The people of Alamos Town erupted into cheers, overwheld with joy and relief.
The feeling of surviving such devastation was indescribable.

Palkia, too, continued to examine this young Trainer with evident curiosity.
wtwo, Latias, and Celebi had all returned to Ash's side.
wtwo, in particular, studied Palkia with a solemn gaze.

From the top of the Space-Ti Tower, Charizard and tagross descended, carrying Dawn and the others down.
"Ash, that was incredible! You actually managed to hold your own against Sinnoh's legendary deities, Dialga and Palkia! That's just… amazing! I'm so hyped right now!!"
Dawn's eyes sparkled as she looked at Ash, filled with admiration.
Ash chuckled. "I couldn't have done it without wtwo, Latias, Darkrai, and Celebi. Without them, this wouldn't have been possible."
"You all did an amazing job. Darkrai, you really gave it your all. Latias, you should rest now."
wtwo glanced at Ash and nodded, imdiately understanding his intentions.
For the sake of everyone's normal lives, it would be best if they forgot what had happened here today.
Latias, on the other hand, nuzzled against Ash affectionately, letting out soft, playful cries.
She was acting like a child waiting for praise after accomplishing sothing great.
"Haha, you did fantastic, Latias! Your control over your power has improved so much! Now, get so well-earned rest."
Ash showered Latias with well-deserved complints before recalling her into her Poké Ball.
His gaze then shifted toward Celebi.
"Celebi, I really appreciate you coming all this way to help us. Thank you."

Celebi chirped joyfully. Of course! We're friends, aren't we?
It giggled and fluttered around Ash in circles, radiating happiness.
Dawn, who had heard about Ash's past adventures, had always wanted to et Celebi. Now that she finally had the chance, she excitedly pulled out her multifunction Pokétch and snapped a picture with it.
After bidding farewell, Celebi opened a shimring Ti Ripple and vanished into the flow of ti.
Finally, Alice and Tonio approached Ash.
"Ash, we can't thank you and your Pokémon enough. If it weren't for you, Alamos Town wouldn't have survived this."
"And Darkrai…" Alice turned toward the Dark-type Legendary.
A warm smile crossed her face.
"You've always watched over our garden, haven't you? Just like my grandmother, Alicia, once did for you."
Darkrai's crimson eyes flickered slightly.
Alice hesitated for a mont before speaking again.
"Darkrai… You're still staying in the garden, aren't you? You're still worried about ."
She placed a hand on her chest, her expression turning gentle.
"But you don't need to be. I've already found soone I can rely on—Tonio."
Her gaze softened as she looked at Tonio standing beside her.
"So, it's okay… You should explore the world more, see new places. Ash is a trustworthy Trainer, isn't he? You fought alongside him just now, and you two made a great team."
Darkrai remained silent, deep in thought.
"The outside world…"
It turned to Ash.
"Alice…"
Darkrai's gaze softened. It had always remained in the garden, watching over it for Alicia's sake.
But after today, after seeing Alamos Town restored, perhaps it was finally ti to leave.
"Darkrai, when you stepped forward to protect Alamos Town, you were incredible. If you don't mind… Would you like to travel with us?"
Ash extended an invitation with a confident smile.

Before leaving, Ash promised that he and Darkrai would return to Alamos Town in the future.
"…wtwo, can I ask you one last favor? Please erase the mories of today's events from the townspeople."
Only Tonio and Alice would retain their mories.
As for the others, it was best they forgot—this incident had been an accident to begin with, sothing that was never ant to happen.
wtwo's eyes glead with psychic energy.
A surge of imnse power swept through the town…
