The man nodded and motioned for i to continue forward. i took a few steps forward before stopping and turning to the old man, bowing her head. "I have yet to thank sir for the cultivation thods. i's eyes widened and a big smile ford on her face. Tears welled up in her eyes. This was the best news she had heard in such a long ti. i, once again bowed and thanked the old man, she wanted to ask his na but felt that he would not tell her even if she asked so she turned around and walked over to the orb. The orb was pure white and sat on top of a pedestal. She reached out and touched the orb only to be given a start as it glowed brightly. The light shot up into the air in front of her forming a rectangle. What she saw next stunned her even more. Moving pictures began to appear in front of her. "It's a video!"
i was shocked but sadly she couldn't understand what they were saying. But she knew the language was Chinese! The image showed a little Chinese girl running around laughing. Her jet black hair flowed in the breeze as she laughed and played. The person behind the cara was also laughing and seed to be called the girl Chun'er. i could only guess that this was the girl's na.
The images changed many tis. from the girl playing to the little girl being in the hospital. Then these images changed again where the girl seed to be searching for food ina forest on her own. Her cheeks were sunken in. but this ti she could understand the girl as she spoke. The pictures continued to flash by as it showed the girl from the ti she t her master too when the master beca her mother. It then changed to her cultivating and eting many new people along the way. The battles she fought as well as her losing it all. Like her, she was once again transported away to another world.
The images continued on until they finally reached a stopping point. There was no end to the story, it seed as if the story of the little girl should have continued on. Trying to wrap her head around everything she could only co to one conclusion. She turned to look at the old man who was walking up to her with a smile and asked: "She's the one I will et at so point in the future?"
"If that is the path you choose to take then yes. She is the one. These cities are the only places you are able to see who the Origin is and learn a bit about her. Even the Origin has a hard ti rembering things. You could consider these things as mory fragnts of the Origin. Which life of the Origin they are I do not know. The Origin soul will roam for thousands of years before finally being reincarnated. But this does not an that they will imdiately start on their path to greatness. i let out a sigh and felt a heavy pressure on her shoulders. Trying to clear her thought i muttered: "I was trying to put this all into the back of my mind! Aw well For now, I will just go et up for the rest and think about this ss later on."
