Many tal spikes that could cover the whole place pierced through the air and shot toward ng Lei at lightning-quick speed. They reached right in front of ng Lei in an instant, seemingly wanting to stab so many holes into him that he’d turn into a sieve.
There was nowhere to hide and nowhere to dodge, so he could only take them on head-on.
“Piece of cake!”
ng Lei shook his head lightly. With a re thought, Earth Guardian’s Saintly Armor quietly manifested.
Then, while facing the whole sky of spikes, ng Lei charged brazenly toward the Titanic Golden-Shell Turtle, all the while actually ignoring Arrow Storm, the ninth-grade spell.

At the sight of this, the Titanic Golden-Shell Turtle’s head retracted into its shell again, leaving ng Lei only an enormous turtle shell.
“This again? Can’t you just fight head-on?”
ng Lei was rendered sowhat speechless. “Looks like a turtle will always be a turtle. Even if it has put on golden armor and given itself an impressive na, it can’t change its scaredy-cat nature.
“Never mind. You like being a coward, don’t you? In that case, then don’t ever co back out.
“Fire-elental single-target first-class spell, teor Fall!”

A rip suddenly appeared in the sky. Then, a gigantic teor more than 1,000-ters-wide in diater with black flas circling around it descended from the sky. It ca crashing down, carrying with it an aura capable of destroying everything in the world.

Even though the Titanic Golden-Shell Turtle’s head had already retracted into its shell, it could still sense the life-threatening danger coming from the sky, nonetheless.
It knew very well that once it was struck by a fearso first-class spell like teor Fall, it would suffer grave injuries even if it survived.
The Titanic Golden-Shell Turtle went into a huge panic. A dazzling golden shield manifested around it, firmly protecting it from incoming danger.
It was the Ninth-Grade Spell, Golden Guardian!
It wasn’t over yet, though.
A few hydras then rose from the ocean and circled around the Titanic Golden-Shell Turtle, forming a thick shield of Water Elents around it.

At the sight of this, the corners of ng Lei’s lips spasd a couple of tis. As expected of a scaredy-cat. First the Golden Guardian, and then Poseidon Barrier... Was it planning to die defending itself?

At that mont, the black teor carrying a terrifying strength crashed heavily onto the Titanic Golden-Shell Turtle. Then...

It easily ripped the Poseidon Barrier apart.
Then, it went on to break the Golden Guardian before finally crashing onto the turtle shell.
At last, it stopped moving! teor Fall had co to a stop!
At the very last mont, the Titanic Golden-Shell Turtle had used its sturdy and indestructible turtle shell to fend off teor Fall’s violent attack.

With a roar, the Titanic Golden-Shell Turtle’s head poked out of the shell as a smug look flashed across its eyes. It said in an aged voice, “Trying to kill , human? You’re still too soft!”
“Is that so?!”
ng Lei only gave it a smile, refraining from saying anything further.
As his hand pressed downward lightly, another black teor popped out of the fissure and ca crashing down.
“Instant release of a first-class spell? Who exactly are you?!”
The Titanic Golden-Shell Turtle’s eyeballs almost fell out of their sockets as it stared at the other teor Fall that had abruptly appeared, its heart filled to the brim with fear and horror.
It tried desperately to cast a defensive spell to protect itself so that it could avoid the fate of being crushed to death.
However, it turned out to be a major miscalculation this ti—after the second teor ca the third, the fourth, and the fifth!
As though shooting stars chasing after the moon, a succession of four black teors ca crashing down one after another. They carried an overwhelming and terrifying destructiveness as they crashed onto the Titanic Golden-Shell Turtle successively!

ng Lei was startled by his words. He took out his pocket watch and glanced at it—it was currently 6:45. He couldn’t help but comnt in puzzlent, “Is it the evening or morning the next day now?”
“Duh! It’s morning the next day, of course!” Ol’ Amos rolled his eyes. “Aren’t you supposed to assemble at the Dragon God Cathedral at 8 a.m.? If you continue to challenge the tower, you’re going to miss the exchange competition.”
“Alright!”
ng Lei shook his head, not quite having had his fill of fun yet. “So much ti passed before I even realized it. Ti sure passes really fast.”
However, as he gazed at his assets that had spiked dramatically in value, ng Lei couldn’t help but smile. After conversion, 13.5 Laws of Nature Origin Crystals equated to 135,068,947,455 gold coins!
“135 billion gold coins! In less than a day, I’ve already earned so much!
“If I were to stay for another period of ti, how much more would I earn?
“The Dragon God Tower is my land of blessings, indeed. How aweso!”
ng Lei suppressed the urge to guffaw into the sky. Then, he started to double back.
Going back was a lot simpler. He flew at his fastest speed, and in just a few minutes, he was already back at the magic circle.

The environnt changed, and he returned to the 39th level.

A low roar reached his ears at this mont. ng Lei turned to see a lion-type Magical Beast that was as big as a mountain ridge glaring viciously at him. Its fangs were bared, and it had a savage look in its eyes.
“A Two-Headed Great Earth Lion?” ng Lei looked absolutely stupefied. “What the heck? Didn’t I already kill it? Why is it still alive?”
ng Lei rembered very clearly that he had definitely killed the Saint Domain Magical Beast guarding the magic circle—the Two-Headed Great Earth Lion—when he’d passed through the 39th level. He had even gouged out its magic core.
It should’ve been deader than dead, so why had it co back to life?
“This is just the way it should be. Don’t be so surprised!”
