If Axel was in his ho, then there was no problem with it cause there were training grounds and Axel had also bought a major part of the forest there. However, training his king-rank Pokemons outside in the wild could be dangerous.
He ordered these 5 balls cause these Pokemons like Nidoking, could affect a large area. Alakazam could still train and not affect such a huge area as Nidoking. That was why he asked Oak to make those 5 balls as fast as he could.
Now, the training grounds were at his ho. Since most of his Pokemons were in king rank, they could not be transferred to Hakone city normally. They would have to go to Hakone City completely on their own. This had beco a huge hurdle.
That effectively ant that he wasted all that money for nothing. Since his Pokemon could have to literally travel there, then how were they going to go there? It would take a huge amount of ti to reach there and the wild forest was dangerous.
He had a solution for this but that solution would take so ti to be fruitful. He thought to bring up this solution during dinner conversation.

Dinner conversation was a new thing that Axel ca up with recently and tonight was going to be the first dinner conversation.
So what was dinner conversation and why did Axel co up with it?
Axel realized that he now had 18 Pokemons. 13 of them were from the Kanto region and 5 of them were from the Johto region. It would be impossible to concentrate all of them at once and he also had to train for himself too.
Axel wanted to reach pseudo-king rank status till he completed Johto region, maybe even king rank level. So, he had to train himself too.
Axel also had to concentrate a lot on his new Pokemons. 4 of them were very young and they needed close monitoring. However, the previous Pokemons were already adept at Axel's training way. His King rank Pokemons didn't even need monitoring all the ti. He only needed to co up with a way to modify move and new moves for them. He didn't need to do everything for them.
However, he also didn't want to completely ignore them. That would be a stupid decision. They were also his Pokemons so he was responsible for them.
That was why he ca up with a dinner conversation. During dinner conversation, he would eat with all of these Pokemons together and discuss training plans with them personally. Previously, all of his Pokemons ate at a different ti.
Shedinja, Pidgeot, and Alakazam loved to train at night too, so they would love to eat early in the evening. They didn't want to feel sleepy. While others loved to eat at night. Charizard personally loved to eat before it went to bed and filled its stomach with a lot of food.
Now, this was going to change. He would sit with them and personally talk about their training plans. This would also help his Pokemons to connect more as they would be spending ti together and also increase this relationship with his Pokemons.

"Welco to dinner conversation. All of you know the reason for this dinner conversation. Marcus, Light, and Flappy; you can eat less at night and more in the morning. This would not decrease your training concentration.
Now, I will start to talk about your training plans with everyone. But first let tell you, that I feel that there are so of you who still need my full concentration and I will also personally advise you in the dayti too.
They are:

2. Gyarados
3. Tauros
4. Absol
5. Bagon
6. Togepi
7. Totodile
8. Acron

Venusaur was also a pseudo-king rank Pokemon but Venusaur had been with him for a long ti and it already knew how to train itself. It also had Gogoat, who would help it during the training process since both of them had grass-type cores.
Regarding Mamoswine, it was already on the verge of reaching king rank. So, it didn't require Axel's full attention.
"Let's start with Charles. I feel that you are already very strong for a tier 2 king-rank Pokemon but I want you to be even stronger. So, first, tell what plans you have for your training?"
"I want my flas to be even stronger than before. I want to change the color of my flas to a high level and be more stronger.", said Charizard.
"Hmm. That is interesting but you are wrong to think that.", said Axel.
"Can you tell why, father?", asked Charizard.
"First of all, your flas are already stronger and more powerful for a king-rank Pokemon. You have reached stage III in fla control and that has increased your fla powers. If you were also perfect in another aspect, then I would have told you to do the sa but you need to concentrate on other things.
Like your tail. Everyone says that the tail of the Charizard is the weakest thing. But I disagree. I believe that if you train your tail to the maximum, it would be a powerful weapon. Next would be your new moves like 'Dragon roar', 'Dragon scales', 'Smoke manipulation', 'Ash manipulation', and 'Transform'. Try to level them up to level 40 and cross the threshold.
Now, leveling up 'Transform' would be very hard as you can only use it once a month, but I believe that you can improve it without using it."
"But how can I do that?", asked Charizard cause it just seed impossible.
"There are 7 limitations with that move.
1. There is a chance that it may go berserk and can only be stopped by listening to Axel's commands
2. It can only use fire-type moves.
3. It can only be in this state for 3 minutes.
4. All of its status moves would deactivate when using this move cause Charizard would not be able to handle the power of this move and its status moves.
5. After using this move, Charizard would be extrely tired and cannot battle for a week.
6. The cool-down period of this move is 1 month.
7. Had to use 'Blaze' before using this move."
I don't consider the 7th one to be a limitation. So, 6 limitations. Number 2 and 4 would be very hard to remove as it would take so ti but let's concentrate on others like, you going berserk while using it.
What do you feel when you go berserk?"
"I feel that I have too much power in my body and that makes feel superior. Then I think that nothing could stop and I go berserk."
"Perfect, so, you just need to control those emotions while you are in 'Transform' state. I know it is not very easy to do it. I have seen the feeling you will get after getting overpowered. But you need to control it.
First, you will learn 'Focus punch' tomorrow. You will need to focus while using this move and it is a very slow move. You will not be able to use it if you are hit while using the attack.
It is not a very good move. But you will learn to focus during this move. Concentrate only on the focus part while using this move. What should you do to not break your concentration while using it? Focus on that. This will help you to have a linear mind.
Also, try to level up 'Rest' and focus on relaxing your body emptying your mind while training it. After you are adept in it, we will think about other limitations."
He talked to Charizard for a few minutes and now it was ti to talk to others. He picked Shedinja.
"'Invisibility' and 'Darkness zap' are useless for now but I believe that they would be very powerful in the future. You need to first concentrate on these new moves that you have learned. I also believe that 'Shadow interaction' and 'Shadow absorption' would be very OP in the future. I have thought of so ways to modify it first you need to master it properly to modify it.
You should also concentrate on your 'Hypnosis' and darkness powers. You have trained a lot in your shadow powers and have recently understood darkness powers. I believe that darkness powers would be very deadly in the future.
I also have a new move in mind for you but first, you need to complete all this."
He also talked to Shedinja for so ti and then decided to talk to Alakazam next.
"Light, the first thing that I need you to do is to concentrate on 'Teleport'. We are in a huge need of it. So of you might also want to train in the training ground at ho but we can't go there cause it would take a huge amount of ti to get there. That is where 'teleport' cos in.
For now, concentrate on 'Teleport' for a month. Also, train in your existing moves. Also, partner with Slowbro. I believe that if both of you train 'Teleport' together, it would have a synergy effect and the power of the move would multiply."
This was the only way he had co up to go to his ho and other places. It was a big ask, Axel knew that. Alakazam was just a king-rank Pokemon and it would take a huge amount of ti to take 'Teleport' to the level of Red's Alakazam or Oak's Alakazam. However, it had to start soday.
Axel also talked with Steelix. Steelix had a lot of things to improve. It had learned new moves and modified so of the moves but since it was caught recently, it needed so ti to be as powerful as others. All in all, it didn't have a solid foundation like others.
This was the problem of catching Pokemons when they were already fully evolved. However, Axel was not going to give up. The first thing he told it to do was to improve its passive move.
Its passive move was not as interesting as Charizard or Beedrill's passive move but it was still a passive move nonetheless. It was also a defensive type passive move and it would be a huge thing for Steelix who concentrated on its defense.
He was not going to let it learn new moves for now. It had to modify the existing moves and beco powerful in it before.
He then turned towards Mamoswine. Mamoswine was going to reach king rank anyti now and it just needed a little push.
"Charles, you will battle Mamoswine tomorrow. The battle would be very intense and don't hold back until I tell you to stop. Mamoswine, I feel that you will reach a kind rank tomorrow. You just need a push and Charizard will help you with it.", said Axel.
He said that he would have to think sothing about Beedrill and tell it tomorrow for its training plans and now it was ti for Venusaur and Gogoat.
Venusaur was a powerful Pokemon for pseudo-king rank. Axel had delayed its rank up cause he wanted it to have a very strong foundation. He wanted it to be the second Hasirama Senju, so it needed to have a strong foundation.
If Venusaur had been trained in a normal and fast way, it would already have been a king-rank Pokon. But Axel didn't feel bad about it cause now Venusaur had a good foundation, and its journey would be very easy.
"Venusaur, I have always told you to concentrate on 'Field control' and 'Frenzy plant'. Field control would be your main move in the future. However, I also want you to concentrate on 'Vine whip' and 'Razor leaf'. You should also concentrate on your poison and sleeping powders.
But first of all, train on getting your ability mastered. I know you have thought of a way to do it."
Its ability 'Overgrow' was now at 100%. It had just reached pseudo-king rank recently but Axel should help it prepare for reaching king rank. After improving all these previous aspects, he would then think of making a pre-domain move for it.
