As the humans were celebrating the win, Haxorus was looking staring Axel. Haxorus could not believe that nondragon-type Pokemon could win against his younger brother who was in the sa tier of the sa rank.
It imdiately realized that Axel was not a normal trainer. If this human would train his Pokemons to such a level then maybe it was the reason why the leader called it.
"You have given a good show and a loss is a loss. You can pass through here and we will not disturb you. But rember, not all the dragon-type Pokemons are as good as . So, you should be careful."
After saying it, all of them went their own ways.
"Axel, I know that prying the secrets of a trainer is not sothing a good trainer does but I just want to know how did your Charizard beco so powerful?", asked Harry.
He was a fire-type specialist and he was very curious about Axel's Pokemons. He had to know.
Axel didn't know what to do right now. He wanted to tell the secret of Charizard but he knew that they were not his people. Even though he trusted them as they were under Blue, they were not his people.
As Axel was contemplating what to do, Kizaru ca forward and said, "You don't have to say the information for free. We will pay for it. You have already helped Ron and if you also help Harry, then we will try to fulfill your wishes."

"Sir, you don't have to do this.", said Harry as he didn't want Kizaru to sacrifice anything.
However, Kizaru didn't even reply and just looked at Axel. This was his team and if his team raised their standard and beca powerful, then he was happy to do anything.
Axel thought for a bit and then he ca up with a brilliant idea.
"Why don't we make this relationship long-term?"
"What do you an?", asked Kizaru.
"I know that Blue is the leader of your organization and you also know the relationship of Blue and . We are very close and we have the sa master.
So, if there is anything I ask for you to do and it doesn't hurt Blue in any way, you will help with it.", said Axel.
"That is a big ask. I have to know what I am gaining from this.", said Kizaru.
"Kizaru, let tell you sothing that even Blue may not have told you.
We humans are now living on a ticking clock. There would co a ti and it would co very soon when all the humans might perish. If you want to ask how I know it or who is going to do it then I cannot answer you but it is true that we have very less ti.
That is why I am in such a hurry, trying to make alliances with other people and organizations and trying to beco powerful."

"So, why don't your team and my team have an alliance.", said Axel.
"If you want to talk about the alliance, then why are you talking about it with ? You could directly talk to sir Blue."
"No, I cannot do that. Blue's team is vastly stronger than my team. Alliance could only be made between 2 equal parties and I am way weaker than Blue.
If I were to go and propose the alliance to Blue, I know that he would agree in a heartbeat but I don't need charity. I want friends, not ntors.", said Axel.

"You must be under an Admiral. So talk to him and his other vice admirals. If they agree to help and my team then I will help you guys and of course, the help that I provide should only belong to your team, admirals, and other vice admirals team under your admiral."
"You are talking to as if my Admiral and you are equal. You are not equal to my Admiral. You cannot even defeat , how are you going to defeat my Admiral?"
"Yes, you are right. I cannot defeat you or your Admiral but I possess sothing far greater than you do.
I have 50k mbers on my team and even though they might be weaker than your generals, there are a lot of them. I am also the successor of Oak, so I have a lot of ways to get resources and information.
Finally, I have and I have a lot of secrets and ways on how to make your Pokemon stronger. It doesn't only end with Charizard and Shelgon."
"Can I talk with my team about this?", asked Kizaru.

anwhile Jin and Frank ca to talk to Axel.
"Axel, what are you planning now? Why are we making an alliance with them?", asked Jin.
"Have you seen their soldiers? They are so well-equipped and disciplined. You may not have seen our mbers but they lack a lot. I plan them to teach my mbers about survival and how to be stronger."
This was true. Axel needed his team to beco stronger as fast as possible. Yes, they were powerful compared to other soldiers of the league and they also had multiple strategies, and traps to beat the tide but since the team had just been ford, there were a lot of things that needed improvent.

"So guys, what do you think that we should do?", asked Kizaru.
"I think that we should take the offer.", said Harry.
"Of course, you will want to do that. He is going to provide you so info about Charizard.", rebuked Ram who was the general.
Even though Ram was just a general and Harry was a Field Marshal, they were just like family as they had been together for a long ti.

"So, you think that we should make an alliance with Axel and his team.", said Kizaru.
"Yes, I believe that we should. Even though the team of Axel is not strong and they are just beginners, Axel is a totally different beast. He is already an elental rank Pokemon and he is only 16 years old. He has multiple king-rank Pokemons and you saw how powerful Charizard really was.
So, I think it would be beneficial to have Axel as a friend in need."
"Sir, do you believe in Axel on what he said? Is the world really going to end?", asked Krishna.
"I don't think that he would lie to us. I can confirm that with Blue in the future so there is no need to lie to us. A few months back, the admiral asked to increase the pace of the training of our mbers and I felt that it was unusual. So, there is a very good chance that he is not lying."
Kizaru then proceeded to ask other team mbers about Axel and his team.

"So, what have you decided?", asked Axel.
"It would depend on what you are asking of us and what you can provide in return.", said Kizaru.
"On the top of my head, I want your capable mbers to train my team and in return, I will tell you the tricks and tips on how to make your Pokemon stronger.", said Axel.
"Ok, then I agree with the proposal.", said Kizaru.
"Are you sure? Don't you have to talk to your Admiral?", asked Axel.
"No, I don't have to. I am sure that he would agree to it too and even if he doesn't I am the man of my word. My team would still be a part of this alliance.", said Kizaru.
"Then let's celebrate this alliance.", said Axel.
It was already evening by that ti and they thought to set up a camp here.
After eating and enjoying for so ti, Harry finally asked, "So, can you tell now about your Charizard."
"Ok, gather around. I have to tell this to all of you. Jin and Frank, you too. I have not told this to my team too.", said Axel and everyone made a circle around Axel.
"Now, do you know of the move called 'Ancient power'?", asked Axel.
All of them nodded.
"Good. 'Ancient power' is a mysterious move that has a chance to raise all the stats of a Pokemon. So,...."
Axel began to tell the story of 'Ancient power' and how it could be modified to achieve mysterious results. He explained all of this in detail.
Axel had long co to realize that keeping all the secrets to himself would not do him any good. Even though he beca strong, he could not challenge the whole world. He would need trustable teammates for it.
All of them were surprised and marveled at Axel's story of 'Ancient power'.
"Then what about the move that your Charizard used that directly increased its power to a higher level?", asked Harry.
Axel went on to tell about how he and his Pokemons make new moves and modify old moves to increase the power and efficiency. He also told Harry how they were able to make 'Transform' and also told him the limitation of 'Transform'.
Harry was disappointed after hearing it. He knew that it would not be so easy but he didn't know that it would be so hard. Modifying and creating new moves took a lot of ti and patience. It was also not easy to do it.
After so brief talk about Axel's way of training and his secrets, Axel asked, "So, what is the lineup of your team and how do they train and act?"
