At that ti, there was a tribe of Latias and Latios on this island. Before, this island was really beautiful and it was very different from now on. It was also twice as big.
I was very young at that ti. I was only a rare rank Pokemon and my brother and lover, Fandrax were too young to understand anything. Oh, if you don't know, we Latias and Latios are born in pairs. After we are born, we are not only sister and brother but also future husband and wife.
This is done to preserve our bloodline as it had been told that Ho-Oh had cursed us during ancient tis."
"Ho-Oh cursed your bloodline? But why would it do that? I didn't even know that Ho-Oh had such power.", said Ron as he was interested in Ho-Oh mythology.
"Yes, Ho-Oh is a mysterious being. So even say that it ca before Arceus. It has magical powers and no one knows where it lives.", replied Latias.
"So, what was the curse?"
"Before, each of us could master 2 cores, dragon and psychic. Our ancestors were extrely powerful beings. They were almost undefeated due to this. As per our history, Ho-Oh cursed us cause we were too powerful and it was breaking the balance of this world.
So, from that, we could only cultivate 1 core of our choosing. That was why it was decided that Latias would cultivate psychic core and Latios would cultivate dragon core.
The tradition of marrying our own sister and brother ca from that incident as we wanted our bloodline to be as pure as possible.
Now, back to the story.
The island was filled with our tribe mbers and also so of the psychic and dragon-type Pokemons as they respected us. I still rember that day, when I was waiting for my father to train as he was complaining that I was getting far behind my friends.
But suddenly we were attacked by multiple races of Pokemons and one of them was Tyranitar. We didn't know where they ca from and why they were attacking us but they were relentless.
Of course, we were very powerful compared to them but their numbers were almost incalculable. Many of my friends and their families died in that war."
Latias took a deep breath rembering its past. It was very emotional.
"Even though we were at a disadvantage, we were able to win but the losses were too great. This type of war had only happened during ancient tis and we were not ready for it.
After the battle was over, so of us were happy while so of us were mourning for our friends and families. More than 300 of us had died in that battle. That was a huge blow.
We thought that the war was over but it was not. Even though we killed the leader of that group who was a Kingdra, the battle was not over. Suddenly a black hole ford in the middle of our island. I didn't know what it was and how it ca to be but I could only describe it as a black hole.
Half of the island was sucked inside it and almost all of us were also sucked inside.
Ho-Oh seeing that one of the legendary Pokemon is going to extinct, took action. It sohow stopped the black hole and gave us a blessing that in this island, no one would be able to harm our species.
However, it ca a bit too late. I was the daughter of the tribal chief. When my father saw that all of us were going to be sucked inside that hole, he used so sort of treasure that I had no knowledge of. Due to this treasure, and my brother were left alive on this island. All the others were sucked inside."
There was a silence in the air. It was a heartbreaking story. Even Axel felt angry after hearing about it.
" and my brother were very weak. My brother was in elental rank and I was in rare rank. From the top leaders of this island, we beca the bottom feeders.
Half of the island was already destroyed. So, hid and ran. There was a very small tribe of Piloswine that took us in. They were one of the species that lived on the island when my parents were alive. Most of their mbers were also dead from the war and the black hole. Only 20 of them were left.
They took care of us and trained us. Slowly we started to gain our powers and abilities. My brother never smiled from that day. He only focused on his training and he started to beco very powerful. I didn't want to be left behind, so I also increased my training.
There we t 2 Piloswine and those were your mother and father. We were of the sa age and we were very good friends.
200 years passed and I, my brother and your father beca god-rank Pokemons. Your mother was a champion rank Pokemon at that ti. Your father was really an anomaly. It is normal for a legendary Pokemon like us to reach god rank in a few hundred years if we train hard but for normal Pokemons, it was not so easy.
However, your father broke that rule and beca god ranked Pokemon. We also took control of the island. After we beca god-rank Pokemons, we decided to take revenge."
At this ti Axel asked a question.
"Revenge? But how? Weren't your enemies already dead?"
"No. At first, we thought the sa. If our feelings of revenge were not so strong, we would not have even known about it. It looked like the main perpetrators of the war were a group of dragons and psychic-type Pokemon. Being a legendary Pokemon, our powers and potential are vastly different from normal Pokemons. They wanted to kill us and harvest our potential in so way.
Of course, I don't know if this is the real information. After living for 200 years, we were able to know a lot of things about them. Like the black hole didn't kill our tribe but transported them to another place. Our enemies were still hidden sowhere.
After searching about it a lot. We were able to pinpoint so of the possible locations, that may house our tribe mbers. So, we selected one and flew there.
Our bad luck had still not been finished. Instead of reaching that place, we reached a completely different place where those enemies were. It was the place where the leader of our enemies lived. It turned out that the Kingdra who died was not the real leader.
We knew that even if we were god-rank Pokemons, we would not be able to defeat all of them. So, we ran and that day, your father lost his life. He basically protected us while we ran.
So years passed and my brother decided to venture to the new possible location alone. I didn't agree with this but he was very strict on it. He went and never ca back.
Finally, after so years, I decided to take the risk too. I didn't want to die thinking that my brother and my parents were alive in so place.
Your mother said that she would co with . I denied it as she was only a champion-rank Pokemon but after so convincing, I agreed.
But my bad luck was still not over. We encountered one of their other base and we had to run.
This ti, it was your mother that died. She was this close to the island but she could not make it. A Tyranitar killed her."
Axel wanted to look at the stats of Mamoswine after it ranked up to tier 2 but he knew that it was not the right ti.
"I am sorry about your loss Serena. But why are you telling all this? It is not like that I can help you with it. Those are god rank Pokemons and I don't even have a champion-rank Pokemon.", said Axel.
"I am telling you this story so that you can help .", said Latias.
"But how? I am too weak to do anything to them.", said Axel
"Axel, I didn't make this decision on a whim. It took a long ti to analyze and observe you properly. It looks like you don't even know what is special about you. So, let you.", said Latias and told others that the story was over and they could go back to their own world.
"Co inside. I want this to be a private conversation.", said Latias and went inside the cave.
Axel followed her just purely about the upcoming events.
The cave which looked small from the outside was very deep and bright from the inside. It was filled with white and blue lights. Axel didn't even know where they were coming from.
They had been walking for 10 minutes now and they had still not reached the end of the cave.
"You know that you can ask any questions that you want, right?", said Latias.
"Why is the space here so large when I felt that it was small from the outside? And what are these lights?"
"The space here is bigger cause it really is. This is the height of psychic powers. When the user masters psychic powers to a good extent, we have the powers to even bend the space. This is a simple example of that."
'So, one of the directions of psychic is space? That is really cool.', thought Axel.
"The lights that are coming are also the application of my space abilities. When you have enough mastery over the space, you can do a lot of things.", said Latias.
After a few seconds of more walking, they finally reached the place. The cave was now divided into 2 pathways and each pathway had a door. Latias went ahead and opened one door and told Axel to co inside.
"There are so things that I could not tell in public so sorry for the tight space.", said Latias.
"And what is it?"
"The main perpetrator of the war and all the incidents were a group of humans."
"Humans? Really?", asked Axel as he just could not believe it.
"Yes, they seem to be so sort of an evil organization that does bad things."
"What is their na?"
"They called themselves Cipher."
Axel was expecting one of the nas from the 7 deadly sins but he didn't expect Cipher's na to co out.
"Really? Are you sure about them?", asked Axel just to confirm.
"Yes, I am sure. Do you know these people?", asked Latias.
"Not personally but I have heard about them. Then Axel began to tell the story about the Shadow Pokemons and their connection with them."
"They are just horrible people. Why would they even exist?", asked Latias in anger.
"I don't know what their motive really is but they are a very powerful organization. Why don't you show where you went?", said Axel.
