It seed like in the Unova Region, Reshiram and Kyurem held a status equivalent to Dialga and Palkia in Sinnoh. Both were Tier-3 Deities.

The mont Reshiram laid eyes on wtwo, it instantly sensed the imnse pressure exuding from it.
With a powerful flap of its wings, it soared away from the Sword of the Vale.
At this point, Damon hadn't even started channeling Victini's energy into the seal.
"You ca to Eindoak Town, so don't ddle in things that don't concern you! I, Damon, must return the Sword of the Vale to the ruins of our People of the Earth. Please—do not interfere!"
Damon summoned two Pokémon: Sigilyph and Elgyem—both Psychic-types.
"Damon! Do you even realize that if the Sword of the Vale is removed from its current location, the Dragon Force it's suppressing will surge into chaos? Your entire People of the Earth will be destroyed!"
"Pika Pika!"
Ash couldn't wait. He revealed the truth to Damon outright—even though none of this had technically happened yet.
Even if it was true, Damon wouldn't believe it.
"I don't believe it!"
As expected. Just then, Cynthia and Sabrina arrived. Ash didn't even need to say a word. The two won acted imdiately—Cynthia and Sabrina each restrained one of Damon's Pokémon using Garchomp and Alakazam.
"Hahaha! This seal was left behind by the ancient king of the People of the Earth! Even if you defeat , unless the Sword of the Vale is moved to the ruins, the seal will never be unlocked!"
Damon thought he had the upper hand.
Cynthia stepped forward to examine the sealing array.
She commanded her Garchomp to strike it—but it had no effect.
Sabrina did the sa with her Alakazam. Nothing.
It wouldn't open.
"I told you! You'll never open that seal!"
Damon cackled at the side, thinking he had all the ti he needed. As long as Reshiram defeated that white and purple Pokémon, he'd be free to continue.
"Teeni~~"
Inside the seal, Victini's large round eyes locked onto Ash.
Suddenly, it saw a confident smile rising on Ash's face.
"Don't worry, Victini. Last night, you told your dream—to see the ocean, to explore vast forests, and to et more Pokémon. Today, I'll take you away from this place!"
In the original story, the seal was broken by Reshiram—which ant the force required had to be at least Tier-3 Deity level.
"Co out, Regigigas—crush it!"
"Regi-Gi!"
Regigigas extended its six fingers and gripped both sides of the sealing array.
Its level might not match Reshiram's, but when it ca to raw strength? Regigigas was second to none!
With a powerful roar, it pulled—hard!
In Damon's disbelieving gaze, the ancient seal imprisoning Victini cracked… then shattered.
"Teeni~~!"
Victini leaped out in an instant and threw itself into Ash's arms.
"No… That's the ancient seal left by the king! How could you possibly break it?!"
"Reshiram!!!"
Damon roared in fury.
He couldn't let Victini escape!
He'd spent years preparing for this—everything had been about returning the Sword of the Vale to the ruins of the People of the Earth, so he could harness the Dragon Force and revive his people!
"Gyaoooo!"
Hearing Damon's call, Reshiram—locked in a mid-air standoff with wtwo—responded with a roar.
Just earlier, a single Shadow Ball from wtwo had blasted Reshiram far into the distance.
While wtwo's level was below Reshiram's, its mastery of Teleportation gave it a speed advantage, allowing it to dance around Reshiram with ease.
But now, Reshiram's eyes flared at Damon's voice. It lifted its head, opened its jaw, and began charging a glowing blue fireball at the tip of its snout!

Reshiram's signature move—Blue Flare, an incredibly powerful inferno!
As Blue Flare gathered, the clouds in the sky began to evaporate—burned away by the overwhelming heat and pressure. Within monts, the sky above was completely clear.
wtwo narrowed its eyes, alert.
From the ground, Ash—thanks to his sharp vision—could see everything clearly.
In his mind, he activated a card through his System.
"System, please… before I leave Unova, I hope you'll reward with another Attribute Enhancent Card like this. Use it—target: wtwo!"
Ash silently activated the command.

Buzz!
In that mont—
wtwo felt its energy swell wildly inside its body—multiplying at a geotric rate!
"Hmm…"
wtwo realized Ash was helping it again.
With this surge of strength—there was no way it could lose to Reshiram!
Absolutely not!
BOOM!!!
A deafening explosion tore through the sky.
Inside wtwo's body, a sound like shattering glass echoed—crack! crack!
Fueled by the Attribute Enhancent Card, wtwo's energy had not only increased in volu—but now it reached a threshold.
What had once been re quantity… was transforming into quality!
If Blue Flare's appearance had caused temperatures around Reshiram to spike into the extres—
Then wtwo's transformation created sothing else entirely:
A domain.
A Psychic Domain… belonging only to wtwo!
Inside this field, wtwo's power would be amplified without limit!
Finally, it broke through its previous limits—its form… evolved!
Its body grew taller. Its appearance shifted closer to humanoid.
The tail was no longer as long, but now appeared thicker, more muscular—brimming with raw force.

The physical powerhouse form!
Reshiram's eyes widened in shock—it hadn't expected its opponent to suddenly evolve mid-battle!
By now, the Blue Flare had fully charged at the tip of Reshiram's maw.
And in the next second, the enormous fireball—Blue Flare—launched straight toward ga wtwo X!
That instant—the winds howled, the air ignited, and thunder cracked across the sky!
From afar, it looked as though the sun itself was plumting from the sky, ready to obliterate everything in its path.
