For a while, no one spoke, and the air grew more awkward.
Finally, Kuina stepped forward slowly, closing the distance between them.
When they were close enough to feel each other’s breath, Kuina stopped and looked into Yamato’s beautiful but stubborn face.
Taking a deep breath, she spoke in a serious tone.
"Actually, I really understand how you feel.
Because I used to think the sa way. I asked myself so many tis—why wasn’t I born a man?
But later, after going through countless dangerous adventures, I slowly ca to realize... a woman’s strength isn’t necessarily weaker than a man’s."
She paused, as if recalling the many hardships she had faced and how she overca them through sheer willpower.
Then she went on.
"Not only that, you see, we’ve both eaten rare Mythical Zoan Devil Fruits.
That alone puts our strength among the very best in this vast ocean. So how could gender possibly limit what we can do?"
The mont Kuina finished, Yamato’s eyes widened in shock.
Clearly, she never expected Kuina to say sothing like that.
But the shock lasted only a mont before Yamato’s face turned red with anger, a vein bulging on her forehead. She roared, "How many tis do I have to say it?! I’m a man! I’m a man!"
Breathing heavily in her rage, her chest rose and fell sharply, the twin peaks trembling as if they might burst free at any mont.
Nami and Kuina exchanged another look and fell silent again.
They really couldn’t understand why this woman was so stubborn about denying she was female.
Just then, Nami raised her hand and pushed gently, and a mysterious door of space slowly opened.
Before Yamato could react, Nami and Kuina quickly stepped forward, grabbed her without asking, and headed straight for the space door.
Yamato struggled in fear and shouted:
"Hey..."
"Hey??? What are you doing? Let go, right now!"
But her resistance did nothing. The three of them soon vanished into the space door.
Ti passed, and after a few minutes, the space door slowly opened again. The three won stepped out one after another.
Right now, Yamato’s face was filled with shock, as if she no longer knew what to believe.
She kept mumbling to herself, "I’m actually a woman? How is that possible... how could this happen... how could I be a woman? Kaido always called his son..."
As she spoke, she looked down and examined her body, as if searching for proof that she wasn’t female.
But no matter how hard she tried, the truth in front of her couldn’t be changed. What happened in that other space completely shattered her understanding of gender.
"A woman is a woman. What’s the big deal? It’s not like knowing you’re a woman ans you can’t live anymore," Nami said impatiently to Yamato.
"But..."
"But what about my dream? I want to beco soone like Kozuki Oden!" Yamato suddenly looked like she was falling apart.
Hearing this, Kuina and Nami were both stunned.
"You want to be like Kozuki Oden?" After a mont, Kuina ca back to her senses and gave Yamato a strange look from head to toe, thinking to herself, "This woman must be crazy."
But Yamato ignored their looks. She took a deep breath, straightened her back, and her eyes beca firm.
She clenched her fists and said loudly:
"That’s right! Since I was little, I’ve admired samurai like Kozuki Oden—strong, brave, and full of justice!
To beco soone like him, I’ve worked endlessly and pushed myself to the limit! That’s why I decided to overthrow Kaido’s cruel rule and bring Wano Country back to the prosperity it had under Kozuki Oden!"
At that, Yamato seed to get lost in her mories.
She began to passionately tell story after story about Oden’s great achievents.
From how he fought evil forces alone to protect the people of Wano, to his amazing sword skills, unmatched courage, and sharp mind.
As Yamato went on...
Her beautiful face began to show an almost fanatical admiration, the kind that could move anyone watching.
But Nami and Kuina weren’t in the mood to listen.
They exchanged a look, both showing deep helplessness and disbelief.
In their eyes, Kozuki Oden was nothing more than a loser, not worth such worship.
At the sa ti, the sa thought popped into their heads: "This woman is hopeless, worshiping a worthless guy like Kozuki Oden..."
They stopped paying attention to the "crazy" Yamato and walked toward the Flower Capital.
"Hey?"
"Why are you leaving?"
"I’m not done yet, Kozuki Oden was really amazing..."
Seeing Nami and Kuina suddenly leave, Yamato quickly ran after them. It wasn’t often that soone listened to her talk about Oden’s glory.
When they were close to the Flower Capital, Nami and Kuina learned that Kaido had already left.
The two quickly disguised themselves and changed into Wano-style clothes.
Then, with Yamato leading the way, the three entered the Flower Capital and finally found a stall selling oden to enjoy a "feast."
For Yamato, this really was a feast.
After all, it was her favorite food.
anwhile, also got word that two strange won were now with Yamato, which made him uneasy.
After all, Kaido wasn’t in Wano Country right now.
The Beasts Pirates couldn’t afford to have sothing like what happened to the Big Mom Pirates—getting taken down by the Marines when their defenses were weak.
