It was not that the commander didn't have a tier 2 king-rank Pokemon. They did have at least one of them. For example, Alon had a Gengar that was in tier 2 king rank.
Yet the battle between a tier 2 king-rank Pokemon would always be unpredictable. It would all depend on their foundation and the move's synergy. If the opposite Pokemon had a good foundation and a good move synergy then there is a high chance that Alon's Gengar might lose.
Axel ca out of the office and first looked at the war that was happening. He started to see which team was having the most pressure in battle. He didn't want any deaths in this tide battle. So, he had to make sure that everyone was doing okay.
"Co out Gogoat, Charles, Light, and Beedrill.", said Axel and called out these 4 Pokemons.

All of them roared to show their presence except for Alakazam.
"I want all of you to focus on these places and kill as many enemy as you can. Also try to save our allies.", said Axel.
He then went ahead and then called out Shedinja.
"Marcus, co out.", said Axel and the shadow of Axel started to twitch and slowly ca out of Axel's shadow. The process of coming out of the shadow looked as natural as it could. Shedinja had truly mastered its shadow move.
Both of them rushed towards the battle of tier 2 king-rank Pokemon.

"Alon, how is the fight going?", asked Axel as he reached towards the destination.
Axel could see that Gengar was fighting against a Houndoom. When a Pokemon reaches to the level of king rank, even a common Pokemon like Houdoom could cause doom.
"This Pokemon is very tricky. It is very slippery and fast and my Gengar is not good with speedy Pokemon.", said Alon.
Axel could see that Houndoom was just dodging Gengar's attacks. Now, Gengar was a very bulky Pokemon and it had a lot of energy to fight. But if those attacks don't hit then it would be a problem. Even though it had a lot of energy, it was not infinite.
"Let give you a hand.", said Axel and told Shedinja to jump to the fight.
He first looked at the stats of Houndoom to see if it was anything special.

It was interesting to see even a wild Pokemon had 3 new moves. A Pokemon would really change when they reach king rank.
Axel could already tell that 'Dark world' was a domain move, and the other 2 were so creative moves that it could use during the fight.
What surprised Axel even more was its ability 'Early bird' that had already been mastered. It was rare to see it. Not many knew about this. It also knew the move 'Rest' which could be devastating while it had that ability.
Axel looked at the move description of the new moves.
Dark world: A domain ability that stretches to 35 ters as its radius. The domain would be entirely covered with a dark ominous aura. This would heighten the stats of the user and also increase the power of their dark-type moves.
Illusion trap: This can cause the Pokemon to fall into an illusion. The illusion could be created based on the enemy's experience and what the user wanted them to see. There is a 30% chance that the damage inflicted in the illusion might appear in real life.
Dark spear: Can only be used while using 'Dark world'. Can also use without using 'Dark world' but the power of the attack will decrease by 90%. Create multiple spears made out of pure and concentrated dark energy. It could be fired at the target.
The domain move was normal but the move like 'Illusion trap' and 'Dark spear' were very special and it could do massive amount of damage if Axel didn't have any idea about this.
This was also one of the reasons why Axel didn't want others to fight with king-rank Pokemon. Since most of the king-rank Pokemon had their own self created moves, it was difficult to understand what they would be facing against.
The fight imdiately changed when Shedinja entered the fight. Shedinja imdiately used 'Agility' to increase its speed and then used 'Invisibility' to hide. It then went towards the back of the enemy and then first used the move 'Shadow absorption'.
The stats of Houndoom imdiately decreased by 50% for 5 minutes. That was a massive decrease in a tide battle. It then used the move 'Shadow control' and thick and pointy chains ca from the ground and then surrounded and warped Houndoom.
Since Shedinja was invisible, Houdoom didn't know what was happening. It needed so seconds to get used to the new environnt. After that Shedinja used the move 'Shadow ball'.
5 balls made of shadow appeared around it and they all started to spin at a very high rate. All of them rushed towards Houndoom and then.

The power of 'Shadow ball' was extrely high. It was fast, it had a penetrating effect and it was very impactful. When the 'Shadow ball' connected, Shedinja also combusted 'Shadow control' which caused a massive explosion.
Gengar imdiately took advantage of it and attacked Houndoom with its powerful 'Hypnosis'. After getting hit unexpectedly by such a powerful attack, the rate of it being asleep was huge.
The dust settled and then everyone found out that Houndoom had really slept. The fight had beco even more easier now. As Shedinja and Gengar were getting ready for another attack, Axel imdiately noticed that this Houndoom was recovering a lot of its health in just a few seconds.
Axel had the system to know about this. If he was a normal person, in the dark night, he might not even be able to know about this.
Axel instantly realized what had happened.
"ALON!! It is using 'Rest' and recovering its health. Attack fast!!", shouted Axel.
"Gengar, use 'Shadow ball'", shouted Alon.
"Marcus, you too!!"
But the ti was already enough for it to recover a sizable amount of health to fight back.
It instantly stood up with bright red eyes and then gave a powerful howl

The surroundings instantly changed. Dark mist started to gather at startling speed and all of them started to surround Houndoom.
"Alon, now be careful. It is using its domain move.", said Axel.
"Sir, you think that we should use the domain move too?", asked Alon.
"No, you stay out of it, Only Marcus will use it. You be prepared for any attacks after the end of the domain battle.", said Axel.
"Marcus, use 'Shadow-Darkness domain'", shouted Axel.
The surroundings changed again. It beca more dark and now even Axel could not see what was happening inside.
But Axel had already told Shedinja what to do. Unlike Houndoom, the domain length of Shedinja was not so much. It was only 15 ters. This was deliberately done to reduce the consumption of stamina of Shedinja.
'Shadow-Darkness domain' was a powerful domain move that Shedinja had accidentally created with a lot of training. It could do anything in this domain but the stamina consumption of Shedinja was really huge while using this move.

When both of the domains clashed with each other, the one who had a more powerful domain would suppress the effect of the enemy's domain. This was very huge in battle.
Naturally, the quality and the power of Shedinja's domain was more powerful than Houndoom's. So, Houndoom's domain was suppressed.
Houndoom knew that it end was coming near. It was already very injured after Shedinja did that sneak attack and it didn't even have ti to recover. It also had to face 2 tier 2 king rank Pokemons and one of them was clearly stronger than it.
'Damn it!! Why did I decide to co to this war on the first night? I was being too arrogant. My only hope is to run away from here but this weird Pokemon is not letting . How powerful is this Pokemon?', thought Doom the Houndoom.
It could already feel its domain being suppressed under Shedinja's domain. Shedinja was a tier 3 king-rank Pokemon. So, naturally, it was more powerful. Actually, this battle was just like a warm-up for it.
Houndoom didn't waste any ti and then directly attacked with 'Dark spear'.
Nurous spears ca out of the void of its domain and all of them started to spin. Houndoom was putting on a lot of stamina in this move. All of them were fired at the sa to Shedinja.
Shedinja was also not sitting still. It first used its move 'Substitute' and created 3 more copies. Each of these copies had 50% of its stats. As of right now, 'Substitute' might be its most powerful move.
All of them started to use the move 'Night slash'. The quantity of the slashes had increased to a very high degree but the power was also compromised. But Shedinja didn't care about the power right now. It was only dealing with a tier 2 king-rank Pokemon right now.
anwhile, the original Shedinja used 'Dark-ghost barrier' and then protected itself and started to use 'Shadow ball' to attack.
This went on for 5 minutes and now Houndoom had suffered multiple injuries. It tried to use the move 'Illusion trap' but since it was not in the right state of mind itself, the effect of the move was not so high, especially when its domain was getting suppressed.
Its stamina was at all ti low, so it had to cancel its domain. Shedinja also did the sa as the domain was also consuming its stamina a lot. It might have to fight another battle today and it didn't want to waste its stamina.
"Listen, I don't want to die. So, can you please let go? I promise that I will not attack you anymore. I will run from here.", pleaded Houndoom as it truly didn't want to die.
It was not talking to Shedinja but to Axel. It could tell that Axel was the decision-maker here.
But Axel didn't even give it a glance and then told Shedinja to finish the battle. Both Shedinja and Gengar attacked Houndoom at the sa ti and the battle was over in a minute. Shedinja got the last hit as its 'Shadow ball' pierced a hole in its body and it breathed its last breath.
Axel didn't even have an ounce of sympathy for this Houndoom. This was war. If Axel had not been prepared, then it might have been he and his Pokemon that would have suffered the disaster.
"Sir, I don't know how you train your Pokemons. Your Shedinja is so much more powerful than mine. Mine even had not reached king rank after all the training.", said Alon with a sigh.
Axel's Shedinja really was an enigma for Alon and his Shedinja. It was really powerful.
"Don't worry. Shedinja will take ti to rank up but once it reaches king rank, it will beco one of your pillars. Just trust on this.", said Axel with a smile.
It was very hard for Shedinja to reach king rank. It had pitiful health and defense.
"I will keep that in mind.", said Alon.
"If you need any help, do tell . I will be in the office.", said Axel, and then went to his office.
He let his Pokemons fight as much as they could. They also wanted to flex their muscles but he told Shedinja to take so rest. It recently had a big battle and it needed to recover its stamina.
