Chapter 935: Man Of Gold

Sonnenträger was a man who radiated pure, unbridled power- Undoubtedly handso beyond logic, a tall man that was a whole head taller than Loimos, his large, wide shoulders, arms and body rippling with muscles, each of them appearing trained to their utmost limit, he possessed long, copper red hair that flowed nearly all the way down to his waist.

His eyes were green, but neither erald-like or bright like life force, this green was a green Loimos had never seen before, and was unlikely to see anywhere else but here, there was a certain, odd familiarity with the colour however, like it was to be expected that they would have t eventually.

For so reason, he was wearing no shirt whatsoever, exposed his chest and arm in full, all that he was wearing were so loosely, black pants secured to his waist with nothing more than a bit of rope, and in his right hand, was a mace with a spherical head, seemingly forged out of so sort of silver-like material.

As the skeleton had guessed, he possessed no life force whatsoever, his vital energy was the gold itself, he had ascended and separated from life, becoming one with his unique energy, it was no wonder that he would be deed as such a legendary figure, transcending life through the mastery of an energy or way of power was one thing, but doing with such an overwhelmingly powerful energy was sothing else entirely, this man just emitted pure power by just standing there.

Both of them simply remained still for a few monts, presumably sizing up their opponent and taking in their surroundings, Quideos Audit had pulled them both not just into an artificial realm crafted from mories, no that would be useless as a single clash would tear it apart.

Instead, the prophet had taken them to a genuine realm, the realm of mories, were all pasts, presents and futures converged and existed at once, it enveloped every portion of the world, and every other realm within it, the only difference was that it was devoid of people or any being, not even insects existed within it, so it was the perfect place for two unstoppable forces to face one another.

Currently, they were finding themselves in the past of Viridis, in a large, wide plain full of hills, this was before the sapients even began to spread out, nearly all of the continent was wild at this ti…

Sonnenträger glanced at Loimos, his eyes betraying no particular emotion or thought.

“You must be the pure undead” he simply said.

“To think that I would have to face one of your kind again, I did not think that fate could be so cruel as to unleash a second one upon this world, my decision to seal myself away seed to have been correct, so many years seem to have passed since then…” the first hero had a sowhat forlorn look in his eyes as he spoke.

Both surged forward, ending up turning backs against one another as they rushed past one another, neither of them having managed to land a hit in that instant, Sonnenträger turned around without a hint of emotion on his face.

“I do not like to brag, I defeated the previous one just as he awakened to his true powers, but you seem far more powerful than he was back then, though…” he glanced at the stands of festering death that latched onto his arm, tearing it apart with gold with just a thought “…That death of yours, it seems easier to deal with that his Defiler’s Fla”

Both disappeared from where they stood, their strikes eting one another head-on this ti, the aftershock turned the thriving wild plains into a wasteland, the simple force of their blows enough to set the air afla and scorch the area across several kiloters.

“What is your na, dead one?”

“Loimos” responded to the corpse whilst shaking off the gold that clung to his fist, doing so by destroying the effect portion and regrowing it, taking the sa approach as when dealing with devouring life.

“The heretic also bore a na that ca from a language favoured by the system, must not be a coincidence”

Sonnenträger stomped the ground, injecting gold into the earth, causing an area even wider than the one that had been scorched to erupt with an enormous golden pillar, as it faded away, it beca obvious that Loimos had made his escape, as a rotten bird dived from above, turning into the undead at the height of his montum, slamming into the ground where the first hero had been standing an instant prior.

Loimos evaded a swing of the mace, was struck in his side by a kick but sunk claws into the golden one’s calf, injecting black blood alongside a fair dose of festering death, both of the combatants, only needed a re mont to get rid of the gold and death clinging to them.

The inside of Loimos’s help flared up, as he unleashed a powerful stream of dragon flas through his bar-like visor, deep, dark flas not only crafted from pure death, but wielded via the unique draconic way of power known as dragon’s breath, the whole thing further enhanced by Death’s aspect of Destruction.

This stream capable of tearing an entire region down, sort of slowed down the first hero for maybe a second, before he rushed right through it, slamming his left fist into the undead’s helm, caving it in whilst muttering sothing to himself.

“Golden Glow” he said it in a most apathetic tone, utterly lacking in the bombastic excitent calling out the na of a move was supposed to possess, but it sounded more like he muttered it to himself to make sure he was doing the right thing, almost as if he didn’t quite rember what it was supposed to be called after so many years.

Despite the utter lack in any sort of emotion, the attack was devastating, blasting the undead’s head and upper torso into a single blast, sending Loimos flying at the horizon as he swiftly regenerated like nothing happened, rely swinging his arms backward, to halt his montum, landing upon the ground.

Although it looked like Loimos got away from that easily, it couldn’t be further from the truth, that nearly eradicated him on the spot.

That ‘Golden Glow’ ability was deserving of a much fiercer tone when being called out, Sonnenträger had just hit Loimos with a natural stack using the potent golden energy, it was no wonder that even creatures from the Abyss and True Void had not stood a chance, in fact, they had probably not shown up after eting him because they were afraid of Sonnenträger.

Sohow, that man had unraveled the secret to performing natural stacks at will.

If he knew how to use the artificial stack on top of that, Loimos would be gone right now.

Indeed, Sonnenträger was undoubtedly the strongest hero… But he ca from a distant past, nowadays, the strongest individual that was often referred to as a hero by his people, was Loimos.

As a golden light rushed toward him, Loimos rushed right back at Sonnenträger.

The realm of mories shuddered.
