Wen Jiang first wrote out the background for the card this ti. Zero Egg was shocked. "Damn! Who is Mo Liqing? What is the *Investiture of the Gods*? And who is Jiang Ziya? You haven’t even introduced Hou Yi, and you’re already digging so many new plot holes?"

Switched to Fire, it could conjure a torrent of raging flas in the air, incinerating everything in its path. It could be used for both offense and battlefield division.
Switched to Water, towering waves would spew forth from the sword. While lacking the lethality of the previous two modes, these waves could persist for a long ti, slowing down or even completely binding an opponent’s Card Spirit, serving as temporary crowd control.
Switched to Earth, its function was similar to Water. It could cleave the ground, causing dust to churn. This could be used for offense or to protect allied Card Spirits.
These four states would thoroughly test a Spirit Card Master’s reaction speed and could bring about significant changes on the battlefield.

Wen Jiang felt that this was what true versatility ant: using such a card in battle, capable of both offense and control, not just rely filling a slot.
Of course, rely having multiple states didn’t guarantee ease of use. The operational difficulty of such cards was very high. Just like so gas always feature high-difficulty challenges that only a few can master, Mo Liqing’s card was precisely such a case.
With a little speculation, Wen Jiang felt that this card was probably only suitable for the Mount Flower Association’s top professional teams. Ordinary Spirit Card Masters would likely be taken out by their opponents before they could even execute its Skills.
