Accompanied by a rustling sound ca so background noise from the scene.

Just as everyone thought they were being played by the caregiver, Vera Hansen’s voice ca through.

"Are our things mixed together?" Vera’s voice was low, but clear enough.

Then there was a pause. It was clear she was on the phone; just now it was Vera speaking, and now the other person on the call was talking.

Vivian’s Floral Studio, the loyal fans were confused.

"What got mixed together?" soone asked.

"I have no idea."

"Shh, quiet down, keep listening."

The crowd was imdiately silenced.

At the sa ti, Vera, who was watching the livestream with a small account, suddenly rembered the timing.

She also realized what would be exposed later.

So she imdiately used her small account to flood the livestream with comnts——[It’s a trap, hurry and close the recording!]

[Stop broadcasting!]

[Close it, close it!]

But her comnts were destined to be ignored.

Not to ntion that the livestream was public; it wasn’t just Vera’s loyal fans who could see it, others could as well, and she was using a small account. Who knew who she was, why would anyone listen to her?

Besides, there wasn’t enough ti.

Just as Vera was spamming comnts to shut it off, the person on the other end had finished speaking, and then Vera’s next sentence appeared.

All that could be heard was her saying——"It’s fine, just be careful, we’re not donating nothing, we’re just making a little profit."

As soon as these words ca out, the crowd exploded.

"What do you an?"

"Donation?"

"Profit?"

"What do these an?"

The loyal fans present were about to riot.

They all started banging on the door.

The sound of banging echoed throughout the studio.

"Explain what this is!" soone took the lead, questioning the caregiver inside.

The caregiver was still trying to buy ti, so she imdiately said: "This was recorded today during the charity sale when I overheard Vera on the phone."

Afraid that these already irrational loyal fans might not understand, the caregiver explained: "It’s about Vera’s so-called charity sale, which was actually for her own profit."

"Impossible!" The loyal fans outside were practically exploding.

They had always believed in Vera.

Even when faced with various harsh realities and after seeing Vera’s dical records, they were willing to believe Vera was being frad.

They believed Vera was a very kind person, one reason being that she was always helping others.

From the death countdown, to participating in "Heavenly Sound" to cheer on patients, attending charity dinners to give a voice to sick children, and then this charity sale, and so on.

These were the reasons they firmly believed in Vera.

But now they were being told that Vera was actually profiting from this charity sale?

"You must be framing her!" soone imdiately shrieked.

The caregiver sneered and said, "This is a recording, it’s the original. If you don’t believe it, you can have it authenticated to see if I’m framing her."

The loyal fans outside were still in disbelief, with so saying: "Even in a charity sale, so venue fees and the like are needed, a little bit of a return is normal."

But the caregiver, who was already angered by these people, was now the one whose life was threatened!

"A little bit of return, you’re really underestimating Vera."

The caregiver imdiately retorted: "This charity sale had two purposes: one was to clear her na, and the other was for profit."

"The things sold at the start were all managed by Julian Lawson’s secretary, and sourced on-site. They weren’t Vera’s items or money; it was an expenditure on Julian Lawson’s side."

"Later, after she said others could also join if they wanted to contribute, her people ca in with items."

"That’s what she ant by mixed together items!"

"Understand?"

"She had planned it all along; the people, the items were all hers!"

The caregiver shouted at the people outside:

"Didn’t you notice the prices were outrageously high?"

The caregiver’s words triggered a chain reaction.

So people were already hesitating.

After all, the prices were right there.

This was undeniable.

"And you need to think about who brought you all here."

"Wake up, gathering together to break doors and saw them is already a legal violation!"

"If Vera has the ti to make statents online and is so kind, why didn’t she stop you, why was she silent, why didn’t she protect you!"

Originally, many were heated due to seeing online that Vera was being held by the caregiver needing a truth, now stirred up, but now they were suddenly awakened by these words.

No one could say for certain if the caregiver had really done those things.

But the certainty of gathering and smashing things was there.

Whether Vera knew she didn’t have stomach cancer wasn’t yet clear, but not having stomach cancer was a certainty.

In the livestream, comnts were rapidly refreshing.

A large crowd had flooded in long ago.

The person live-streaming had purposely resorted to amplifying the recording and bringing the phone closer to help the audience hear clearly, so this recording was already spread everywhere.

Vera was furious seeing all this.

She crazily sent comnts——

[She’s lying, the recording is definitely fake, she’s just saring Vera!]

[Don’t believe her words, she’s in cahoots with that institution in Cygnus!]

[This recording is fake, smash it!]

[Trust in Vera, let the wicked be punished!]

Vera was inciting people, and the people on site at Vivian’s Floral Studio were divided into two factions.

Now they were arguing.

One faction still believed in Vera, die-hard fans of die-hard fans, while the other was a bit scared, saying they wanted to cool down and leave.

But the forr believed the latter’s retreat ant siding with Serena Sterling.

They had long lost their minds; as long as others disagreed with them, they believed it was betrayal.

So so people wanted to leave, and others wouldn’t let them.

And so the argunts escalated.

The arguing turned into physical fights.

After gathering and smashing, there was now group fighting.

Not to ntion that the mobile phone was live-streaming, and everything was broadcasted live.

It left the onlookers in awe, broadening horizons.

"Useless fools ruining everything!" Vera gritted her teeth, "Go attack the caregiver!"

She picked up another phone, called soone, instructing them to take care of the caregiver amidst the chaos.

And continuously used her small account to send comnts, urging the loyal fans to saw the door.

But no one at the scene was paying her any attention.

Everyone was busy fighting.

The live-streaming phone was thrown on the ground.

Then, with the sound of police sirens, a large group of police officers rushed in.

"Don’t move!"

Everyone was rounded up and taken away.
