yet, the battle powers of Salance and Garchomp were vastly different. Garchomp was clearly the winner of the two.
In these few months, Garchomp had been thinking of upgrading 3 of its moves. First of all, was its pre-domain move. It had realized the value of pre-domain move after seeing Salance use it so expertly.
The second move was 'Thrones way'. This was a move that had a lot of potential and it wanted to expand the usage of the move and the final move was dragon arts.
Dragon arts was still in phase I. Garchomp had to co up with new movents and new stances and maneuvers for the second phase. It had mastered the first phase and now it was ti for the second stage.
Yet, it was not as easy as it sounded. Garchomp knew how much ti it took to create this move. It was been training to create the second phase for so years now and it has still not been able to do so.

"Cynthia, I think we should rest here for so ti.", said Garchomp.
They were now walking deeper and deeper inside the tomb. Garchomp and Salance could now handle and manipulate a decent amount of dragon-type energy.
This not only increased their stamina and dragon type energy inside their body but also improved the mastery of their dragon type moves.
"But we can go more deep than this.", said Salance.
"I know but I feel so sort of weird connection out here. I don't know why but I want to explore this place.", replied Garchomp.
"If you have such a feeling then we will rest here for a couple of days.", said Cynthia.
As they started to make camp and rest, Garchomp started to search the place and went to the corner, sat, and then started to ditate for so reason. Cynthia didn't interfere in this. She wanted to see what Garchomp would achieve here.
Garchomp only stood up after a few hours and it was already ti to have dinner. Cynthia had brought a lot of food for this journey. There was a portable device to store food and it was very easy to store it.
"So, what did you feel?", asked Cynthia.
"I don't know what I am feeling. But I am feeling a bit emotional for no apparent reason. I think there is sothing here that is calling for .", said Garchomp.
The group tried to piece the information together but nothing ca to their mind.

A few days passed like this and Garchomp was doing the sa thing. It would sit in the sa place and ditate and then after dinner will go to sleep.
Cynthia found it weird but since they had made such a huge progress, a few days of doing nothing was not going to hurt Garchomp.

Cynthia suddenly felt sothing and she stood up eruptly. It was early morning and the sun was just rising. She noticed that Garchomp was making so weird sound and then it suddenly woke up huffing and puffing.
"Hey? Are you okay?", asked Cynthia.
'He must be having a bad dream.', thought Cynthia but this was the first ti such a thing had happened to Garchomp.
Garchomp didn't say anything for almost a minute. As Cynthia was going to say sothing, Garchomp started to glow in blue light.
"What? It is ranking up after sleeping?", shouted Cynthia which also woke Salance.
Both of them were looking at Garchomp as it went through the rank-up process.
ROOOOARRR
Garchomp gave a big roar to announce its presence. It felt so strong and powerful right now. It knew that this was the rank-up rush but the rush was too much for it to handle. It hastily closed its eyes and took deep breaths to control itself. It didn't want to hurt its friends.
After a minute or two, it finally, cald down.
"What happened? How did you rank up by sleeping?", asked Cynthia.
This was the first ti she had seen or even heard of such a thing.
"I was in a dream and I saw the battle of ancient tis. At first, I thought that this was simply a dream but I was wrong. The dream was so real and then I saw one of the Garchomp that spoke to ."
"What did it say to you?", asked Cynthia.
"I only said 3 words: Get our Revenge!!! After that, I woke up and I started to feel a lot stronger and then I ranked up."
"Really? Was that really a normal dream? Because I don't think so.", said Salance.
"I don't think that this was a normal dream too because now I have a lot of mories of how to improve 'Thrones way' and 'Dragon arts'. This is so weird."
"Garchomp, don't think much about it. Try to get used to your new body and we will think about this after we get out of here. There is only a month left and I want you to upgrade your moves too.
Salance, you should also take full advantage of this month. We cannot co here for 2 years now.
And I want to show the world how much we have grown."
