However, regrettably, on the day of the incident, all surveillance caras on the western and northern segnts of Spring Chen Road were undergoing scheduled maintenance. Consequently, we were unable to capture the exact circumstances."
"All caras on the western section were under maintenance?"
"Yes."
The uniford personnel escorted Shen Qian to the door. "I'm truly sorry for not being able to help."
The man smiled gently. "It's alright. You've done your best."
"But what about Tang team's side..."
"Rest assured," Shen Qian complied readily. "I will explain the situation."

As he watched the car drive away, the uniford personnel turned and returned to the office.
"Boss, who was that? Why were you so polite?" A subordinate asked casually.
"He's here to check the surveillance."
"Is he soone with a background?"
"Kid, your curiosity knows no bounds! Concentrate on your assigned duties and put an end to incessant chattering. Beware, your tendency to speak too freely might hinder your chances of finding a spouse!"
The subordinate slumped dejectedly, suddenly rembering sothing. "The caras on Spring Chen Road have already been fixed by Zhaozi. It should be done by noon."
"Oh, who called for ?" Another voice chid in.
"Speak of the devil. Zhaozi, why did you co back so quickly?"
"Hey, forget about it. It appears that the cara wasn't faulty at all. I told you, they carried out maintenance just the day before yesterday. How could it malfunction yesterday? It seems the closed-circuit switch hadn't been turned on all along. No wonder it wasn't operational."
"Isn't that device controlled by computers?"
