"Alright pack it up!" several cultivators were running around cleaning up the aftermath.
The damage to the sect was pretty heavy, but all it took was a couple of days to have everything done and dusted. The buildings and cultivator houses and several other places for learning and training including the arenas and the botanic spirit herb gardens were all being cleaned up.
"This should be good for the Confederation," Tonfa said.
"No, you're being greedy there," I replied as I was waiting for my bracelet to answer.
"What do you an?" Tonfa asked . "The whole sect is cleaned up, I an we killed every one of them even the ones who hid underground, I personally scanned the whole place. Though I still wonder why did you send out all of your puppets outside the sect…"
Suddenly my bracelet lit up, "It was for this reason," I said as I opened the channel.
"Three rakshasa have been found, they have been eliminated, the search party has cleared the area… the planet is safe," the automated voice of a puppet answered back.
"Wait, how did they escape?" Tonfa said shock clear in his eyes.
"That's what they do, they fake you out, they pull a massive smokescreen like this fight and hide a few of their mbers away, they run from the battle and hide to infect others and grow in number. They sacrificed the greater number for the few to run, only for an even more astronomical number of them to co back at you years later from today," I said.
Tonfa thought for a second and said, "I really do owe you much."
"It's fine, they're enemies of humanity and the heavens, they had to be taken care of eventually."
Later that day, Don Ma ca down with several other cultivators, including Elder Wudong, the man who seed adamant on hating for no reason.
"Humph," he scorned, "You got done in by sothing like this Elder Tonfa, you grew weak," he said.
"I will not be taking that from you Wudong, you didn't assist us in anything."
"That's because I thought highly of you and believed you'd clear up this thing, I guess I should lower my expectation of you from now on."
Wudong seed to be a master at aggravating others and he was succeeding, as Elder Tonfa who had his sect turned upside down was fuming.
"And you," he said turning to , "You're the cause of all of this! If it wasn't for that thing you brought none of this would have happened, be prepared to answer for your cris!"
"Cris?" I tilted my head, "Seems like you're mistaken about sothing, what cris have I committed? I'm pretty sure that without you'd never have found the solution to eliminate the rakshasa, am I right elder Tonfa?" I grinned.

"Yes, it was Shen Bao who figured it out, and is now capable of eliminating the Broodmother, and you're saying that his efforts in doing so are a cri? I think the elders would love to hear about you antagonizing and vilifying the savior of the Confederation," Tonfa said.
Right as Wudong was about to answer Ban Son ca down running with a few docunts in his hands, "Master Shen Bao, I think you need to see this," he said.
"Who is this now, do you not understand your position to co here when your superiors are talking?"
Ban Son didn't give two rat's ass about Wudong's opinion and handed the docunts.
'What's so important for him to co rushing at with this, also I'm sure he was standing around us long enough and decided to co with this only now…'
As I skimd through the docunts, the frown over my eyes kept knitting more and more.
I then smiled as I looked at Wudong, "No wonder you ca here, you wanted to get rid of this?" I said as I waved the docunts.
"What nonsense are you talking about?" Wudong asked.
"What's going on Master Shen Bao," Don Ma said.
I handed him the docunts as I said, "Seems like our friend here Wudong has been secretly investing in Xuan Fei… and these docunts prove it… so you could say that the reason all this happened was because of Wudong's interference." I said
Don Ma's eyes widened as he read the docunts and Tonfa seeing Don Ma's surprise had his suspicions confird, "You filthy bastard!"
"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?! WHAT DEALINGS! All I supported Xuan Fei with was funds for his research on the Broodmother because you were too stingy in doing so! How does that equate to you losing your control over samples and having your rakshasa spread havoc on the sacred soil of this sect!"
"Did he not receive the full ?" I frowned.
"No, the details about the whole thing were omitted, only the general story was told to us, that the Golden Dawn sect had been attacked by mutated rakshasa, and we believe they ca from the research lab…"
"What's going on?" Wudong said as both and Tonfa looked at him with disgusted looks.
"The person who caused all this fuckery is Xuan Fei, the very person you funded. He embezzled the funds from the Golden Dawn Sect and used your additional funds to create a secret lab hidden under the sect, the docunts prove your interaction, though it doesn't paint you as an accomplice due to lack of evidence, you still had indirectly supported this whole ss…" I said.
"Nonsense! You're trying to fra ! Who would believe this!"
"The docunts don't lie, this is your seal of approval," Don Ma said, "You will be under investigation by the elder council, do not make this difficult for us…" Don Ma said as he placed his hand on his sword puml.
Wudong's face contorted into an enraged version of himself, but sadly he took a deep breath and didn't act on it.
Unfortunate.
"Fine, investigate all you want, I have nothing to hide…"
Damn I couldn't agitate him enough but it's fine at least he won't be yapping in front of us anyti soon.
As for , it's ti for to head back to Solarous.
