Chapter 195
"How noisy. You gathered this entire army of trash just to take my head?" Rorschach finally spoke, his voice calm. "You’re getting a little too full of yourself."
The mont he finished speaking, his eyes flashed with a deep red light. A massive wave of Conqueror’s Haki erupted from him, sweeping across the entire square like a violent storm. A tangible red aura mixed with black lightning flashed over every single person present.
In an instant, the entire army froze. Their eyes went blank as they stood motionless. Then, like dominoes, one by one, they collapsed to the ground.
Boom.
Within seconds, the entire army of over forty thousand fishn had fallen unconscious. The only ones still standing were Rorschach’s group, the three princes tied to the pillar, and Hody along with his few officers.
"What... what just happened?!" Hody and his officers stared in shock, their mouths hanging open as they looked at the fallen army.
They couldn’t understand what they had just witnessed. An army of forty thousand had been taken out in a single mont — and they hadn’t even seen how.
Hody and his officers were still conscious only because Rorschach had deliberately held back. Knocking them out imdiately would have been too easy. He wanted to play with them for a while longer.
"What the hell just happened?! Why did everyone suddenly collapse?!" Hody shouted in disbelief.
"You’ve never been to the human world, so you’ll never understand this kind of power," Jinbe said coldly. "Surrender now, Hody. If you let go of your hatred, I might still let you live."
"What did you just say, Jinbe?!" Hody snarled. "You’re saying humans are strong? Are you even a fishman anymore?!"
"Damn it... since these useless bastards are down, I’ll just deal with all of you myself! I’ll show you the true power of fishn!"
Hody reached into his pocket and pulled out a large handful of red-and-green capsules. Without hesitation, he started shoving them into his mouth one after another.
"That’s—! Energy Steroid! Why do you have the national treasure of the Ryugu Kingdom?! Stop! Do you want to die?!" Jinbe shouted in alarm.
He recognized the drug imdiately. Energy Steroid doubled the user’s strength with each pill taken, removed pain, and greatly increased physical power. However, it also drastically shortened the user’s lifespan the more they consud.
"Hmph... hahahaha! I’ll show you the true strength of fishn, Jinbe!"
Following Hody’s lead, his officers also began swallowing the pills frantically.
Jinbe could only stare in shock. He couldn’t understand what had driven them to hate humans so much that they were willing to throw away their own lives.
"Ghh... Aaaaargh!!"
After a few seconds, Hody and his officers stopped swallowing pills and began screaming in agony. Their muscles swelled rapidly, and the sound of bones cracking could be heard from where Rorschach’s group stood.
A few monts later, the screaming stopped. The group was left panting heavily on their knees.
Their appearances had changed drastically. Their bodies had roughly doubled in size, their hair had turned completely white, and although their faces were mostly the sa, they now looked old and haggard.
"Huff... huff... Now the real fun begins," Hody growled as he slowly stood up, breathing heavily. "I’ll show you the power we’ve gained."
"Hoh... interesting," Rorschach said with a small smirk, his tone playful. "Not bad. You’re actually a decent toy. Worth the trip."
Fishn already possessed ten tis the physical strength of humans, but that still ant nothing to Rorschach. However, after swallowing so many Energy Steroids, Hody’s strength had likely increased to around a hundred tis his original level.
Rorschach was genuinely curious now — how would that compare to his own monstrous strength, enhanced by the Steel Balloon?
One relied on a god-tier talent. The other relied on dangerous drugs. This was getting fun.
"You bastard... you dare call a toy?!" Hody’s bloodshot eyes burned with rage. "I’ll rip you apart and turn you into a pretzel, human!"
His eyes looked disturbingly red and bloodshot. If a few tomoe or so extra patterns appeared in them, he would’ve looked like he belonged to a completely different series.
