[Partner! Soone is channeling their power through us!] Ddraig's panicked voice loudly resounded within Issei's head as he turned around and took a step back from the materializing light.
But soon enough, Issei and Ddraig realized who it was and didn't know what to do, "Why are you...?"
The light ford a silhouette of a tall curvy woman with a large bosom. Since it's just made out of soft white light, there are no other distinct features that could be gleaned from her aside from those.
But even with most of the details blurred, everyone in the room could feel that the woman's silhouette was smiling, "I apologize for suddenly intruding like this, Issei, Ddraig."
The mont she spoke up, Issei and Ddraig imdiately figured out who the woman was and the forr muttered her na, "Chimune-san?"
anwhile, Stralit and Gwenn imdiately went down on their right knees and lowered their heads with the latter saying, "G-greetings, Holy Mother. We weren't expecting your presence here." Gwenn's fear of Seraselbes had disappeared but was replaced by panic and confusion. She took a peek at Stralit's expression beside her but found that she still had this composed face.
Gwenn's mind went back to Kisuke's words of Stralit not aning any harm to her and she beca resolute, 'Whatever this is, I'll make sure you cough it out for . That's the least I could ask for after almost giving a heart attack, right?'
The white silhouette turned her head towards them and chuckled, "You two don't have to go through formalities. This is a secret, but also just an informal eting." The silhouette then turned her head towards the other side and saw Seraselbes glaring at her, "I don't really want to incur her wrath right now."
With a slight tinge of hostility, Seraselbes smirked at the Holy Mother, "So you really are aware of it. Hopefully not from this man."
The Holy Mother, however, just covered her mouth with her left hand and softly chuckled, "Of course not. And even if I did say that I discovered it through him, you won't believe it. He's soone you trusted so I doubt he's that easy."
Seraselbes clicked her tongue, "Don't act like you know , witch."
Not just everyone, but also Kisuke were surprised that Seraselbes was acting like this. He wanted to make a comnt but decided against it for the sake of continuing this very important eting that would decide the fate of both Draconic Deus and Evie Etoulde.
"Ehem." Kisuke cleared his throat to gather everyone's attention, "Now that we're all here, let's properly introduce ourselves before we continue and I'll start. I'm Kisuke Urahara, part of the Ouroboros Academy."
"Sona Sitri." Sona added next while fixing her glasses, "The director of the Ouroboros Academy, nice to et you."
"I'm Akeno Hijima. A mber of the Ouroboros Academy."
"Sa. I'm Irina Shidou, a mber of the Ouroboros Academy."
After those three, Issei also stepped up, "Issei Hyoudou, a forr mber of the DxD Team and currently part of the Gremory Household of the Four Devil Kings faction."
Issei felt the need to clarify that he's part of Devil Kings' side because of the news he just received from the summit, "I initially didn't know why I'm here, but I guess it was for a good reason."
Issei didn't know how he should feel about the whole situation. He was shocked by Seraselbes' sudden appearance but he's more bothered by the fact that the leader of the Etoulde Faction could materialize through him. He wanted to ask Kisuke for more specifics since he knew that this was going to happen but he figured that could only be done once this was over.
Now that the people of Draconic Deus finished their introduction, Stralit thought that it was a good ti and ca next, "I'm Stralit Luxuex of the Luxuex Clan..." Stralit visibly hesitated before taking a deep breath and continuing, "And Seraselbes' friend."
But instead of glee, Kisuke noticed that Seraselbes beca lonely, '...Huh?'
Stralit also noticed this and imdiately corrected herself after clearing her throat, "I an best friend. She's my best friend!"
It was only then that Seraselbes' subtle expression returned to normal.
Kisuke had to use all of his willpower not to poke fun at her after witnessing it because Sona, Akeno, and Irina were all looking at him extrely worried.
The next in line to introduce herself was Gwenn, but her mouth is agape. Out of all things revealed today, Stralit's last words fried her brain the most.
Stralit shook her head and sighed, "Gwenn... I know it's a lot but let's do our best to continue the flow for now, alright?"
It took Gwenn a few seconds to react and turn off her brain, "Gwenn Yarwood..."
Everyone knew that there's nothing else they could get from her so the Holy Mother imdiately followed up, "I'm Chimune Chipaoti. It's nice to et everyone."
"And I'm Seraselbes." Seraselbes interjected, not allowing the Holy Mother to continue any further.
The Holy Mother gave her an aggrieved look but Seraselbes just shrugged it off, "If this goes on unnecessarily longer, there's a chance that lvazoa might figure all of this out."
The Holy Mother stopped for a mont before saying, "That's true, isn't it? In that case, before we go into specifics of how we'll seal Resetoras, may we hear what you have in mind for Regalzeva?"
"Nothing complicated like yours. Let's just eliminate him."
Their exchange imdiately told Kisuke how complicated and tough this is going to be, 'I guess an additional nuke won't hurt.'
Issei, on the other hand, started nudging Kisuke, "Oi, are you sure I'm the right guy here!? I understand why I'm here, but wouldn't Big Brother Sirzechs or Ajuka be more helpful than !?"
"Don't you want to use your full power to wrestle against the giant cha?"
Issei saw the look of Kisuke's eyes and guessed that he might have discovered sothing. Issei sighed and smiled wryly, "I do want to, to see where my limits are. But to test it out on a big fish like that? I think that's too risky."
If they were still kids, Issei would have easily accepted the challenge, 'Well, he's a father now.'
Kisuke was curious how things would change for him if he were in his shoes but also knew that it wasn't possible for him now. He can't, in good conscience, conceive a child with anyone right now when he could disappear at any mont.
