“What is the aning of this?” Liam asked, looking behind Nadia.
He thought he t with Nadia to discuss work matters today. Why did Indri suddenly co? Indri has absolutely nothing to do with their cooperation.
Nadia did not feel ashad or embarrassed for bringing soone else into their eting. Instead, she explained with a smile, “Indri kept begging . She said she wanted to et you.”
After pausing for a mont, she continued, “There seems to be a misunderstanding between her and her sister. She wants to ask you for help. Who knows if you can help her set things straight. She wants to have a better relationship with her family.”
Saying this, she invited Indri to sit down.
Behind those words, Nadia seed to be telling Liam that she knew what was going on between Ella and Indri, but she didn’t intend to side with Ella.
