Bagon was a dragon-type Pokemon. It was also a pseudo-legendary Pokemon. However, Bagon was just a baby now. It needed to be nurtured very well. The most important thing was its ridges. 3 thick grey-colored ridges that start from the top of its head to the back of its neck.
Axel realized that, since the beginning when it was born, it wanted to fly. However, it could not right now as it didn't have wings. So, it would bash its head on rocks. This surprising action would increase the defense of its head and also those ridges.
That was also one of the reasons why the move 'Head butt' was so important. So, Axel had to study those ridges and its neck muscles for now cause they would be important in the future. These ridges would spread out and cover its body when it evolves to Shelgon and then these ridges would spread out into wings and into different parts of its body when it further evolves to Salance.
Axel started to read the biology of Bagon and the resources needed to groom it. Building no. 6 had advanced books and it was a lot better than Building no 4.
Unfortunately, Axel didn't have the ti to look at other books. He only took the book related to Bagon and its evolution line and started to read.
Most of the points in the book were very common and Axel had already read about it. He had also done a lot of research after he got Bagon. However, there were so new points and a new way of looking which interested him very much.
Axel wanted his Bagon to have all the resources and excellent training so that it could be the most powerful Salance in the world.

After 24 hours,
Axel turned his head up and then stretched his hands and legs. He had not slept and he was feeling very tired. However, he had done it. He had studied all the details relating to Bagon biology and the best resources needed to groom it.
He first went to his hotel room and took a bath. He ca out of the library cause he had to et Morgan and Frank today. Yes, Morgan and Frank were coming today and they may reach here any ti. Axel didn't want them to wait for him. Morgan was still the gym leader of the Kanto region and he had to give the respect that Morgan deserved.
Axel noticed 2 things with Bagon when he read the book. The first was, of course, the ridges. The book said that the ridges must be properly maintained, cleaned, and taken care of till it reaches its final evolution. The book said that the body of Bagon was not as hard or sturdy as other dragons and pseudo-legendary Pokemons.
However, it had the ridges that protected it. Bagon had to personally train its body very harshly till it reached the standard of a powerful dragon and pseudo-legendary Pokemon. So, the ridges must be taken care of very well.
The book also recomnded so of the items that would help clean and polish the ridges. There were also so of the resources that would make ridges harder and harder after applying them to Bagon's body for an extended period of ti. Finally, there were also so resources, that would reduce the friction between the ridges and its body when it trained.
These resources were rare but they were not very hard to get. They just cost a lot of money. Axel didn't have to worry about money right now. He had just extorted...won 1 trillion Poke dollars from the Typh family. He gave half of them to Oak as he owed Oak but he still had more than 500 billion Poke dollars with him.
The second thing that the book talked about was just a theory but the theory was so interesting that Axel thought to apply it. It was to transfer the damage that the ridges receive to its body in such a way that the body would beco hard and sturdy over ti. This would decrease the ti Bagon would need to train its body.
Others may not been able to do it, but Axel had his system and he was confident that he could help Bagon create a new move that would do it. He was confident cause the book went on to the biology of Bagon and its evolved line and sohow proved that it could be possible.
Another thing was its dragon typing. Dragon-type Pokemon was very powerful compared to other type Pokemon. This was due to their body. They could hold a lot of infinity energy inside their body. That ant that their capacity was very high. This was also the reason why dragon-type Pokemons took ti to evolve and rank up.
There were so resources that would help and decrease the ti for a dragon-type Pokemon. However, they were incredibly rare and it looked like a cult had taken a monopoly on these types of resources. Axel needed to find out about that cult and get those resources for Bagon.
As he was thinking, he got a ssage that Morgan and Frank had arrived at the hotel. They had also booked a room in a hotel. He told them to freshen up. He was going to et them in the restaurant of the hotel.

"Hello Axel, My my, I think you have grown a bit taller than before.", said Morgan with a smile and hugged him.
"You also have grown a lot stronger than before. I see that you are not getting lazy. Co sit, let's have so breakfast first.", said Morgan and told him to sit on the chair.

"Now, I know why you both have co here. I asked before to train your son and make him humble. Have you achieved it?", asked Axel.
"Yes, I trained and lectured him a lot. He has now realized that he needs to train harder to grow stronger.", said Morgan.
Axel then turned towards Frank and said, "You know that I can be very strict. So, are you ready to train under ? You might get injured, your body may refuse to follow you. Don't go crying to your father if that happens."

Axel was staring at Frank for a long ti. It might have been just a couple of minutes but a couple of minutes of silence with Axel staring at him was a bit awkward. Morgan knew that Axel was accessing his son. His son had changed a lot in these few months.
After Axel went, he had a very huge fight with his wife. He told his wife that he would divorce her if she didn't let him train his son. It was not the ti to babysit his son. His son had beco a man but just physically. Seeing such a serious face, his wife agreed and then he started to lecture and train his son himself.
"Ok, but if you complain even for a single ti, I will not be responsible for you and you can go back ho.", said Axel.
"I accept it."
"Ok, then I will train you. You will co where I go and then train with . Right now, I will be spending 3 years in the Johto region. Get registered in the Johto region and we will also select a Pokemon for you. You should know the rules of the Jhoto region. If you don't then read it today and morize it."
Frank just nodded his head.
Axel could see that Frank had grown a bit stronger. It was not a huge difference but Morgan seed to be speaking the truth. This difference didn't shock Axel. The difference that shocked Axel was his attitude. Frank's attitude had completely changed from happy and annoying to serious. Axel liked this attitude of Frank.
He could not verify how much Frank had changed but he could be assured that Frank was serious about his training.
The food ca and then they started to eat. Morgan was the one who talked the most. He started to share all the things that were happening in the Kanto region. He also shared about other regions and the talented trainers there.
One thing interested him and that was about Cynthia.
"Do you know any recent news about Cynthia?", asked Axel.
"Of course I do. I have been saving it up for last. What do you want to know about her."
"You know what I want to know. Just tell what happened after my battle with her. My battle with her should not be secret to you, right?", asked Axel.
"Every powerful and influential person in the world knows about that battle. Axel, I must say that you are very ruthless.", said Morgan.
"She was the one who asked for battle. I was just defending myself.", said Axel.
Morgan knew that Axel was not defenseless. He was just saying bullshit. He could also see that Axel had started to change. He had started to beco arrogant. He deserved to be arrogant as he was very powerful for his age but he should not forget his roots.
"Axel, take my advice, and don't forget your roots. You have started to beco very arrogant nowadays.", said Morgan.
Axel instantly realized that he had made a mistake. This was Morgan, one of the gym leaders of the Kanto region and he should be respectful towards him. He instantly apologized to Morgan for his behavior.
Then Axel started to tell the full story and how the battle occurred. Even he didn't know that Charizard would be so powerful after using the move.
"Haha, so you were just acting tough. But it must not be forgotten that your Pokemon won against Cynthia's Garchomp. You did well. After the news ca, we the gym leaders, elite 4, Charles and Oak had a huge party. Haha, I can still rember that night.", said Morgan laughing.
"You guys had a party? But why?"
"Axel, we have already achieved what we had to in our lives. Now our responsibility is to teach you youngsters and hold our positions. People would not say it out loud, but the Kanto region is the most powerful region right now. This is due to Red, Blue, Charles, and Oak.
Specially Red. Even though he gave up his journey, he is still the most powerful trainer after Oak.

Axel could understand what Morgan was saying. He knew all about these things but he had never put it all together in his mind.
Morgan took a huge chunk of at and then started to talk again.
"That is why when we heard about the result of Cynthia and your battle, we were very excited."
